Fantastic experience: Joining f45 Cap Coast has been the absolute best decision I could have ever made for myself. The trainers are fan-static, exstremely knowledgeable and professional. You always feel so well supported throughout class and you get the best out of the incredible workouts they have to offer and most importantly have fun while exercising. Owner Rachel goes above and beyond to cater to everyone needs and has opened a gym for the community which is so welcoming for everyone regardless of your fitness level. Fantastic experience: Best decision I have made joining F45 Cap Coast. By far the most inclusive, supportive gym community I've ever been a part of. As someone who had not stepped foot in a gym for many years, completely unfit and with plenty of weight to lose, I was understandably very nervous about starting. From day 1 the entire team of trainers have been nothing short of welcoming, warm, encouraging and supportive, pushing me when I need and offering plenty of options and alternatives when needed. Always available for any questions or advice. Additionally, the other members have also been amazing, a genuine sense of community. If you're on the fence about giving it a try, DO IT!

Fantastic experience: F45 Capricorn Coast has been the best decision I have ever made, Rachel and the Team are very supportive and have created a space that is full of positivity, motivation and great work outs!
