Fantastic experience: If you are a good rider, you want to be a good rider or you just wanna get sweaty and have a good time, you've gotta ride at JAM! The instructors are amazing and bring such great energy into the room. Alicia is an absolute savage and will push you to your limits in the best way. Eve brings her DJ skills and drops some epic beats so you feel like you're in a night club. Liv is so much fun and really brings the sunshine vibes. Get involved!

Fantastic experience: I was so excited to learn that Alicia was opening up a new studio, and it has exceeded all expectations! Each instructor (special shout outs to Liv, Chels and Armando) puts together a banging playlist. I used to be still partying in the club at 6 am, and now I'm dancing on my bike at 6am, and I think I love spin even more.

Fantastic experience: I started training with JAM and Alicia through zoom a year and a half ago and the physical and mental strength I gain after each one of her classes is unmeasurable. Her workouts are challenging, her message is inspiring and the playlist is always fire! Did I mention I live half way across the world?! You can feel the energy in that room through the screen, so I can only imagine how amazing the in-studio riders feel after class! I never had a reason to visit Australia but now it’s on the top of my list, just to go ride at JAM! I am forever grateful for JAM Movement and all the abundance it has brought into my life!

Since I started, my fitness has increased dramatically, and I've become stronger physically and mentally. It's a credit to Alicia and her team for consistently challenging and pushing for more. Fantastic experience: BEST SPIN STUDIO IN SYD!!!! I’ve been to a few cycling studios and never felt that warm family vibe. The coaches’ priority is to make you a better rider whilst having fun at the same time. It’s a family community & just makes riding even better. Bikes are great quality, music is epic and the JAM CREW are simply awesome!

Fantastic experience: The best rhythmic cycling / spin place in Sydney for sure !! I’ve tried multiple cycle classes before and Jam is by far the best ! I’m so glad to have found such an amazing place where you are guaranteed a great workout with the greatest and sweetest people. Every class is always a challenge but with the most supportive team around you, you will definitely have fun and see your fitness and stamina improve over time. I love how everyone at JAM strives to grow together. Amazing bikes, amazing instructors and amazing community. Jam is truly incredible and I’m so glad to have found such a fantastic place. Fantastic experience: Love coming to JAM MVMT! Exceptional instructors who are genuinely invested in you getting the most out of each class, wherever you're at and whatever your goals may be. Friendly and inclusive atmosphere, you can come as you are. Great energy and variety of music. It's easy to book classes in advance, very personalised customer service. JAM classes have (unexpectedly!) really improved my coordination and sense of rhythm. I always feel uplifted after class, definitely recommend giving JAM a go!

Fantastic experience: Paid the drop in fee of $20 to support my friend who was teaching a class, and the service was amazing. The receptionist helped me grab my shoes and even waited for me to get ready to show me to my bike and get my bike into the right settings. The coaches were all very approachable and are very attentive to the clients. Everyone is ready to help at anytime and they definitely will promise you a good time and a great burn!

Fantastic experience: I have been going for approximately 4 months and love it! I have been to other cycle classes before and Jam is by far the best. Alicia, Josie and and their crew of teachers are amazing, so welcoming of new students and really encourage you no matter what lever you are at. I always feel so happy walking into Jam and out after a class (although a little sweaty)!

If you are after a community and a class that is more than just a calorie burn, this is the place to be and for someone who is new to spin or classes, all levels are catered for. One of benefits from the class that I enjoy is how Alicia challenges you not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well.

Fantastic experience: When I think of "best spin studios in Sydney", JAM always comes to mind straight away. From the moment you step into the place, you are greeted by waves of positive energy! Even on my worst days, I can count on JAM to lift my spirits:)) As someone who is not the most athletic, I appreciate JAM's nurturing spirit to help guide me through my fitness journey while simultaneously challenging me to push my limits. As a student, having to drop a few hundred dollars to maintain doing what I love seemed daunting at first, but with JAM's many promotions throughout the year, I can say that it has been worth every single dollar! JAM has fast become a home away from home and I will definitely be riding with them for the forseeable future! 10/10 for me, cannot recommend any higher!

Have been riding with Alicia ever since meeting her back in 2018, she is an absolute power house and I am so delighted she has her own studio now. An incredible human that shares her passion and gifts with our community of people dedicated to bettering themselves and growing stronger day by day. Fantastic experience: JAM MVMT is a lot of things. It's a spin studio with nice bikes and great music. It's classes with engaging instructors who make it so much fun that you almost forget you are working out (it is a VERY GOOD workout ). And most of all, it's a welcoming and uplifting community of amazing people. No, you won't be a nameless person hiding in a corner here (however, if you really want a corner, there are a few - you just won't be nameless). Alicia, the owner, is absolutely incredible and goes out of her way to make everyone feel welcome. Before I joined, I had no idea what Rhythm Spin was and couldn’t really grasp the concept of moving to the beat. It’s been very rewarding to learn how to ride and move to the music in a supportive environment. Whether you are uncoordinated like me, or have a background in movement, you will have a great time at JAM. The spin endorphins are unbeatable!

If you want a studio that genuinely cares about their riders and puts in the effort to make workouts fun, then this is the studio for you.

Fantastic experience: Whether you have been rhythm riding for a while, or just starting out, this studio is a great place to be. The energy; the bikes; the music; the community - all make for a fantastic workout in a safe and encouraging environment. I have been rhythm riding for a while now, and have known Alicia for many years (in a couple of different studios!). I have been to many studios in Sydney and around this world. This is a special place. The good news is that you don't need to be an expert to step into this studio and get a whole lot out of a class. You will be welcomed and encouraged, and included in the group experience. You can put four walls anywhere. You can fill those four walls with spin bikes. But what makes JAM MVMT special is the people who ride there. I would encourage everyone to check it out and give it a go.

There’s also a fabulous advanced program for more serious riders. Riders visiting from overseas make a beeline to Jam because of its reputation. Great Stages bikes which are regularly serviced. Best of all are the people. Alicia and her team genuinely care about every individual that walks the doors of the studio. A real mind, body and soul place. Their ‘Jamchella’ was off the charts fun.

It’s more than a gym or just a spin studio - it’s truly a community and a place of transformation where you level up physically, but most importantly mentally (in my eyes anyway!) With perseverance and a beautiful team encouraging you all the time, you absolutely go further. I was only casually spinning with the intention to just work out and my experience so far with JAM MVMT has transformed my mindset to enjoy spin as a sport and be a part of a passionate community that continues to support each other every single class! Alicia and most instructors I’ve taken are great with technique tips and ensuring you’re properly set up on the bike. Other great features: they offer new and quality cycle shoes and cost is covered with your ride cost, friendly and warm front desk staff, showers and lockers!

Even more special is the community Alicia the owner has built! Everyone is so welcoming and positive and you really leave the studio feeling uplifted mind and body!
