Negative experience: Very small. Too crowded. Few mechines not working. Swipe card don't work most of the time. When reported manager said you need to push hard to open the door. Try to cancel the membership during the free trial week period, unable to cancel the membership until the free 5 weeks period then wait for 28 days notice. Pay that 28 days and then cancell. Such a terrible experience.

Negative experience: The music is way too loud. If I can hear that crap bearing through my noise cancelling head phones then it's excessive.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very warm and welcoming. Smiles all around. Great creche facility. It has a close nit vibe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: Do not recommend, based on events on and there after from the 11/6/2022. Lawyers have been involved.

Negative experience: Absolute crooks. Cancelled my membership only to find over a month later they were continuing to debit fortnightly payments. Disgusting behaviour

Fantastic experience: Easy parking during off-peak hours, small gym area but has everything you need and isn't usually crowded with people even during peak times for the surrounding businesses. Crèche available with friendly staff. Clean. Everything you need a gym to be.

Negative experience: Once you walk in you come out wanting a feed and a jack daniels after the stress you endure just by looking at how small the gym is. the bloke receptionist is also another reason - unprofessional. I wouldnt come here even if it were free. Way better gyms out there. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would.

Negative experience: Small and poky gym, parking can be an issue during peak times. Staff are treated very badly. There are other gyms worth looking into.

Positive experience: Not a bad place but it could do to review equipment locations. Some gear is so close you are at risk of manual handling accidents putting plates on bars.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with a recent experience a close friend had at this gym. As they were going to cancel their gym membership, the young blonde woman asked why, they simply replied that they had found a more suitable gym. The young woman’s attitude changed and she began interrogating my friend on what gym, and why. Not only is this none of her business, she then commented on my friends health and said “Okay but you need to look after your health.” This is not an innocent comment but clearly an insensitive remark she made. She knows nothing about the health of my friend and she should keep her concerns to herself. I found this to be an unnecessary and disrespectful comment made all because my friend had found a more appropriate and all round better gym than your inadequate gym with a lack of proper and quality equipment. The young woman should be ashamed of herself and should not be representing your gym as she has turned me off ever joining.

Negative experience: They make it very hard to cancel membership even with the Covid situation and it's a no lock in contract. Found the man rude and wasnt understanding at all and still made me wait for 2 weeks after they reopened to cancel my membership even though I had given them alot of notice and still took 2 more weeks of my money. Sad !

Fantastic experience: Come here everyday and really enjoy the environment and people are so welcoming and warm towards everyone, would recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, knowledgeable trainers and friendly staff! The range of equipment there is huge as well - just about anything you can think of.. they'll have and it's all cleaned maintained regularly.

Fantastic experience: I love my gym! It's the cleanest gym I've ever trained at; the other members are really nice and considerate, they put their weights away; the staff and the creche are amazing.

Fantastic experience: BOTH JINDALEE & AlLKIMOS can be used and only 5minute drive from each other Both great locations and convinient Super friendly and helpful staff! Both the class and gym/PT instructors are very knowledgeable and the classes are really engaging, fun and have been a great way to loose weight and feel good! (Lots of class options!) Awesome crèche facility and just a nice modern clean gyms :)

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Signed up almost 3 months ago now. I shopped around gyms in the area and this had the best atmosphere when I did a trial, I am not a gym person. I liked the creche and group fitness compared to the other gyms. It's no contracts and no fuss unlike the others in the area.

Fantastic experience: Biggest gym in local area, great how we can use Jindalee and Alkimos gyms, wife loves the new creche & group fitness studio at Jindalee.

Negative experience: WARNING - If you want to cancel your membership or your sons membership. They covince you to suspend your account, then don't give you the courtesy of letting you know when the suspended period is up. Resulting in the gym automatically resuming sucking money out of your bank account, even when they can see that you haven't stepped foot in the place for over 8 months. You would think the ethical way to go is to at least make contact letting you know when the suspended period is about to expire. Well so much for customer service, they got over $ 200.00 out of me for providing absolutely nothing. I am sure the fitness side of things is fine but they do need to brush up on there morals.
