Jetts Doncaster East

Fantastic experience: Jetts fitness has been my first gym to start my proper fitness journey. The staff are always exceptionally kind and I never feel uncomfortable when asking for help with equipment or advice on technique. I personally have been trained by Ann who has been welcoming, supportive, and has helped me to build personal confidence at Jetts. Through personal training sessions, Ann has created a personal program that I follow for the various areas that I want to train. She also provided me with videos of the correct technique so that I can look back and make sure I am protecting my body and training efficiently. The atmosphere is consistently supportive, and encouraging, and is a place I have grown to be fond of. Would highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to join their first or wanting to join a new gym.

Fantastic experience: Jetts is the place to go to accomplish your fitness goals. Everyone there is welcoming, and the staff is next level. I’m greeted with a warm smile from Tara as soon as I arrive, Jiryes is always around training his clients and empowering the members, and Ann is always around with a big smile on her face. Ann is my Trainer, and I can honestly say I’ve hit the jackpot. She is inspiring. She works hard to make sure you accomplish your fitness goals, and she’s always checking-in and holding you accountable. I highly recommend Jett’s Doncaster East ☺️

Starting with a two week free trial and then assisting me to complete the applications and join the gym as a member. I love it. I look forward to my workouts and the friendly staff and members. Negative experience: I joined a free trial for 2 weeks on the 17/10 And canceled the trial on the 31/10 which is exactly 2 weeks, they still charged me and refused to refund me the amount.

Fantastic experience: Tara was an Amazing staff. Very honest and appears to be at your best interest, working out the best deals for you and emphasising safety and security around the gym. Gym is clean and well equipped. It's relatively small but perhaps is the benefit as it's quite a caring gym and not too many ego lifters.

Fantastic experience: This club is amazingly well maintained and it’s evident how much the manager, Tara, love and cares for it. I've seen the trainers in there sometimes with clients at 9pm. They all work so amazingly hard!

Fantastic experience: I am not particularly interested in going to the gym, but the staff at Jetts make you feel so welcome, and the environment is great. The staff are fantastic, in particular Ann K, who kindly but firmly, kicks my butt into gear. The other members are friendly and it's the best gym, whether you are the serious trainer, or like me, the fundamentally uncoordinated :). With Ann's training, I'm actually getting some shape and highly recommend her. Shout out to Tara and Jiryes too, who are make me feel welcomed and keep me coming back.

After 3 operations in 18months I decided to head back to gym to get a program and get some muscle strength back and has been the best decision I made. Fantastic experience: Have been a member of Jetts Doncaster East since 2018 and can say it is easily the best gym in the area. The amazing staff Ann, Tara and Jiryes are second to none, the gym is always clean and looked after and there is a great community amongst all gym goers. It is rarely busy and is always easy to get a quick workout in.

I have already suggested many friends to sign up and gave it a 10/10 because it’s a very welcoming gym, never too busy, the perfect amount of machines to work out each muscle group. Negative experience: Continued to direct debit for months after cancelling the membership - I had to cancel my card to stop the payments from coming out because Jetts would not answer their phone, email, insta or FB. Still haven't had a resolution on this one, it would be great if someone can reach out to refund me.

Negative experience: All things aside, I'm adding this review in the hopes that the owners address the serious cleanliness issue in this gym. Other branches have better ventilation and are way cleaner! Get a vacuum, please!!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Such amazing and friendly staff, the A Team - Ann, Jiryes and Rain. All the staff are super friendly, helpful and motivating. Shout out to the club manager Rain who is a legend! He always takes the time to support and motivate me and just his general positive attitude and charisma is a great vibe to be around. The classes run by Rain have been challenging and fun and which I look forward to doing.. There’s a real sense of community at this gym and it’s all thanks to the fabulous staff who help make working out enjoyable

Fantastic experience: I have been going to JETTS for about a year and it’s been fantastic. The managers are so welcoming and enthusiastic. The trainers are so supportive and motivating. It’s always nice walking into the gym and seeing a friendly face.

Fantastic experience: Honestly this is the best gym in the area thanks to the great staff there. You feel like you are part of a family and not just a member. Rain always greets you by name once you come in and makes you feel so welcomed as well as motivating us throughout the session, my brother and I always look forward to seeing him everyday, the gym atmosphere has changed so much since he came. Ann has been an amazing pt, she’s so supportive, encouraging and lovely, always looking forward to my sessions with her. Jiryes has also been very supportive to my brother who has just started. They all make a great team!

Negative experience: I went Jetts Doncaster east on Monday 03/10/22, to talk to one of the staff members in order to get some info about the gym. The staff member was very rude an arrogant I have left the gym without any conversation. The gym management to train their member who to talk to customer.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for a while now and rain really motivates me to come in and is a great personality to have at the front when you first walk in he makes the atmosphere comfortable and fun and it enables me to really get out of my head and not feel judged. I really appreciate how kind and caring all of the staff are it really furthers making the gym feel like a safe non judgmental space. I also love how the jetts Instagram page value’s quality over quantity it’s the only gym page I follow as it’s not constantly clogging up my feed.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have gone to, certainly the best Jetts. Rain's enthusiasm for the gym and his customers has been so welcoming over the past half a year I have been going. Not only is he always there to welcome you, see how you are doing and what you are training, but even during your workouts he is there to push you. Feels more like a friend than a manager. Clearly he cares about his customers and it shows. The gym itself is always clean, Ann always makes sure that it is tidy. You will always see friendly faces there. Jiryes will always say hello and push you - give you a tip or two if you are lucky. Even though the gym isn't as big as those big commercial ones, I have never struggled or had to wait for a machine or bench. The gym is about 10-15 minutes away from me and it is certainly worth it. Do yourself a favour and join Jetts Doncaster!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with everything you need, conveniently opened 24 hours and has the best staff. Come for the pump, stay for the catchup with the manager rain and the others. Doubt you'd find another place where the staff knows everyone's name and is approachable at any time

Fantastic experience: Have been a member for over 5 years and I must say, it's a very clean gym. I used to work out really late nights, and even then there were professional cleaners cleaning the gym. Shout out to the current Club manager Rain who makes the gym atmosphere more enjoyable to work out, with his professionalism and vibrant nature. Keep it up!

Negative experience: The staff member that is meant to sign you up and run the classes would have to be undoubtably the rudest, most arrogant person I’ve ever met. Customer service has a lot of work to do. For someone self conscious and to be walking into a gym for the first time in 2 years to be greeted with a “sup” from a bloke shaking a protein shake was very confronting

Negative experience: Don’t even bother. Gym across the road is 100% better. Jetts Doncaster East is too small, always busy. Stupid rules, the workers do not follow their own rules - I saw workers wearing their masks on their arm.

Fantastic experience: The sign says Doncaster East’s most loved gym; could not be more accurate. I always walk in and get a warm welcome coupled with motivation and excitement feeling to ‘smash it’. Tired, sad, depressed? I go in and get that ‘I live here now’ feeling immediately. Also, I’m surrounded by fit and attractive people at that gym. That keeps me motivated to stay focus and inch closer to achieving my fitness goals. (Because I want to look like them. Lol) Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The place, including the amenities is always clean. Equipment variety is just what you would want and need. Louis.
