Negative experience: Terrible place to work, fire staff with NO reasoning behind it, unfair dismissal to multiple people in a short amount of time.

Positive experience: A good gym could do with monkey bars for upper body

Fantastic experience: An excellent large facility that is easy to access and has sufficient parking in most cases, except for when it is at peak capacity. This is a large gym, hence, you will not be short of equipment available to use at almost all times. The facilities are clean, including the amenities and exercise equipment. There are sanitary wipes located everywhere, which successfully encourages a culture of cleaning the equipment after every use. The staff have been friendly upon every visit also. The automatic bubblers and drink fillers is also a great addition. One of my favorite gyms to attend. A great place to be surrounded by people dedicated to fitness and self-improvement. You can't help but want to join in when you're there.

Negative experience: Rip off. Transfered my membership to narellan and start charging more without my concern.

Positive experience: Gym culture here has changed for the worse since the move to the new location. Higher fees and over crowding are a big issue.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this gym. Staff is extremely unprepared and lie to you just to get you to sign up. I was told by the manager that they were extremely flexible with pregnancy, allowing members to pause for free for as long as needed postpartum or cancel the membership if unable to return. I was unable to return to the gym postpartum and was advised by the gym manager to transfer my membership, otherwise I’d need to pay 50% of what I currently owe until the end of the contract or would have a weekly fee to pay to have my membership paused (it is in the contract, but there was no flexibility due to pregnancy like she had mentioned before). I was able to transfer my membership, but at no point I was told I’d still need to pay for an extra month of membership after transferring it to someone else. When I called to check why I was still being charged while the person I transferred the membership to was also being charged, they said it was stated in the contract and that they were doing me a favor letting me transfer my membership. On their contract clause number 8.4, it is not stated that notice is required. It makes no sense to have overlapping payments from the new and the old member if they are taking over your membership. They claim that a transference is a cancelation (???!). Please be aware of what you’re getting into before joining, because they’d just do whatever to take extra money off of you. Also, their changing rooms/toilets are extremely dirty.

Fantastic experience: The gym is really large and open.The staff are very friendly and welcoming.The crowd is really good and going there has a nice vibe whilst your training.The gym is always nice and clean and it does not have any bad odours as there is plenty of ventilation.There is also 4 sections to the gym, 3 for weights and a large cardio section overlooking the gym floor.There is plenty of parking.It can get really busy in peak times.

Negative experience: Awful customer service. Wouldn’t let me pay for a casual visit to train with my partner (who is a member) as a one off whilst travelling. Lady was rude and unhelpful.

Fantastic experience: Everytime I go to this particular gym I leave with the biggest smile. The equipment is always tidy and clean. Although, it’s the staff that makes me keep going back to Narellan. They are always willing to help with any silly questions I have, they ALWAYS greet me with the biggest smile, and they make me feel so appreciated as a customer at the gym. Definitely not just a number, but truely a genuine friendship with all the staff. Small Shoutout to Maddi, absolute legend for motivating me to keep showing up for myself and grinding it at the gym.

Fantastic experience: I have only been attending anytime fitness in Narellan for 2 weeks and by far this is the best gym in Sydney. Such welcoming and friendly staff every single one of them the gym is always so tidy as i notice staff cleaning up and putting weights back on the racks (even though it’s our job to put them back) such a nice spacious gym with a fantastic variety of equipment, friendly people all around but i really want to hand it to the staff for ensuring such a safe and clean space for everyone. #bestgyminsyd

Fantastic experience: The Narellan Anytime is the by far the best gym I’ve been to across their many locations in Australia and overseas. The equipment is solid, always in good condition and clean. One of the best parts of coming to this gym is that the staff is always there to welcome you with a smile and some encouragement to work hard. The manager Faith is great - always ensures people keep things clean and makes sure members return their weights…. For the last few years that I have been coming here, the staff have set a high standard for members to follow- and it is why this place is awesome!

Negative experience: Not Gud gym they just learn how to make money but never teach there gym members when they join the gym . They said we provide 3personal training classes and they never provide by them and never tell anyone how to use all equipments . Me and my hubby join this gym since from last year we never get personal training classes ever . And never get taught by them how to use all gym machines

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Narellan is such a great club to train at! The staff are so friendly, welcoming and helpful, which creates a comfortable and supportive environment to train in. The club is always very clean and well presented and has ample equiptment for all styles of training. After 2yrs of training with the personal trainer I have learnt so much and achieved things I never would have without his guidence and support. Along with the super friendly members who are always happy to help out or have a chat, I wouldnt train anywhere else, its my home away from home!!

Negative experience: Good range of equipment but unfortunately extremely hot and humid even with the ‘after hours’ air con. Needs some big fans for people who enjoy doing cardio as you almost faint from the lack of air and heat.

Super convenient being a local and 24hr gym, equipment is all there and in great condition (unlike most gyms), cheap prices, the people are great (no heros) and the staff are even Better!!. Massive thank you to Sarah for helping me with my account and always willing to go out of your way to help assist she is an asset to your company. I've also been greeted by another friendly staff member Natalia who was also great dealing with my account etc. The trainers there are awesome and always giving free advice when needed.
