Negative experience: I canceled my Snap Fitness membership four months ago, yet I still haven’t received my refund. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I have no intention of rejoining Snap Fitness in the future.

Fantastic experience: The community at this gym is the best with supporting each other! The staff are seriously amazing with always giving me advice and being very supportive! Thursday night muscle class is the highlight of my week, you learn so much and it’s a great social group to be in! Highly recommend this SnapFitness

Fantastic experience: I train at the different snap gyms, and consider Morley the best. The equipment is amazing and the staff are friendly, and the gym is well maintained. And there is always soap n showers (sorry, my pet frustration is that the soap dispenser at my “home” snap fitness are never refilled. Great gym Morley!

Fantastic experience: Honestly a great gym! Clean equipment, friendly people, friendly staff. The best part is the open floor with natural sunlight and most importantly, high ceilings. You won't feel claustrophobic here. The only Snap I'd recommend.

Negative experience: The lady on the front desk at 6:30 she was very rude to me, she did not let me do my workout because i forget to bring my towel i asked her that i will took care for hygiene and i will use wet tissue, but still there was no need of being rude with me although she can say it politely, i have cancel my membership with snap fitness because of her...

Negative experience: The lady who is sitting there. Rudest person ever i met. Greedy people over there. I never suggest anyone to join this site. They just rude. I was member with them since 1 year. And she is also lying to me because when i was join that time Morgen was there and she told me she was the only one who was working there. I really don’t like that lady. I am Indian so this is purely discrimination.

Fantastic experience: I signed up at Snap Baysie - which is also a lovely atmosphere, but far smaller - and love coming to Morley on my RnR. I go to Bayswater because it’s close in days time is limited and coming to Morley is a treat. Trainer Bree is the most warm and welcoming/understanding and helpful human whether you’re a Client of hers or not, the place is always clean and tidy and I’m yet to see a piece of broken equipment, which were all reasons I left Revo. Thanks guys! Keep it up!

Fantastic experience: I have attended many different Snap Fitness since joining, and I have found Morley to be one of the best. I have been doing a group HIIT program with Bree Sparrow, PT for months now, and absolutely love it. It is so worthwhile adding HIIT to my routine, and Bree is a fantastic trainer!

Fantastic experience: Been training at Snap Morley for almost 4 years now! One of the cleanest and friendliest Gyms. There has never been a reason to move/switch Gyms. The high ceilings as well make the Gym feel very open and not cramped. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Joined for 3 months while staying with a friend in Perth. Joined online. Morgan the PT is very friendly, not overly friendly tho, and I have enjoyed my mornings in the gym to kick start my day. Good range of equipment and free weights. Toilets and a shower, if needed. Good for boys and girls.

Negative experience: I received a phone call from this club the other day. A staff member was responding to my online enquiry, but I had already been contacted by the Dianella gym and had joined with them. The staff member from Morley was very onslaught and abrupt with me when I had told her I had already signed up at Morley (I mistook Morley and Dianella) she began to lightly interrogate me as if I was lying….she made snide remarks like “oh really? I didn’t see you and I WAS here yesterday so…?” Eventually I clarified it was the “Old Sizzlers building” I had joined at- she backed done and ended the call very quickly and rudely! I was actually stunned at the way she spoke to me. Luckily the staff at Snap Dianella are really lovely, welcoming and supportive, I’m glad I joined at their location and not Morley. The gym is the last place you want someone to address you so hastily. Snap….protect your brand. Review your staff!

Fantastic experience: Gym is nice and clean, sanitary equipment available for use and has a good variety of weights. Staff are friendly and talkative. My only issue would be that under 16s have to be supervised at all times so under 16 people can't go to gym 24/7

Negative experience: My payment information changed and thus making my payments fall behind. Got an email about debt collection agencies before I heard from the branch. Left 2 voicemails trying to get in contact with them and heard nothing. Poor. I then cancelled my membership and got charged an additional 2 months before being able to discontinue.

Negative experience: Since when does a gym need a 30 Day paid cancellation notice period. Not only that but they often advertise "No joining fee" promotions but they still insist on charging you 70 dollars before they hand you the keycard. If there is no joining fee then how can you not provide entry into the facility without payment?

Fantastic experience: Hands down, training here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The trainers are super friendly and helpful, the equipment and gym itself is super clean and the overall vibe is great! I’ve never had a bad experience training here. Would highly recommend!

I am an early bird so sadly don't often get to see the staff but they are always lovely and friendly when I stop in on a Saturday. It's just a bloody good gym. And has been a huge help in encouraging me to reach some bloody good goals

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Snap Fitness for about 2 and a half years and I must say, Snap Morley is one of the best gyms in the East side of the city. A great effort by management to keep the place clean and well maintained at all times. They have plenty of extra equipment for exercises and a great vibe to workout in. Keep it up guys

Negative experience: Never get responses back from emails, general terrible management. Signed me onto a 12 month contract whilst lying to my face about it being month to month. Don't even bother with this place go to Bayswater waves gym instead.

Corvin is always so lovely when I come into the gym welcoming me by name and always has a smile and willing to help. The equipment is all new and always clean. The set up works well. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this gym highly enough. The staff are real welcoming and the equipment is all brand new. I started a strength program with PT Dave Toomer and my lifting has increased dramatically. I would recommend Dave to anybody who is looking to become stronger and more confident in the gym. He set me up with a week by week training program and also a diet program. I started with Dave 6 weeks ago and have hit a new pb every week. I'm looking at a 180kg bench by Christmas! Big thanks to Dave, Corvin and all the staff.
