Fantastic experience: Team Elis Gym is a great place to get mind, body, and soul fit. I was very apprehensive due to never having stepped foot in a boxing gym before. My predetermined ideas of a boxing gym full of people with egos were completely discarded after having a chat with Grace. This was confirmed once I did my first class. The classes are run by professional trainers and boxers who are there to help get the technique correct and offer some positive motivation throughout the class. Everyone who works here is amazing, all the trainers and staff make you feel so welcome and that you are part of the Team Ellis family the second you walk into the gym, this is extended by the amazing people who train there too. I have gone through some stressfully times with my health and more recently with my granddaughter, the one constant in my life at those stressful low times has been Team Ellis gym, leaving all the stress and problems at the door before walking in has kept me focused and has given me the space and capacity to be there for my family at these stressful times. I absolutely love this place and will be forever grateful to everyone here, it's not just a gym, for me, it’s a home from home. Stu Webster

Fantastic experience: Took my 12yr old son for a tryout, he was a bit anxious, lacked confidence and not sure what to expect, few months down the track he has not looked back, I’m so proud and super impressed with the progress he has made. The coaches here are so professional, knowledgeable and passionate about getting the best out of you no matter what level you are. Fantastic experience: The trainers here are so incredibly kind while also giving you a tough workout. I accidentally ended up here it was a 50 minute drive and I 100 percent returned and signed my son up too. The other people there are also so down to earth and happy to help out when in classes.

I was hesitant at first to join the gym given the size, however everyone is extremely friendly, all staff are very supportive and trainers take the time to know you by name. Trainers have amazing knowledge and extensive boxing experience. Plenty of class options which was also fantastic as a busy full time working parent. I am no longer a member due to personal reasons but would highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic boxing gym with great trainers who have plenty of experience. There is a really good range of classes across many times, there's always good vibes in the gym and everyone who trains there is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: The pro tender to contender 8 week program has been great and really gives you a sense of what the pros go through to get ready for a fight. I’ve loved learning from all the coaches/trainers throughout the weeks to try and improve myself anyway I could. For anyone wanting a out of the box challenge mental and physically I’d highly recommend doing it. The team at Team Ellis are great and always friendly and wanting to get the best results for you too.

Fantastic experience: It's been great the trainer's are brilliant they show you the right technique and explain all the reasoning and mechanics of them so that you understand when to use certain punches and why you use them when you do. And the Team Ellis Gym is well equipped to handle everyone from the beginner to professional fighter's and the atmosphere in the gym is fantastic everyone is friendly from the staff to your fellow members training it's great and relaxing because there's no ego's.

I’ve been at team ellis gym for around 4 years or so and haven’t looked back since, there are many trainers which are all down to earth and very friendly who will help you achieve your goals and needs wether it’s to learn how to box/self defence or if you want to improve your health/fitness. It’s a great atmosphere with some of the best people you’ll ever meet!

Previously coming from an woman’s only gym, at first I was a little anxious at the thought of entering a mixed professional boxing gym. All that changed as soon as I stepped foot in Team Ellis! The entire team at Ellis boxing gym are by far the most welcoming, friendly, and professional staff I have encountered at a gym! My husband and I are both members and cannot speak highly enough of the attention and dedication ALL the professional and amateur coaches have towards our health and fitness! Even our two young children have jumped on the TE train and love learning the art of boxing in the classes dedicated just for kids! ⭐️ TEAM ELLIS ALL THE WAY!

Fantastic experience: I walked into this gym late November 2021 weighing 98kg with the goal to lose weight. In a short amount of time I felt like this place was home, the staff are friendly and eager to help, everyone knows me by my first name and the encouragement and motivation they give you is 2nd to none! The boxing training is proper, focusing on technique, footwork, head movement with classes for all abilities and levels. This place makes you want to remain consistent and reach your goals. I am happy to report it’s now Feb 2022 and I’m currently 92kg, looking forward to soon be in the 80’s. Thanks Team Ellis!!
