Fantastic experience: For any age, great exercise, gets the heart going!

Fantastic experience: We are a family with young kids (12 & 9) and had been to Clip ‘n Climb Phillip Island recently. I must say that it is a well organised, nice and clean place with many climbing challenges for all ages. It was so much fun and entertaining that we hadn't realised our session went so quickly. Cathy at the reception is very helpful and friendly resheduling our appointment and sharing the information on the other attractions. Liam who's the ground safety staff is helpful and kid friendly. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a family time. We're pleased to see how well the toilets are maintained.

Fantastic experience: Good range of walls and different climbing experiences. Went during winter school holidays and was pleased that density measures were in place and staff tracked numbers and bookings to make sure the climbing area never got too busy or overcrowded. Also very pleased with supervision — parents/carers obviously are expected to fully supervise but staff don’t rely on this. They were extremely diligent in constantly roaming the floor and checking that climbers were all safe and using equipment appropriately. Definitely felt that safety was taken seriously. Would go again — great way to entertain the kids during a gloomy, rainy day on the island.

Fantastic experience: Similar to other reviewers, we chose to visit clip n climb on a rainy day. We were expecting it to be relatively easy from those reviews, but found it was definitely a challenge for two inexperienced climbers! We were extremely pleased with the safety standards and customer service of the team. :) We will improve our upper body strength and be back!

Fantastic experience: My grandchildren cannot wait to visit me to go to Clip and Climb ages ranging from 5 to 15 they all love it and its great exercise. My little grandaughter was very nervious but once she realised that the harness was safe she was up to the top of everything she climed. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Booking is a must especially during school holidays.

Negative experience: Large group of 13 climbers. Fun climbing. 1 star as staff and owner cannot communicate effectively. Called up and clarified somethings with the owner and was told we would have extra climbing time before arriving only to find out when we finished climbing that what we clarified was a ‘misunderstanding’. If we had known this we would not have come.

Fantastic experience: My daughter absolutely loves this place she is only 4½ but she climbs to the top of most of the walls she is extremely strong for her age but she is also short and they have a harness to fit her. Honestly don't hesitate to bring your kids of any age they will love it you get 1hr and I guarantee they will be buggered after it.

Fantastic experience: We are visiting from QLD for a 6th birthday and we ventured out to have a indoor climb. All the kids and a few of us 'adults' joined in the fun. I'm telling you it was awesome. They have enough obstacles and wall climbs that we didn't finish them all in the 50mins we were in there for. They have different stages of difficulties for the very young kids all the way up. It's is so easy with the clip in and go system They have plenty of really well trained and polite staff on hand to help and keep us all safe. Not just wall climbs as there is other challengers like the Stairway to Heaven and the Astro Balls. $22 for each adult was a bargain and we all slept well that night. Thanks to Clip n Climb for all their hard work. If you come to Phillip Island and want a fun challenge with the family or just as a fun date with the other half, don't hesitate. Fantastic experience: Super fun , very clean premises, clear instructions and helpful instructors . My 9 yr old daughter absolutely loved all the climbs of varying difficulty. I tried a climb for the first time ever thanks to a friendly instructor, Sarah. Much harder than the kids make it look! My upper body is aching but it was so worth it.

Fantastic experience: Great fun for the whole family. Through safety brief ensures everyone knows how to have fun safely. Variety of walls present a challenge for any skill level, but are well designed that anyone can give them a crack. Can also recommend the canned water, same great taste of water but it just feels weird drinking it from a can.

Fantastic experience: First time is scary but the equipment is simple to use and reassuringly solid. Parents who intend to climb will spend a fair bit of their time clipping their kids on and off. The hour goes by very quickly and is a decent upper body workout. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: A group of 8 of us visited on a rainy day in Phillip Island and it was much more fun that we expected! It started with a 15 minute safety video and then staff assisted us in getting into our harnesses. There were small harnesses for our petite 6 year olds. Then it was 45 minutes of climbing fun! The auto belaying system was brilliant and the first time we had tried it. It meant that all 8 of us could be climbing separately and could make the most of our time. We did need to help the kids at times clip on and off as it was tricky for the younger ones. Overall, both kids and adults had an absolute ball and a great workout. We will be back!

The ropes attach to the harnesses in such a way that it was possible for both our kids to hook themselves in and out which allowed me to actually enjoy some climbing too! Highly recommended.
