To anyone looking to join I say do it, you’ll have no regrets!!

Fantastic experience: Clean, Friendly and Modern Facilities

Fantastic experience: I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, and the changes that have been made lately. It's well located with a fair bit of parking, the staff remember you by name and maintain good distance of you just want to work out. It's always clean, and the other people working out are surprisingly nice as well. The machines are placed with consideration (leg press next to extension, assisted chin up next to row, etc.,) And the cardio setup is appropriately spaced. Even in peak times, I seem to be able to use the machines as needed, I.e., there are limited issues of oversaturation. If I could provide actionable feedback to the owners, I would consider upgrading the weighing scales, as a large man I am above the weight limit, and for human weights I would expect the scales ATM would be between 1-4kg out. Also, o find the water to not be cold enough, or rather as cold as other anytime fitness. That said, I reiterate, I find this gym to be excellent.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for around 5 years now, I have a fitness passport but happily can say this is my gym by choice. Friendly staff, clean and a gym that actually puts money back into the business so that their members can benefit more from what’s on offer. Keep up the good work guys!

From my first point of contact I felt welcomed, encouraged, and inspired by the Team and, my age seems of no barrier to them! I feel recognised, safe, happy and enthusiastic every time I go to Erina Anytime Fitness. The other members are friendly too, and the atmosphere is very inclusive . If you are thinking of getting back into fitness, come and join, you will have a great Team to encourage you and great equipment to help you sharpen up, physically and mentally.

New equipment, better use of space and a fresh design. 10/10 I’ve been a member of Anytime, since 2012 and been to plenty of them all around Australia. None of them have the “feel good” culture that Owen and Erin have created at this gym. Well done legends. Proud to be a member here. If you’re looking for an excellent gym on the Cenny Coast, matched with excellent equipment and excellent members then look no further.

Fantastic experience: Erina Anytime Fitness gym is actually absolutely awesome! It’s well worth joining if you want to get fit & have fun doing it. The gym floor is huge and I love the classes upstairs area. The new owners have really added some well needed equipment to the already huge gym floor. I can always find the available equipment I need while I am doing my resistance workouts. The facility is always very clean and I love that the bathrooms are big, clean and tidy. A massive plus for me as I always shower after working out. I give it a true 5 Star review. Sam

Amenities are always clean, equipment up to scratch and the club culture is awesome to be apart of! The staff are also so motivating and helpful, and genuinely care about your fitness journey and goals. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

The equipment has been updated and the team there have really been making a concerted effort to connect back in with members. The location is so convenient to all the services available at Erina and particularly handy if your kids got to CCAS. Highly recommend!

Especially DT; he is so so funny and welcoming. Makes the gym experience 10 times better. Layout of the gym is also easy to navigate. Could not want a better environment to train everyday! Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this club. Especially the staff who are so friendly. Have worked with Ange since I joined and she's encouraged me to take up classes and join in events which I've never done before. I normally keep to myself but her kindness has brought me out of my shell and got me communicating with other people! Highly recommend if you're looking for a safe space to train, with great facilities where everyone is welcome.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 Star I definitely would. I was disgusted in the service made by the Trainer Ange. Turning myself away from the gym whilst having a Fitness Passport with poor, rude & sarcastic behaviour. I wouldn’t want her to train me or work for me or others after the way she spoke to me. Would not recommend at all. Disgusting

Fantastic experience: As a Trainer myself, I can be quite picky. The criteria for a 5 star gym would have to be a balance between plenty of room and all the best equipment, and maintaining the vibe of a neighbourhood gym that welcomes beginners and oldies alike. Generally it's hard to find one without the other. This place ticks all the boxes. There's a real community of gym novices and general fitness enthusiasts that keeps it from feeling like a skeezy bro gym. Despite that, any serious lifters can access plenty of platforms, racks, machines and will still feel welcome. When I visited, there were a couple of lads squatting 140kg in one space and an elderly man and woman utilising the functional zone somewhere else. How rare to find a place that truly welcomes all sorts and fits right in to the community. Space: Probably 400m² x more floors (I only used the first floor). Washrooms: 3 or 4 showers and as many or more toilets. All really well cleaned with fancy fragrance in each of the bathrooms. Equipment: Very well maintained. Every kind of leg machine (except a hip thrust), 3 squat racks, an oly platform, bumper plates. More back, chest, arm and shoulder machines than I can use in a day. Functional space is well laid out and even has a rope pull (no other gyms have those). Tons of cardio equipment like treadmills with fancy screens to watch something while you work. Staff: It was unstaffed at the time I went so i can't speak for them. Members: seemed quite mixed and somewhat friendly. Felt very comfortable and safe. Covid safety: plenty of wipes, super simple to check in, everyone was using a towel and very clean. Parking: heaps of spaces. I can't imagine anyone ever having an issue. Location: Close to Erina fair, easy to turn in of the main road. Plenty of signage to find the place.

Negative experience: After discovering that I have been getting charged without my knowledge I contacted the gym to let them know that I had moved and no longer will be using their facilities. My account was suspending due to COVID-19 and I was unaware that they had reinstated it. As a member of Anytime Fitness for over 15 years, I was expecting the same great service I had received all over the world. However, what I got was something drastically different. I was talked to with such disregard and disrespect by the person claiming to be the Erina Locations manager. She was completely unwilling to accept that this was a mistake and hid behind their policy that even if it was without my knowledge or consent, it is within their policy so it is legal and they do not need to refund me. Fine, I don't need the refund then I just need to cancel. Well, I can't do that either because again their policy is that I go into the gym to cancel. Now, I should explain that this was never the location I intended to be where my account was processed, I was just using the gym while staying in the area to take care of my elderly parents. They transferred my account details, payment information, and apparently all my rights over to the franchise owner without my consent but again, according to their policy. I tried to call my previous branch to see if they could help me but they were not able to either and reaffirmed that their policy supersedes my rights, privacy, information, desire, and knowledge. Being a business owner myself, if a customer were to call me and informed me that I had been mistakenly charging them for services that they were not using or getting, I would be a no brainer, of course, they would get refunded the money because they clearly are not using the product, service, or location. It's just not right to make someone pay for something that they are unaware of and are not using. At this point, I don't even care about the refund. I have repeatedly asked that my membership be canceled. But the gym manager insists that the only way to do this is to go in and sign her paperwork. I am no longer in the area. I have moved my elderly parents to a new home and am currently working to run my business and take care of them. Driving to go sign her paperwork is not something I have the time to do. Furthermore, I have called the corporate customer service number and they also are "unable" to help me sighting that their policy is such that only the franchise owner can help me. I have requested this person's name since they are the only person who can help me but neither the location manager nor the corporate office can give me this person's name. I have loved and been a proud member of Anytime fitness for so long, I now feel so betrayed by this brand. I can not believe that this is something I am still having to deal with. I can not believe they would hind behind a policy to justify taking my money without my knowledge. Even if the policy is written and the email was sent, It still doesn't make it right. It's fraudulent and abusive. This goes way beyond the money that I have been charged this has broken my trust and I have been treated so poorly that I never want to walk into an Anytime Fitness again.... ever, even to sign your little papers.

Negative experience: Worst customer service if you even get a chance to talk to them, will over charge and make you jumper through hoops to quit or change gyms

Fantastic experience: Solid gym with good equipment catering to many disciplines - they even have a nice lifitng mat. The facility also has large changing rooms and a yoga break out area on the second level. It's not too crowded most days and the location change is a big improvement.

It's a place where you can go that you are greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, and you can feel comfortable without the pressure and with out feeling judged. They offer child minding in the morning too which gives you peace of mind to exercise knowing your children are close by and being cared for. Basically a second home. Highly reccomend to anyone
