Fantastic experience: Solid, clean gym facilities that are well-maintained. They also offer a wide range of group fitness classes if you ever are low on self-motivation to gym by yourself :))

Negative experience: The receptionists, trainers and cleaner are all genuinely awesome. However, when there’s a new class starting on a Sunday at 9:30am (which I didn’t know about) and the instructor passive aggressively places a yoga mat right next to my p-bars in silence and then finally says ‘I have a class now’ in a very abrasive and rude tone 2 minutes before her class starts, I have no choice but to not renew my membership given how often I’m in the studio as it’s going to lead to madness if I keep getting treated like dirt. It’s a good gym, but you’re better off not offering classes rather than employing instructors who show up at the last minute, who clearly don’t want to be there and who try to put customers down the first chance they get. If you’d like to find out if I’m exaggerating or not, the camera will tell the story even with no audio.

Negative experience: Not a bad gym, my only complaint would be the 4 week cancellation notice. I understand it may take a week or two to take you off the pay cycle but I think 4 weeks is just unnecessary. Last thing you think of when moving is, how long is my cancellation notice at the gym. Most gyms are only 2 weeks, cant see why they need 4 other then to squeeze you for more money.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, comfortable environment, good quality equipment, not that busy, have a big classroom for yoga and Pilates class so on, the teachers they are very helpful and professional, thank you for the nice Gym vibe.

Fantastic experience: 5 star service, exceptional equipment basically all you need to get things done steam room is a bonus and 24 hours as well l, sign up for short term 1week membership. Speak to staff your specific needs and duration and they will make it work for you!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I travel from Brisbane to holiday regularly on the coast. We found Fitness on Capri allow short term memberships, this has been perfect for us to continue our training program while on holidays. The administrative process is very easy to set up, the staff are lovely sand we are made to feel welcome all the time, excellent facilities, very clean and great atmosphere. We will train here every time we are on the coast!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for the past 2 years. The gym has great equipment, amazing staff, good classes, massage chairs and all you really need at a great price in comparison to other gyms. I highly recommend fitness on Capri.

Negative experience: Enough is enough. Unprofessional communication and passive aggressive management outweighs an otherwise clean and functional gym. After several years, I can no longer hope for an improvement. My PT has been awesome.

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing. I do Pilates, HIT and Boxing. All the trainers have your fitness a priority. I use my zone and each class they will make me work harder if they see my heart rate not high enough. It’s changed my life and I highly recommend you come join. Staff are so friendly and owners work in gym too. Best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve seen real body transformation and my husband loves the weight gym too. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: Really great gym and community!! Owners are great and take time out to get to know the regulars coming to the space. The members really support each other in the classes, which feels great when someone new comes in to the room - they are very welcomed. Thanks guys, love the space.

Fantastic experience: Great place to train. I’m very unfit, and keen to get into shape. This gym has a good mix of clients, and friendly staff. I didn’t feel uncomfortable starting there. The PT Luca is amazing. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, motivating, fun and good humoured. Impressive high level of knowledge in lifestyle, diet and general training advice, Best PT I’ve had yet - (and I’ve had a few over the years!).

Fantastic experience: Life changing gym that's like a family. If you are feeling invisible then this is the gym for you. The philosophy is simple "its your workout, do your best and try your best" It doesn't matter if you are 16 or 60 there is no judging or competing. The instructors provide options that suit where you are at physically. I came up from Melbourne for holiday and needed a gym to keep me active, I found Fitness on Capri on Google maps so I gave it a try I got a 2 weeks membership as I'm only staying for two weeks and let me tell you what, the first step into the gym is a waw The guy Jason showed me around and it is a completely different feeling to gyms in Melbourne, they have a steam room and massage chairs WWWHAT! Dude let me tell ya the steam room is awesome and a quick massage is such a great way to finish off a gym session! Would highly recommend this gym and would suggest anyone to give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area, instructors are very proffesional, hiit classes are great and so effective. Since signing up 3 years ago I have completely changed my lifestyle, and actually realised training could be fun and sweating at 6am isthe best way to start my day.

Fantastic experience: Massive CLEAN facilities, friendly staff & members. Plenty of classes to choose from, my personal favorites are the boxing classes Tuesday night and the stretch/trigger ball class Thursday nights. Personal trainers are also friendly and always happy to help you if you need some direction or feel like changing things up a little. On site physiotherapy and exercise physiology is also available for anyone with an injury that may be holding them back. Oh, and some pretty cool massage chairs.

Negative experience: So I wanted to join to lose weight. Get showed around and then guy is trying to sell me a gym plan with upfront costs of a key, a vest and a heart monitor. I am like, why do I need a heart monitor? So trainer can tell you to slow down. Um, I don't want to pay someone to tell me to slow down! Gimmick nonsense and waste of money and time too.

Fantastic experience: Just joined Funk Fitness 24/7 and loving it so far. Lots of equipment in good condition. Good range of classes at different times. Everyone is super friendly. Looking forward to getting my fitness back.

Negative experience: I’ve been charged wrong. I sent 4 or 5 emails but nobody answer me. Gonna quit this week.

Fantastic experience: I have been a happy member at Funk Fitness for the past few months and I would have to say that this is one of the best that I have ever been to. As a female who likes to work out either really early in the morning around 5am or sometimes super late at night around 10pm I always feel super safe which is something that I have not experienced in other gyms. Also the staff are always really helpful and supportive and I like that I am not forced into a lock-in contract. I use the facilities 5+ days a week and they even provide a place for me to iron my work clothes, hair dyer and GHDs too. 10/10 :)
