They really do display their motto, 'Its not a gym, its a community'. Being an introvert and my first time doing group training, I feel so comfortable - thanks to the coaches!! Fantastic experience: I find this gym to be unique as it has programmes set up for each day and they really help because I don’t need to be stressed out to find what sort of exercises I should be doing. Trainers are amazing and they are very helpful. I like the lively and stress free atmosphere there. I wasn’t a sporty person and was lazy going to gyms before but was never tired with this one. Fantastic experience: F45 forest lake is great for a person who likes to loose weight quickly and gain strength. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met Katie and Max , both are perfect coach. Both are professional yet kind, patient and understanding. Their encouragement has given me the confidence and motivation for the exercise.

Fantastic experience: I have been to 3 different F45 centres and I can absolutely say Forest Lake branch is the best of all. Max and Katie are great owners who always greet with happy smile and encourage/motivate everyone to attend sessions. Trainers are also a great asset to the centre who know what they are doing and make the sessions fun and loving rather than tiring. If you have any goals in mind then I would absolutely recommend trying this centre.
