Negative experience: I'm very disappointed with this gym. I went to this gym and got my bag stolen by a guy and I lost my wallet and money. Tried to call them many times but no answer, I got no support from them. This is an unsafe gym you guys must be careful with your belongings. Now they are forcing me to transfer to their gym without asking my permission very disappointing. Currently, I am a Kwinana gym membership which I pay $30 a fortnight. They are forcing me to go to their gym which I pay $41 a fortnight. They are ripping me off and I cancelled my membership straight away but still need to pay them $82. There is a lot better and cheaper gym than this. Not recommended, go somewhere else.
Hi Mark. We’re sorry to hear about your experience. As it is the weekend, we haven’t been staffed, which is why you haven’t had a call back. We will be staffed tomorrow. We do have cctv cameras in the club which means we will be able to look into this. It is unfortunate that you were unable to wait for us to help you with this before giving us a review, as this does impact us. We pride ourselves in providing a great service and gym. We are a recently modernised club with brand new equipment, which is why there is a price difference between the clubs. We believe this price reflects the gym we provide. Transferring happens automatically when you use a club more. If you go back to using Kwinana you will change back
Negative experience: A few months ago, my husband and I visited Snap Fitness to join for just one month. However, the staff strongly insisted that we get a membership. After few of joining I had some personal issues and had to paused my membership for three months. after that period, they started deducting fees without any prior notice. When I called to address the issue, the staff was quite rude and unhelpful. Due to moving to a new suburb, I initially thought about continuing my membership at a nearby Snap Fitness, but their unfriendly approach and lack of customer service pushed me to cancel instead. Unfortunately, cancelling came with high fees — I’m paying over $250 each, for both myself and my husband. I recommend looking for another gym. I’ve now joined a different one, and the experience has been much better than what I encountered with Snap Fitness.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Snap Fitness Armadale for the past six months, and sadly, today is my last day. This gym has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The facility is incredibly comfortable, always clean, and well-maintained. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Ali and Wayne, who are the most awesome people. Their energy and enthusiasm are contagious, and they keep us all motivated with monthly challenges. If you're looking for a highly recommended gym in Armadale, Snap Fitness is the place to go.

We are trying our best with the door, it is an ongoing tricky situation and unfortunately not a simple task to fix, we have been working on the problem but have not been able to get the right people in to solve it. Luckily the main door to the gym has no issues and so we hope that the secondary door does not stop you from getting an amazing workout in! Fantastic experience: Gym looks beautiful!! Popped in this morning for a quick chest session and really enjoyed that they had all angles of benches and a mass amount of cables really clean modern and upbeat gym

Positive experience: Basic small gym. I used this gym once, upon returning for a second workout I was told to leave after entering for 10 minutes due to refurbishment works starting. I was very disappointed as had I of known this I would have attended another snap fitness location. Hopefully snap can learn from this and in future send notifications to all the members in state so that this will not ruin there plans. Most people that use gymnasiums are in a routine and things like this can ruin there day and sometimes there week. Please take note of comments for stop future issues.
Hi there, we’re sorry that you did not have the greatest experience on that particular day. There were emails and messages that went out to members prior to these works, as well as in club posters and videos up on all of our tv’s for months before the renovations started to prepare our members. The renovations are now complete and the gym is completely different. We hope you have the opportunity to come in and see the new Armadale!

Hi Orlando Sorry to hear about your experience. I am the new owner as of November 2022 and I agree, it does need an update. Unfortunately it does take 6+ months for equipment and construction plans to be ready so the ETA on a renovation is May/June! which we have posted all around our club and socials. If you have any other concerns, please let me know. Feedback like this does affect our business so we would like to make things right.
Fantastic experience: Located near Armadale station and shopping centre; ample parking. Clean and spacious, with good equipment and facilities. Friendly and helpful gym staff and users. Snap Fitness has gyms in many places across the globe that I visit.

Makes a big difference to which gym you sign up to when you feel as safe and comfortable because of the atmosphere/space they have created here. I had previously shopped around the area and their professionalism as well as down to earth approach is simply unbeatable compared with other gyms.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for shift workers like my self, well lit parking out the front for those early morning sessions. Equipment is quitewell diversified and stations to work just about everything you could think of. Bec is a top class manager and takes our suggestions for new equipment and revamp ideas very keenly, very approachable and always has time to check on my progress.

Negative experience: Been at the gym since it opened over 5 years ago and I can only say that the level of cleanliness and the friendliness of staff has decreased by tenfold over the years. I’m sick of cleaning up after others as I spend most of my time putting their weights away. Your stuff come and go quicker thank I do - not once have your current staff members said hello to me and I find them unapproachable. Instead of putting money in useless equipment and staff that don’t clean, why don’t you think about putting money into decent staff and team buildin g with group activities and maybe someone who actually wants to work and take pride in a clean workplace and environment.
