The trainers are exceptional and it is just wonderful how they keep pushing you to do better each day. Highlight of UBX lidcombe is the pad work, my boxing has definitely improved with them. I love how they teach you the technique, foot work and power. It's a great place to strength train with friendly people around and motivating trainers. Hope to reach my goals with them.

Fantastic experience: This gym has truly made an impact on my weight loss journey. Going from 110kg to 90kg in 6 months by going 3-5 times a week has been a very fun experience. The boxing is my favourite part about UBX as the sport is considered both strength and cardio training. The coaches at UBX are highly skilled and always encourage me to push my limits in a supportive and motivating way. They know how to challenge you without being overly aggressive, which I really appreciate. Their guidance has been instrumental in my progress. I also love how the workouts are varied and well-organized throughout the week, keeping things fresh and exciting. This structured approach ensures that I get a balanced mix of exercises, preventing monotony and keeping me engaged. I would very much recommend UBX to anyone who is unsure where to start their fitness journey. Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym ever. I have joined UBX Lidcombe after moving near the area about two years ago and ever since then I have been training consistently about 3-4 days/week. I absolutely love ‘no-fixed’ timetabled classes as I can turn up whenever I can/want. Workouts are fun but also challenging - all coaches provide one-on-one and tailoring workouts depending on individual needs. The best part of all is that we have a really great community- professional coaches and beautiful members where we support and push each other :) I cannot recommend this gym enough- come do a trial session at UBX Lidcombe!!

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Boxing Gym Experience I had joined this boxing gym for a while now and have been blown away by the experience from day one. The atmosphere is electric with great vibes all around. Daniel and all other trainers, are absolute gems. They offer exceptional one-on-one support, tailoring workouts to individual needs and pushing everyone to their best. Whether you’re a beginner or have trained before, this gym is the place to be. Highly recommend!

The trainers Louise, Cash , Maz are such nice people and are always there to help whether it is regarding boxing technique or just normal workouts. It is such a friendly environment and the main thing is you are never late for the workout as you can simply go to the workout station and just workout.The setup of this gym is also very good as its a mixture of boxing and weights. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I don't like this place very much, only enough to get out of bed at 4:30 in the morning multiple times a week for the last two and a half years and spend the first hour of my day working out with some of the best trainers who push me day in and day out to do better than I did the last time I was there. I keep going back so I must hate it. Maybe you will hate it too? Give it a try, you never know.

Fantastic experience: If you like classes but don’t like fixed class times, this is the gym for you! You can start the circuit at any time during their opening hours. No need to plan your workout, you just rock up and follow the set circuit; it changes daily to keep things interesting. They have friendly trainers who go out of their way to correct your form so you don’t injure yourself and to improve your technique. They’ll teach you boxing techniques and do some pad work to break up the circuit which keeps things fun and challenging.

Fantastic experience: I've joined UBX for a year now and it's honestly the best decision I've ever made. I used to have a gym membership, and that was a waste of money because I barely worked out due to laziness, going alone made it boring and quite frankly did not enjoy the regular gyms. Wanting to try out something new, I came across UBX while doing my grocery and was immediately interested as it incorporates boxing skills. To this day since I've joined, I have been working out 4-6 days a week (closed on sundays) and I can see good results- I feel stronger, healthier and fit. Our coaches are amazing, they push you to become stronger and motivate you. They do individual coaching combos min. 2 rounds every session, so youre able to focus and improve your boxing skills. Every workout is a challenge, and thats what makes it fun. The environment and peers are also amazing because they also cheer you on and are quite friendly and approachable. It doesnt matter if youre a beginner, nobody has time to judge you as they're busy working out. So dont be afraid to try this place out! They offer a free trial for your first visit- so if youre interested, take this chance to see what UBX is about! (:

Fantastic experience: Big fan of UBX Lidcombe!! Have only been going for a couple of weeks but am loving the setup, convenience and the trainers! Turning up and starting the session without needing to book and wait for a class to start is fantastic and having the trainers to motivate and correct form is great. The addition of boxing combos (either on the bags or with with the trainers) mixed in with the constantly changing workouts keeps it very interesting and gives an all over workout. Am already seeing improvements in my fitness levels, energy, sleep and body - can’t wait to see how the improvements progress.

The coaches were all super supportive and never made me feel intimidated whilst at the gym- which is something often experienced in many other gyms. The best gym for anyone who’s looking to have a supportive environment.

Fantastic experience: Training at UBX Lidcombe (Formerly 12RND Fitness Lidcombe) has been an amazing experience! Coaches are incredibly supportive and cater to all sorts of skill levels when it comes to boxing, and are always happy to run some drills with you upon request. Their training camps are super effective when you follow the regime, and a great way to benchmark fitness progress between each camp. The community is great, and have made some lifelong friendships with other like-minded individuals in the Fitness Club. Would definitely recommend for those strapped for time, wanting a challenge to punch through, or those wanting to be efficient with their workouts! Each workout is preplanned and laid out on easy-to-follow screens at each of the 12 stations. All the mental work is done for you, so all you need to do is show up for yourself and perform! 10/10 would recommend anyone to pop in and check out their free trial at badge minimum!

Fantastic experience: I am travelling back to Aus from the UK and was concerned my training would be impacted for the 2 months I was away. Since training at 12RD I have not only maintained my physique but also improved my conditioning and overall fitness.
