Fantastic experience: I moved from another smelly and packed gym in the area to Club Lime Rouse Hill. It was the best decision I’ve made to continue with my fitness journey. The place is always clean, spacious with plenty of machines and other gym equipment. My experience has been fantastic, never have to wait to use a machine at all, gym goes are also great. Negative experience: One star would give this place no justice. Easily the most disgusting gym I have ever been in. The wipes are seldom restocked, the equipment is filthy, the bathrooms rarely have soap or clean facilities. The gym is often inundated with younger school kids who hog machines, throw equipment around and slam weights as hard as they can. The staff do absolutely nothing about this. The weights are difficult to find because they don't get re-stacked. Sometimes the staff can be friendly but they are usually too busy trying to move you off your machine for a clients superset or neglecting gym goers. I once waited 15 minutes during staff hours for someone in reception before having to call the gym I was standing in to get some help. The gym has an awful smell to it. The cardio section is okay, other than the loud squeaky elliptical that they won't fix. When equipment breaks or gets damaged, it sometimes never gets repaired. If it does, it can take up to a year. The clientele (and sometimes the staff) can be creepy - often getting very close to girls working out on their own. Twice they have raised my fees due to "funding going towards opening new gyms" but I do not have access to these gyms despite requests. Why should I pay additional fees for gym that I do not get access to? It doesn't make sense to me. Playlist is awful and can be far too loud. I would not recommend this gym to anybody, despite the convenient location. (I have indeed emailed the contact line before, but have not gotten any help)

Negative experience: Great range of equipment and big gym. However, downsides are the following: 1. As it’s an approved -18 gym it feels like a kindergarten or a school full of teenagers and kids. 2. No water tap upstairs. It is very inconvenient to go downstairs whenever one needs to refill his/her bottle. 3. Poor Wifi and unsecured connection. No Telstra mobile internet connection as well. 4. Majority of members (who are teenagers) don’t put back weights and dumbbells on racks so the gym becomes very missy. 5. No toilets upstairs.

Positive experience: Great gym with friendly staff. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile. I usually go in the mornings (7 to 8am before work). However, on the odd day that I go at night/evenings it can be very full or at capacity with very long queues. For an optimal experience, would definitely recommend a morning session :)

Negative experience: I rang over two months ago to cancel a gym membership for my 15 year old, and they said I had to do it online. I’ve done this online and they still continue to deduct money out of my account. They sign you up so easily but it’s a hassle to cancel the membership. Disappointing experience, staff very unhelpful!

Fantastic experience: The variety of equipment is insane, you can do almost any exercise known to man, and there are barbells and Olympic weights all over the place. The staff are very polite and helpful, and keep the place looking fresh and clean every time I come over. The only downside I see is that when the students from neighbouring schools come here to work out, they vandalise the men's bathrooms and I am constantly smelling vape smoke when I need to pee. Overall the good outweighs the bad, as I haven't had a workout week quite like the one I can get at Club Lime.

Positive experience: A decent gym for teenagers and young adults as the price is relatively cheap and easy to access by car or public transport given it's location in Rouse Hill Town Centre. More convenient given that now the gym is open 24 hours. However, as others have stated, this gym has way too many members and at peak times it isn't worth the workout in here (especially weekdays 6-8pm) as the gym is too busy and all the equipment has a massive line going for it. The best times are usually after 9pm weekdays when it becomes quieter and heading towards midnight you'll have a good opportunity to have a solid workout. However, I have noticed particularly after the evening the gym is very untidy, and weights and dumbbells are spread all across the floor and other members aren't taking the initiative to place them in their correct spots. The water fountain is also interestingly next to the bathroom downstairs rather than upstairs where the gym is. For the price, I would probably take into consideration competitors such as Anytime Fitness RH North if you can't workout outside of the peak hours as this gym is too packed at that time (although you can luckily live track the gym capacity with their mobile app).

Fantastic experience: The gym is very big. It has all the equipment you need to train. But i would advise not to come from 4pm to 7:30pm as it is always full of school kids at this time. But other than that, the gym is nice and the staff are very friendly.

Negative experience: Worse gym I’ve been to. Gym staff do absolutely nothing to keep any sort of order in this gym. The amount of under 18’s in this gym is ridiculous, they push and shove each other, scream and yell and litter everywhere and staff don’t say anything. Also they take up literally every machine in this gym. I’ve never seen a gym this untidy, there is ALWAYS dumbbells missing, on the floor, and In the wrong places, and weights all over the floor creating major tripping hazards. Lastly why would you put a water fountain downstairs completely separate from where the gym is? Anyways, I bet there’s just gonna be a scripted copy paste response to this review. Don’t go to this gym, it’s not worth your time or money.

Negative experience: Pros: Modern cardio equipment that is a joy to use (when not occupied by other members) My Bluetooth headphones seem to connect to the treadmills and bikes flawlessly (most of the time) Good location in Rouse Hill Town Centre, so if you’re there early enough (and I mean EARLY) take advantage of your free three hour parking to do some shopping, have some breaky, or have a coffee afterwards. Cons: BUSY! BUSY! BUSY! during peak hours, meatheads or roid freaks taking up two weights machines at once. High school kids training in their uniforms with no idea what they’re doing, taking up valuable time doing ten sets and God knows how many reps on one weights machine and chatting to their mates for two minutes in between sets, This place really over-sells their membership! Far too many members! I’ve literally given up trying to train here after work! Damage and vandalism to male toilets and change rooms with no notice to management as to when the damage will be fixed. Only one filtered water tap, it is downstairs near the toilets of all places, not in the gym itself and the water is tepid, not cold! Only three stand up bikes and if gym is busy, almost always in use! Not enough cardio equipment to cater for large membership base. Location can also be a con. As it’s in Rouse Hill Town Centre, parking is diabolical after 10:30 am on a weekend and Thursday nights . In fact, Lotsaluck trying to find a park during these hours!

Negative experience: Ive been a member here for almost 8 years and its a constant decline. Place is filthy. The gym is now 90% school kids with zero cleaners. Machines are surrounded by 5+ kids every arvo so good luck getting a machine. Nothing ever changes when ive mentioned all this too staff. Club lime only cares for $$$

Negative experience: The gym itself is great, with a good range of equipment and well priced, but it's never clean. They need to employ cleaners to clean it daily, it's so unhygienic. The floor is always filthy like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. No one puts their weights away and they don't have staff on to keep the members accountable tidying up. A lot of under 18s at this gym as well, if you want to avoid them the best time to go is on the weekend.

Positive experience: Well priced and great location. Well fitted out decent amount of equipment, could use a little more cable/machine equipment. But it’s not cleaned that well, the younger clients can be a bit rambunctious (a lot of teens U/18s) probably 1/3 people actually use towels (mostly the kids) and the staff never pull anyone up - least in the week I’ve been going here. I’ll keep coming here but yeah, could be better but good for what it is/

Negative experience: Club lime has been a fantastic gym and I've enjoyed the facilities but recently 2 fortnight's ago and this fortnight the app had been trying to charge me extra - First time 25 dollars extra and second time 12 dollars extra. I've pointed this out both times and first time I pointed it out twice, the customer service guy said not to worry and then the day after he said the only thing I should do is pay it. Today, I went and there was about 5 people helping me- I told them since I studied the policies that said i shouldve gotten at lwast 14 days notice of an increase in the charge if there were to be one but didn't get a notice. They wavered off the extra (Apparently) but it hasn't shown on the app yet. The only reasons as I think they helped me is since I pointed out as they charged me extra both times without notice is illegal and become a further matter. If this issue does consist then I will eventually consider cancelling my membership at club lime. Other than that, I thoroughly love going to club lime.

Negative experience: Staff at the gym(Rouse hill) are ok but we’re unable to communicate with their clublime management and help me. I had worse customer service experience of my life with club lime management when they took over the rouse hill gym. I experienced very unhelpful and straight forward bullying behaviour from club lime management when I contacted them about the payments that was still being deducted from my account which I had cancelled months ago at the gym. Was confirmed by gym manager that it was cancelled as there were no classes due to covid restrictions. Forget about the refund instead they put restriction/cancelled my membership as I was fitness passport member, I realised what they did and tried to get t back in they said I had to pay extra $50 as a new member, when I am tried to argue that I am not a new member and it was club lime who cancelled my membership for no reason, I got bullied over the phone. I will never step on any club lime gym in my life. Hope you improved your management, hire some good people because gym is important in peoples life now a days. My bad experience with club lime demotivated me. Please have better service for sake of everyone.

Negative experience: Careful with the term and condition. There is a term stating bout price increase but the staff does not point out. Such unusual term needs to be pointed out. Also careful with the friend referral $25, i referred a friend after I joined like 2 months ago, I have followed up for 4th time but never get the credit. Online website is useless. They cannot do anything and just through the ball back to the store. The staffs just throw the ball to 'manager' but I never see anyone. Vert dodgy

Positive experience: Gym equipment is plentiful and well maintained. In saying that wipes are always finished after 8pm, gym is extremely crowded most of the day and the men's bathroom is always broken in some way or another.

Negative experience: This gym have access through the app and the internet doest not work well in Rouse hill town centre area. I've trouble to acsees the gym in the weekends. I've to wait up to 20min when someone come out to go inside gym. I've spoken to reception guy about this situation. He said that he can not do anythings in this situation and just leave it up to me. It was very rude and less care about membership. I was very upset about it. I just thinking should I continue with the gym or change it...
Negative experience: Too crowded. Poor hygine in the toilet and gym area. Dust gathered under the dumbell rack and other machines. Its like no one has vaccumed the place in months. Even the grip of the dumbells and bars have a black coating of dirt grim. I wont pick them without my gloves on. Recently the gym has attracted a lot of school kid as their members who are just mucking around and hold up the equipments.
Positive experience: This fitness club is good with reasonable monthly cost for everyone. Light on pocket, free classes. No contract unlike other fitness club. However maintenance could be better at times.

Positive experience: This gym is okay. Club lime opens 5am in weeks days and 7am in weekend. Equipments are not the most modern but not even that old. Price wise they are moderate. They even haven’t fixed the tap water for 2 months or Probably for more. They even don’t have battle ropes which is most basic in most of the gym. Overall it’s okay but sometime you need to waits a bit more just to use the machine. [Edit 1] : From 23/12/2021 club lime is now 24X7.
Fantastic experience: The Yoga classes are wonderful. Love that whether you are a complete beginner or experienced there are many yoga classes to choose from. Excellent value.

Negative experience: Again completely let down as usual by Rouse Hill Club Lime. Equipment not in working order, Qmax floor area is torn/lifting and dirty also no floor mats provided. The Qmax timer/sound system has not worked for weeks now and instructors use there own phone for music and timer. The management are not proactive in any way whatsoever.

Negative experience: I have been a member with fit n fast for 5-6 years. In the period of February or March last year when the covid first hit and the restrictions began, I got in contact to discuss my membership. In the month of Feb we had a new born and you can imagine the worry of the risks from training at the gym. So I expressed my concerns to the person I spoke to and I asked him if I needed to cancel the membership due to the uncertainty and he assured me that it will not be a problem if I was to put it on hold and when I'm ready I can call to reactivate. Long story short they changed hands to club lime and therefore I never realised that they had been taking out unauthorised transactions from March last year till now. Since the business name changed on the transaction I never realised. I recently called about this situation and the lady I spoke to from head office just brushed it off saying that emails were sent to me telling us that the gym restrictions have lifted and since I did not put it in writing then they will not refund me. You would think after 5 years of loyalty they would treat me better. They only look at the notes in their system that suits them without any regard to what was actually agreed with me. Extremely disappointed.

Negative experience: After being a member for 5 years with Fit n Fast, recently was told that I would have to pay a joining fee as I was changing my membership. You would think due to my loyalty that they would waiver this fee as I am still a member at present and am just changing the type of membership. VERY DISAPPOINTED i asked the team member to give this feedback to management but am not sure they will so thought I would leave this feedback. Also to communicate with them takes days sometimes a whole week before you get a response via email.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff and members :D great energy and attitude. The environment is great toperk up your mood, focus and power through a work out or attend a class. I've only been to the Yoga Bar classes but they are AMAZING!!! If you struggle to motivate yourself and want a good giggle as well as beads of sweat I would seriously recommend trying them. I also tried one of the Personal trainers and i always left her smiling and happy with my progress :)

Positive experience: I have been member for FNF Rouse Hill for 2 years now. It was great at the beginning as they were offering good classes. They first changed the timing of the classes which made it difficult to join due to work commitment, then they lost most of their great trainers. Then cancelled some of the classes I enjoyed. No new class trainings offered. If you are working in city or North Sydney, your chouce of classes are very limitted. And no new classes, it gets boeing after a while. Price wise they are okay. If you are after non-class activities, it is a good choice, but if you are after group guided training, I would look other alternatives.

Positive experience: Love the gym, hate the franchise. They seem to get there kick off by taking money out of your account without permission.

Positive experience: Good gym cheap open 24hr...nice and early for early birds like myself. Has a yoga facility and a fair amount of classes. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a gym. Gym was fully refitted in the last year.

Fantastic experience: It is very conveniently located and very specious. Yoga instructors are phenomenal. Weekend timing is a little bit restricted.

Negative experience: WE CANCELLED OUR REGISTRATION DUE TO OUR GRANDSON'S ILL HEALTH. CERTIFICATE PROVIDED FROM MEDICAL PRACTITIONER AS REQUESTED. PAID FINAL PAYMENT AND ARE STILL BEING DIRECT DEBITED. THEY NO NOTHING ABOUT THIS SO WE HAVE HAD TO GO TO THE EXTREME TO CANCEL OUR CREDIT CARD. HAVING LIVED IN THE HILLS DISTRICT ALL MY LIFE AND HAVE ALWAYS SUPPORTED LOCAL BUSINESS, THESE PEOPLE HAVE CERTAINLY LET OUR COMMUNITY DOWN. THESE REVIEWS COST THEM MORE THAN A FEW WEEKS FEES AS PEOPLE WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT USING THEM. WORD OF MOUTH IS STRONGER THAN THEY THINK. THEIR MANAGEMENT NEEDS A STRONG LESSON IN MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATION.

Negative experience: worst gym ever. Equipment is never available. the hours are too limiting and the staff are pushy. I have asked to be taken off and to cancel my membership yet I am still paying even though it was a 6 month trial. The phone line is never available when you call and as I am no longer living in the area it is not easy for me to go in. Really not worth my time or money. I hope i get a refund as i have not used the gym after trialling it for a few times in the first weeks.

Negative experience: Giving my honest opinions, I’ve been to this gym for over 2 years and the only reason why I’m still with the gym is the relationship built with other gym members along with two particular staff members named Jarred and Alex both Sks that always greet with a smile and always have a genuine chat with them. However the place is a mess as I recall equipments AND the music they blast is outdated and when I mean outdated im talking about Britney Spears. Personally turns my vibe off a slight while working out. Another issue I want to address is upon arriving the gym already I smell the built up scent from up stairs clearly showing the poor ventilation system, and another note I realise when it’s humid upstairs the only ventilation I feel are the fans on the roof which sit there to look pretty(it works but useless). I’ve yet to notice this as I visited Anytime rouse hill and was not greeted with a fat scent of Swett but felt like I could breathe fresh air. Besides my point I personally want the gym to be better and focus on major issues but it’s not going to happen as I haven’t notice any drastic changes for the past 2 years and the problems stated by other members are clearly there but no actions are taken seriously.

Negative experience: I have been going to this gym for 6 months. It is quite a mediocre experience almost all the times I visit. The pt's don't even look like they care when training me. The nicest thing about this gym is the protein shakes in the fridge. The one and only reason why I am leaving this gym is because of hygeine not once but on 2 occasions I found cockroaches on the treadmill and even a rat under another treadmill. When I complained the guy at the desk told me to use another treadmill and that was it. So bad.

Fantastic experience: Went along with a friend for the first time and felt welcomed and warmed to come back every week after work. Qmax classes are great here and the trainers/instructors are super helpful and treat everyone equally and get to know you on a first name basis. Had a great experience working out here that it led me to sign up to a fit n fast gym closer to home to continue working out. Thanks guys!

Negative experience: Been training at Fit n Fast since about its official opening and what was once an enjoyable gym is going completely down hill. The spacious environment aswell as the rates I'm on are the only reasons why I still continue to train at Fit n Fast. All the machines are over 6-7 years old, worn out and continuously break down (Weight machines, benches, cables, cardio machines). Additionally, when a piece of equipment does break down or present problems, it takes staff members a long time to detect before contacting the maintenance team to fix the issue. The music is also extremely outdated and too loud which irritates and hinders both myself and many of my gym acquaintances from having a good workout. I, aswell as many other members, have spoken to both the Fit n Fast staff and manager a countless amount of times in at-least decreasing the volume but did not get any sort of adequate response. Instead, they have a tendency to decrease the volume for a day or two only when they're continuously hassled before raising it up again. I and many others members are not satisfied and do not want to have to blast our own headphones to near maximum volume to deal with this issue. I hope Fit n Fast can fix their issues with their equipment and unresponsive staff and make the gym great again.

Negative experience: Appalling customer service. Organised to do a transfer of name over 2 months ago and the management did nothing about it and continued to charge me. Took absolutely no responsibility and said it was my own fault that they didn't do the transfer when I came in and filled out all the necessary documents. Only wanted a simple refund of $60 over the time frame of me not going and them failing to transfer the name, but the manager flat out refused and blamed all responsibility on me again. The manager demonstrated the worst customer service I have ever received and showed no signs of accountability. Been a founder member since 2012 and this is what I get. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Positive experience: Its a very good Gym and i would recommend coming here if your not *too* busy within your life. The Gym usually closes super early like on Sundays it closes at 5!! and other days usually 8. However, the bathroom is fairly good its just people who use it are pretty dirty. IF the bathroom gets renovated and becomes bigger with more showers it would be nice. The guy in the front desk is extremely polite and nice and always welcomes me with a greeting. I know changing times would be nearly impossible but thats just the downside.

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic gym and an asset to the local area! My mum and I attended after recommendation from my sister, who really raved about the place so I wasn't sure if it would be able to meet the expectation I had, but it did! The staff are so friendly and welcoming from the second you first arrive, and are always happy to help if you have questions. They have really great options for classes and workouts for all fitness levels and are super helpful if you're a bit of an unfit newbie like I am. Gym is always neat and tidy, the facilities overall are clean and it is quite well laid-out. Equipment that I have used all works well, haven't had any issues so far. I really recommend checking it out if you live locally because I think you'll struggle to find a more helpful team or a better facility than this one.

Fantastic experience: the atmosphere and vibe of the gym is always welcoming. The classes are what makes the gym really great always lots of different options for all different levels of fitness. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful by far one of the best gyms in the rouse hill area and it’s always extremely clean :)

Fantastic experience: this gym is my very first and there is a lot that i can say about fit n fast. i have been training here since it first open all i can is that its a great gym for all ages even first timers. every time i go upstairs its always clean and tidy people are always nice and that what everyone wants in a gym nice, respectful people. All the staff members are friendly even the manager she's awesome, friendly and she can help anyone out so she's a big thumbs up for me. the Personal Trainers are the best that I've seen since i been there they helped me out with the right form, helped me when i needed a spot and 1 of them helped me with my posing routines in my first year of bodybuilding. Overall fit n fast rouse hill is awesome gym and its like home to me

Fantastic experience: First time coming to any gym and at first I was nervous until I met the lovely team. They made me feel very welcome and comfortable and the personal trainers are very professional. The classes will help you reach your goals for sure! I’ve lost 3kg already, very happy!!!

Positive experience: I've been at this Gym since day 1 never really cared about much cause it does the job but since the change of layout which has made it bit smaller due to Yoga area being built & Pushed Qmax area out to the floor & more people comming in it isn't the same gym anymore We have groups of school kids that come in 4-5 at a time using machines & goodluck if you can use that for the next hour while they talk and laugh There are people that pay full price for this gym who want to be able to use it without being jam-packed full of school kids & there are people that pay Student or Bringe a Friend for free / Discounted Rates= Therefore the discounted rates should have certain NON PEAK times Also maybe some Airfreshners of some sort are around as Fans do no justice to the gym with people with bad hygiene For now I'm still a member Rouse Hill Town Centre is having a makeover and expanding And they have said New Gyms are going to open up So see how we go PS Staff are always great =)

Fantastic experience: amazing environment! i havnt been there for long but it’s full of people you enjoy bringing around. i was never really a fan of personal training as i do like to be independent and get nervous working out in front of people but i now have an amazing personal trainer (kristy lee) who has given me so much confidence and has made me feel very good about myself and gotten me CRUISE READY will definitely be there for a long time and continue my personal training woth kristy for a long time

Negative experience: I joined this gym at the end of 2016 and had been attending regularly since. The regular staff that worked at this gym were very polite and helpful. Yet recently attending this gym the new desk staff were rude and inconsiderate. The two ladies at the desk stated that if we were to use the gym we were to have a sweat towel. I said several times that I understood this rule yet they argued, tried to intimidate me and were very arrogant and ignorant in the words they chose to use. They also did not let us in saying it was policy. I have been using this gym for over a year and this rule has never been enforced or heard of until now. They used a comparison such as “it is like no hat no play at school” yet this analogy was not fit for the situation for schools enforce this rule from the day of starting, this was an unknown rule to us. As a regular user of this gym I was shocked at how rude and ignorant these two ladies were. We were attending the gym with friends for the purpose of them potentially joining Fit and Fast Rouse Hill, yet after this experience they declared Fit and Fast as a highly unrecommendable option and deemed it as unprofessional. My boyfriend and I had become very familiar with this gym and it’s lovely staff but will not tolerate going to a gym that hire such immature and arrogant employees. They lacked in professionalism entirely. As a result we will be moving to Anytime fitness unless this matter is addressed and something is done AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I am extremely disappointed in the staff and would not recommend joining this gym unless major improvements are made.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting attitude. The guy at the front desk is so rude and doesn't even know how to talk to people. I joined this Gym about 2 weeks ago and now I'm going to cancel my membership .

Negative experience: I made an appointment for early morning free trial to yoga classes. I arrived at my appointment at 5:45 am. Waited for 30 mins and staff did not turn up. Perhaps staff are not interested as this is a FREE trial. Felt frustrated.

Negative experience: Having attended the gym regularly for about a year I have,before now,had nothing but positive things to say about the management,staff and facilities.however I find the new layout to be unwelcoming and the area set aside for the pin operated weights to be far to small for the machines it contains,I have been assured by the ever optimistic Peta that things will improve,I am sincerely hoping this is the case as I have no wish to change gyms.I hope this criticism is taken as constructive as this is the spirit in which it is offered.Regards,Steve.

Negative experience: I had been attending the gym with a friend for a few weeks as my other gym membership was about to expire and was looking to change gyms. However due to extremely rude staff and the threats that were made to my friends gym membership I decided to keep my Anytime Fitness membership and he joined too. This is extremely disappointing There are also many personal trainers in the gym that are clearly out for themselves. One guy continually death-stared me during my entire workout. Not a welcoming atmosphere. As a manager in retail myself I wouldn't want my staff treating my customers in the same manner that the staff at the facility treat their customers and potential clients. There is an Anytime Fitness in the Town Centre too, your money is better spent there.
