The rotation of workouts keeps you on your toes and the sessions aren't boring or repetitive. I've been coming for 2 years and can't imagine what I would do without F45 and the trainers.

Fantastic experience: I had to have time off recently due to a work injury. Nath was really understanding about my injury and gave me the extra weeks to hold off and do physio treatment for my back. Since I have re-started back all the coaches are aware I'm just getting back into it and have been encouraging and providing me exercise modifications. It is honestly such a great feeling because I can still work hard with the adjustments the coaches give me. So I just wanted to say thanks guys.

Negative experience: Disappointing lack of integrity. I was a member for many years and supported the gym through Covid with no real service offering from them in exchange for a ‘for life’ membership fee guarantee. No further qualification. I took a break due to injury, but due to the length of recovery the gym required me to cancel my subscription. On looking to return, loyalty and support have conveniently been forgotten. I recommend going to another gym.

Fantastic experience: F45 Sandringham-Highett have been amazing in assisting me to stay active and healthy on my journey as a new parent. I trained right up until I was 35 weeks pregnant and now that my baby is 13 months old I am even fitter than I was pre-pregnancy! The team have been so incredibly helpful alternating exercises where required, yet still ensuring I am working as hard as possible each and every session. All of the trainers are skilled PT’s, friendly and have kept me motivated and accountable over the last two years. If you’re looking for a gym with a solid culture, experienced PT’s, that will grow and evolve with you and your life changes, then I highly recommend F45 Sandringham-Highett.

First things first, Trainers are amazing, they welcome you, motivate you and always remember you by name. No two days are same. There are always new challenges to signup and new workout routines introduced. Saturdays are the best with live DJ. Very organised, always clean and the most amazing part - Dog friendly.
