Fantastic experience: By far the most amazing Anytime Fitness I have ever been to. Immaculate gym, with an amazing recovery section for members. The complimentary breakfast bar demonstrates how valued their members are. There is also a great area to get ready for work/day with large mirrors and complimentary toiletries and towels Staff are lovely and the other gym members are very cheerful

Negative experience: It is interesting that I was informed that the price offered at first by another staff member a week ago (still in the same promotion period) was incorrect while I was about to sign the plan. Either I accept a higher price or I leave. This is the SECOND time I have encountered this situation at this fitness, the last time was in 2021. Neither is it a mistake nor a coincidence; I bought this excuse last time, but not this time. It makes me wonder if this is a peer competition, a smart sales technique, or....just a "coincidence" that happened to Asian people like me. However, it's a disgusting experience, I'm not sure if others have had the same.

Fantastic experience: Well set out. Cardio and Matt area in a massive area seperate from machine area which gives it a much better vibe and more space. All the normal machines you'd expect to find at an AF. parking is adequate in this combined industrial complex.

Negative experience: I am at your gym at this time of posting, that is in the staff hours, that is on the door saying it should be staffed and there's no staff member here, I have also gone out of my way to get here.

Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming community, Ashley was so kind and made me feel sufficient and accepted. Will continuously come to Fairy Medow as I feel a lot more comfortable and considered. Ashley welcomed me in and shared her knowledge of fitness and health. I genuinely believe the customer service of Fairy Medow Anytime Fitness is the reason the business is continuing to develop and grow :)

Positive experience: No prices advertised which was fair enough. But All I wanted to know was prices. Couldn't even give me an answer over the phone which was annoying. Had to keep asking to finally get an answer. Disappointing. Kind of turned me off. Receptionist was nice though.

Fantastic experience: The culture at Anytime Fitness in Fairy Meadow is honestly amazing! I love being a member at the Fairy Meadow gym! When Covid-19 hit all gyms were forced to close and this is where AF FM took the opportunity to renovate their space. Their new space is honestly awesome! Everything is new and fresh, and so much more practical and spacious! The only thing is I just wish they still kept their sled track as I loved using that! But this gym feels like a second home and I am comfortable and happy training in :)

Negative experience: Always good to see the cleaning guy leave whilst there are no hygiene wipes left in any of the dispensers. Lucky we aren't in a pandemic, oh wait.

Negative experience: I went there today to pay an overdue account and waited at the front desk for over 40min. The staff present looked at me multiple times at the desk but didn't bother to come over to see what I needed and when he eventually did, he couldn't help with anything regarding payment. Wasted 409min with something that could've taken not even 5min to complete.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere and very clean. The staff welcome you as soon as you’re through the front door, the Covid marshals are always ensuring the equipment is wiped down. Couldn’t recommend any higher

Fantastic experience: We trained at Anytime Fitness Fairy Meadow for two years. We had PT sessions a few times a week and did PGT classes. The staff are amazing! They take the time to get to know you, not just your name, they understand your goals, which features of the club are important to you and they seek feedback! Tenielle the club manager strives to ensure the club meets and exceeds expectations. Claire, Scott, Dylan, Rob and Zac are the personal trainers. I trained mainly with Scott and Dylan, they took the time to understand what my goals were as well as developing an understanding of what training methods worked for me. Thankyou guys for the effort you put in, ATF Fairy Meadow is a great club with an awesome culture. I would happily recommend!

Fantastic experience: This gym is within my top 5 favourite anytime Fitness gyms. 7 squat racks, community atmosphere, double sets of dumbbells, lots of cable machines and large space with warehouse feel. Worth visiting but parking can be hard after work on weekdays.
