Fantastic experience: This place is AWESOME! The trainers are amazing at what they do, always willing to help and always with a big smile on their face. This club has a real family feel about it and the members are equally as lovely as the staff. If a place exists where burpees would be considered fun, this would be it. 5 stars from me

They even follow up to see if your ok if you haven’t been for a few days now that’s a gym keeping you accountable!!! No others gyms would care. The facility is always nice and clean.Always great music to get you excited to work out!!! F45 WG has the most caring friendly members feels like you have known them for years the best community and makes working out so much enjoyable!!!

This place doesn’t feel like a regular gym, it feels like a family and a close knit community. The trainers break down movements so you can understand them, they progress and regress exercises depending on your fitness needs. I couldn’t recommend F45 Watergardens enough! For people that feel intimidated in a regular gym because you’re not sure about what to do or how to do it, then this is the place for you! Don’t delay, make your health a priority! Get on it!

Ive been with the water gardens team for a couple of months now & I have never found better people to train with & a better group to be trained by. Starting this as a weight loss journey, its now just become a hobby because of how comfortable it is to work out & not be insecure about a thing or anyone judging you. I Absolutely love F45 !!!

After the long lock down, I was extremely unfit and I definitely wasn’t feeling like my old self. The trainers are super supportive, knowledgeable and encouraging, and I’ve loved getting to know them all. Every session is always an awesome challenge but the fun music and great atmosphere make the whole thing seem more doable...even the cardio classes!! Thank you to the F45 team for reawakening me to the joy of being fit and inspiring me want to keep working on being the very best version of myself ✌

Fantastic experience: F45 watergardens is awesome! I decided to give the 8 week challenge a go back in January and haven’t been able to stop going. The environment is just great, everyone is so friendly and you feel like your working out with your bestfriends. The trainers are so good, they are encouraging and fun at the same time! The workouts are all we thought out and good for all ages and fitness levels. I’d recommend F45 watergardens to anyone willing to get into daily exercise and anyone who wants to add fun into their workouts!

Fantastic experience: Watergardens F45 has the most supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and motivating staff. The staff engage each member and really get to know you and provide that extra ‘push’ if required. The classes are enjoyable and varied allowing you to train your whole body and negotiate boredom. There are plenty of class times to choose from and even showers to use if you need. I highly recommend F45 Watergardens!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this studio for 2 years and it has changed my life. The staff have become friends and the members are all one big family. During lockdown we had numerous classes a day, training never stopped and was a life saver for many of us. The studio itself is first class, one of the biggest I've seen. Fully air conditioned too which is essential in the hot Melbourne Summers. 5 stars from me!

I've always felt uncomfortable training at other gyms as I didn't know what I was doing & was always unmotivated until I joined F45. The trainers are expirienced, welcoming, motivating, friendly and sometimes like to torture you when you get too friendly (be aware!). Members have the same good vibes! Your always training with someone new so its no surprise that we are one big family! Big love for this place & thank you for keeping me fit ❤

Fantastic experience: I have been training with F45 Watergardens for just over a year and it has been the only thing that has really helped me reach my fitness goals! The coaches are friendly, attentive and provide expert advice when it comes technique and training. They really show a lot of care for the members, motivating and pushing us to get the best workouts possible. The studio is clean and well maintained. Members have access to two change rooms with showers, discounts with partnered stores as well as supplements and merchandise available for purchase. My favourite part about being an F45 Watergardens member is the sense of community that I can only find here. This is truly an amazing studio with the best staff and fun workouts! Thanks guys!!!

Fantastic experience: F45 watergardens has the most warm and welcoming atmosphere. Theres always high energy and laughter in the room. The trainers make an effort to know everyones name so that everyone feels included and comfortable. They also ensure that you are completing the exercises correctly which is 10x better than having to workout alone in a gym. Ive never been consistent with exercising but f45 has made that possible for me

Fantastic experience: After trialling two other F45’s in the western suburbs last year and not feeling the vibe; I joined F45 watergardens and was hooked from day one! From my first session all the trainers made me feel really welcome, they always gave me words of encouragement and motivated me through out the work outs. Every one is super positive and the vibe is great! This has to be the best F45 in the West if not the whole of Melbourne! I would highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic experience: I started at F45 Watergardens after my wife nagged me about "just giving it a go" . I thought it would never be a good fit for me. I was totally wrong. This is a great place to train. I have tried heaps of other training styles ranging from a commercial gym to Olympic weightlifting and I have found F45 to be the most effective out of the lot. I have lost a heap of weight and I feel pretty damn good. Trainers are always smiling and happy to help. They even give you a call and sign you into sessions when you are being lazy!! They actually have a focus on their members and keep them motivated. Keep it up guys.

Fantastic experience: F45 Watergardens is a "strange addiction" in the best way possible, when you miss a session you actually get FOMO (fear of missing out). It is such an amazing environment, everyone is so friendly! For me it's the best way to start my day! Best decision is to sign up for that free trial and see how quickly you can get addicted!

Fantastic experience: I was referred by a friend to try out F45 and had no idea what to expect or what i was going into. I went to the Hollywood session on a Saturday which was an hour long and let me tell you it was BRUTAL and every part of my body was sore. After that i kept going every day and i became addicted! I started to see results straight away, my body starting changing and i was toning up after each class. The trainers are amazing and the vibe, energy, music is great! Its addictive! Probably one of the best things i have ever done. Highly recommend if you're looking to lose weight, get fit or just tone up your body. ITS THE FREKIN BEST!

All the trainers are incredibly motivating, friendly and supportive. They make every effort to meet you and know you by name. Not only do they care about your efforts in class but they also care about you as a person, a friend and a valuable member to their team. Shout out to the manager Kelsey and second in charge Renea- teams reflect management. You ladies do a brilliant job at managing the studio and I can see how hard you both work to continually meet the needs of all your members. If you’re contemplating joining or at least giving F45 a trial- just do it! You won’t regret it. The money is not an issue when you are investing it in your health- both physically and mentally! When you finish your work out and have all those endorphins flowing through your body- you are going to feel better than ever! Fantastic experience: I have never enjoyed going to gym until I trialed F45 at Watergardens. I have finally found my thing. But that is really thanks to the amazing crew! They proved to me that I can actually do all the exercises, I just needed the right guidance and encouragement.

After dropping 2 sizes I am so happy with my results and have all of you to thank for pushing me throughout each session. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member since it opened. At first I was hesitant about starting at F45 but my wife wanted to go, so I thought I would go along also and give it a go. After the first session I was convinced that this was for me so I went back to the traditional style gym I went to and cancelled my membership the same day. I ABSOLUTELY love F45. The trainers, the atmosphere and the people are all truly amazing. This is the longest I have ever been committed to a gym and it’s because it is such a great place to go and train. The trainers know when and how to push you to get the maximum out of your session. Overall this is just a great place to train and see amazing results.
