Fantastic experience: I have been in the gym world for around 40 years having done all the major gyms (Fitness First, Anytime Fitness, Jetts plus many more independent places). I get a feel when I enter a gym as they all have their own vibe. Chris, Angelique & Caitlin certainly added to me having a very positive vibe as they warmly welcomed me & made sure I was fully orientated. What I like - the airy 2 levels with large open windows; the clean, fully equipped weights areas; the plentiful cardio equipment which is all functioning; the space for stretching; the Lime radio music that is not overwhelming; the ease with the app with which it is to gain access. I'm sure I can find more to like as the time goes by. The staff seems to be proactive in making sure things are put away & the clients are having a good experience. One suggestion is to organise an area where the machine attachments can be returned & accessed with more ease. I am an extremely happy with my choice.

Negative experience: Im very disappointing at this gym recently. My gym belt was stolen, and despite there being cameras, the staff was unhelpful and couldn't do anything about it. It's frustrating to see such poor security and lack of support from the gym staff. I hope they improve their handling of such incidents to ensure the safety and trust of their members.

Negative experience: No parking, peak hour traffic is impossible, even if you do get there the place is flooded with school kids from 2:00-8:30. Great gym if you dont have a job, but for everyone else with bills, just save your money.

Fantastic experience: Not a huge fan of the gym. The Rhodes one is better maintained and has better equipment as they are staffed round the clock. But on the plus side its 24 hours. Complete understandable.

Fantastic experience: Really like this gym. Clean, 24hrs, new equipment, has all the equipment I need and their app lets you access the gym (no more carrying gym fobs!) Busier at night time, but even then I haven't had to wait for barbels (and much quieter than my old gym where it was impossible to train at peak hours). Their app lets you check how busy it is before you go! Not the biggest gyms - but it does have everything I need (I kind of also wanted a vertical leg press and pendlum squat machines, but those aren't common anyway). Good size to gym user ratio (I usually go after 7:30pm or before 9am) Members are friendly, good atmosphere. Does not feel showy or pretentious a bit.

Negative experience: The gym is ok, just bad management, good luck cancelling, they are misleading, a little bit of old school fitness first business practices. Also, very un helpful management.

Positive experience: All imma say is the manager and employees except for one or two need to humble themselves and quit pointing and laughing and people in the gym, I thanked one employee for help and offered a fast bump and he was reluctant to giving me a simple gesture while eyeing me down. Equipment is pretty good and kept in good condition. During after school hours it can be busy but i never finished my workout late. However some people use this place to hang out and eat which isn't good especially some girls which just chat next to a machine or on it and bludge.

Positive experience: Not bad gym but DON’T GO during a school day afternoon. School boys will be in occupying almost the whole floor and all equipments for a couple of hours. These equipments include changing room benches. They’ll claim almost all benches with school backpacks. The gym has put up a couple of “place bags under the bench” signs which don’t really work. And the gym seems reluctant to intervene further with this situation.

Fantastic experience: Really affordable gym, which has a really modern design. Employees are really helpful, and nice. The equipment is also quite good, though you gotta make sure to wipe them down before and after use.

Positive experience: Management ignored previous comments about mirrors! You need more but more importantly you need them in close proximity to squat racks and deadlift areas. The equipment is great, high quality, hammerstrength. The lockers are useless. Prefer the ones you bring your own padlock to use. Most don't work in this club lime. The gym is cleaned regularly and thoroughly, but the mats don't appear to ever get cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Clean, tidy and brand new gym. What more could you want? Clublime has a very friendly and helpful team who are always keeping the gym neat and tidy for members which is something I look for in a good gym. Cancel anytime and go on a month to month basis is something lacking in gyms these days so it's great they off that as their membership offer.

Positive experience: Decent equipment and doesn't get overly busy, cardio machines/class studio is on seperate floor from most of the lifting/weight equipment. Which I prefer, so less foot traffic between workout areas. Clean bathrooms. Respectful members from what I can see (ie. not getting rushed off or hogging equipment or obnoxious loud conversations). Improvements: - MIRROR SPACE!! Especially for the squat racks. Also the class studio upstairs would be wayy better with mirrors which it didn't have last time I visited. - The entrance was hard to find first visit, and that tight stairwell/corridor smelled bad. Not the end of the world, but not great.
Fantastic experience: I've been a member for a few years. Good selection of weights and machines. Great classes included in the membership, with no upsell. Great hygiene, with masked staff, sterilising wipes and sanatisers everywhere. Allows easy suspensions when unwell. ##Strongly recommended if nearby.## Downsides... Mirrors could be placed better, and some sun blinds wouldn't go amiss.
Negative experience: Called at 3pm on a Monday. Was on hold for 40 minutes. Reached 1st in queue and then told to leave a message as they only operate 9-4pm on weekdays.

Negative experience: Clublime has decent facilities and equipment and the general management is pretty good, it's affordable but is slightly small. However, the attitude and unprofessionalism of the female receptionist is disgusting and is a complete put off. Quite a shame as other Clublime staff are very welcoming and receptive to any problems or queries.

Negative experience: One of the worst management I have ever seen. After covid, they deducted money from my account without informing me. I ask the manager about the issue and he argued the whole situation. I would have given zero stars if it is possible.

Negative experience: Smaller gym but it's not busy (which is good) however you can't deadlift as it's above shops(big rip). Has decent cardio area and has most machines and weights needed for everyone. Trainers are not very nice, in comparison with other gyms.
Fantastic experience: Club Lime Hurstville offers members a new and clean gymnasium, with the latest exercise equipment. There are also a variety of group fitness classes with excellent instructors. The staff at Club Lime Hurstville are polite, friendly and helpful. This creates a lovely atmosphere and great a experience for members. Club Lime Hurstville is conveniently located within walking distance from public transport and Westfield shopping centre.
Fantastic experience: I was a Fit n Fast member before Club Lime took over. The club has now been renovated and is always clean with plenty of equipment available. Staff are always friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new gym.
Fantastic experience: I personally loves Deb Pilates class on each Tuesday and her body pump class on each Wednesday. It was so good that I always try my best to attend even though I work full time. The other class I loves that make me want to come back to rejoin was always Barbara yoga class, her class was so excellent that I will follow her if she moved to other gym if convenient so please kindly keep her permanent here. Other teacher are great too but I can’t remember their name Shun is such a great staff, great communication. Excellent people skills easy to talk to.
Fantastic experience: I've been with this gym for a real long time and still my preferable one. This gym has a variety of equipment and spacious for trainings and workouts, on your own or with a trainer. What's better is there are a huge range of classes from cardio to yoga.
Fantastic experience: Brand new gym that opened up in August! New company (no longer FNF) and has been newly renovated. This place looks amazing. Great facilities, Covid Compliant (temperature checks, wipes and hand sanitizer all around the club), dedicated free weight floor (Level 1), cardio (Level 2) and spacious group fitness studio. Over 17 classes per week including les mills, yoga, pilates, circuit, zumba and core! Plenty of quality equipment (Hammer Strength / Life Fitness) and is always available with hardly any waiting time. No lock-in contracts or minimum term membership and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!
Fantastic experience: Club Lime is great gym with even greater instructors. It’s smaller size means the gym feels more exclusive. The gym is very modern and follow COVID laws to a tee. Couldn’t think of a better gym.

Positive experience: Great gym to go to, not too busy and has good availability of equipment. Would love if they had more space for HIIT style exercises, and definitely should invest in some assault airbikes and ski-ergs!
Fantastic experience: For me, I prefer some quiet gym to workout. I like to concentrate more on myself. It’s nice and quiet in mornings and evenings get little busy. I find all the necessary equipment and they are clean.
Negative experience: I wish i could rate them 0. Worst experience ever. Went to cancel my membership which was with fit n fast. Charged me with $64 even though i was on a hold. I had signed in for bring a friend and they dont do it anymore. If you cant give us facilities we signed in for, you should let us cancel our membership without charges. Worst worst experience. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: I have formally sent in my cancellation for this gym since it opened and they are still trying to make transactions out of my account stating an email was not sufficient and that I need to create an online account to cancel? Making it very difficult for customers to cancel. I guess they are trying to get as much money off any customers...
Negative experience: Worst gym experience I have ever had. The gym is NOT that great and worst in terms of customer services. They took over another gym and took all their existing members with it. They started charging the old members simply by sending few emails, and they have their own cancellation policy of 4 weeks. You cannot cancel up to 4 weeks prior.
Negative experience: One of the worst gyms i have been to. Overpriced. They have stripped the gym bare and taken out most of the classes that were there before. Went there for about a week and then cancelled my membership. Would not recommend, there are way better gyms in the area for a lot less

Negative experience: I've been a member for over 2 months and I'm disgusted how the place is poorly maintained. An empty bottle of spring water had been sitting next to an equipment for over 3 weeks and it was only discarded a few days ago. Recently the handle of the deltoid fly equipment became defective, and for more than a week, none of the staff has bother to look into it. I went in last night and noticed someone had tied a wet wipe to tighten the loose handle of the deltoid fly equipment. How pathetic is that? I've been to heaps of gyms and this Fit N Fast is the worst by far. Once my contract is over, i'm going to find a proper gym.

Negative experience: Been a member for a number of years and it is an average Gym. Used to be better until the last renovation until the reduced the available space for general members by 25%, locking the extra space away accessible by the premium members or those that buy sessions to the yoga classes. This also reduced the number of machines available. Now there is only a very limited area for stretching and body weight exercises when a class is on and space is at a premium as often the trainers need the area to work in. When classes aren't on the music is often left way to loud in that area. Besides that they have the standard range of equipment and it is in good condition. Not additional facilities like pools etc. IS conveniently located in the centre of Hurstville close to the trains. Would expect more from the FNF gym, which I understand, has the biggest FNF membership in Sydney.

Negative experience: Hi I've gone through the reviews and many of them went through same problem as i did .the guy who signed me up for gym membership he didn't mention anything about the contract as i'm on student visa as my visa is expiring this month i have to return bck .i not dumb to sign up for a yearly contract as of my visas expiring , when i talked with those guys they said you'll have to pay 700 .i can't afford to pay that i told them that they didn't mention me about this contract when signing up is there anything that i could do with this guys??

Negative experience: My son went to enquire about membership to this fit and fast gym. Management kept going on about contract but not specific or clear about and explained you have one month to decide if u want to continue membership or cancel, although 3 weeks later my son had gone back to the gym to discuss to cancel membership. Management then said only if you register on line you have cooling off period.They were deceitful and lied to the 21year old university student just to take his money.He doesn't want to go back to the gum but still continue to take money from his account.The said bad luck.If this continues am taking further for my son rights.

Negative experience: The manager with whom I corresponded with and the lady from HR fit and fast seem completely incompetent and uneducated and have failed to do their job correctly. A whole chain of email correspondence later and several calls back and forth and my membership still has not been cancelled. The man on the phone informed me once I requested to cancel my gym membership all payments would cease and I would simply pay the cancellation fee once I was ready. Whilst I was busy they have taken advantage of this and debited several payments from my bank account against my consent. The lady from HR told me my gym membership has been cancelled but when I asked her why I had still been debited money she failed to give me a response. Whilst I was on the phone with the lady who was from HR, she actually said to me “this dispute has to be written to the manager of HR”. Thus I fail to see a reason why you would need to be contacting HR at all if all matters can only be resolved through the manager of HR fit n fast. This experience has been nothing but harrowing and several members of staff including the lady from HR has made this process extremely difficult without being apologetic in any sense or form. I fail to see a fair resolution dispute process from this gym and would highly recommend deterrence from this gym.

Fantastic experience: Coming in at a low price, the members of fit and fast are not only great but clean. two story building for filled with free weights, machines and plenty of cardio machines. front desk is super friendly and you get 2 weeks free trial, for you to enjoy and for you to see what it is like to work out in one of the best environments

Positive experience: Decent gym with loads of equipment and a big workout space (spanning over 2 floors). The good: - The trainers here are really approachable and staff are generally very welcoming. - There’s quite a good variety of types of gym equipment/weights etc. - 24/7 access on a main road - Parking available nearby in Westfield (3 hrs free). - You are able to bring a friend for free, under certain plans - Wome plans also include housing - It’s really close to the main centre of Hurstville and is pretty easy to get to. The bad: - However all these extra’s and luxuries do come at a cost and it’s getting a little pricier than it’s competitors nearby. - Trainers are hard to organise into a busy schedule (whilst also managing their other clients/customers). - During rush hour, it’s still not big enough. Peak periods after work see’s 1 person on every device basically). - Some people don’t wipe/clean up after themselves, leaving the equipment sometimes glistening with their sweat all over it.
Negative experience: If you join, be aware of cancellation fees and their terms because the one who joins you and tells you everything about the gym wont mention about the cancellation fees. read the agreement paper from top to bottom.

Negative experience: A basic gym. There's no atmosphere here as there isn't any instructors around or fitness classes. Sometimes cleaning is an issue as I've seen forgotten items sitting in the same location for almost a year! It's warmer to train in than your garage during winter! Otherwise nothing much else.

Negative experience: It's hard to workout when 4-6 treadmills aren't functioning. Frequently disappointed by the cleanliness and functionality of Fit'nFast Hurstville. I have an additional membership at PlusFitness Hurstville and I have found the value and consistency very refreshing.

Negative experience: Their sales and staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. Those girls at the counter were just chatting among themselves and not responsive. When asked about their membership, they don't seem to care or know about their services. Several disputes have been raised. The Manager was responsive and helpful, but their Retention Manager was extremely arrogant and hopeless. Those issues have been resolved, but took much longer and gone through unnecessary steps wasting both of our time. I have since changed my home club, and I will cancel the membership as soon as the contract is due.

Negative experience: The staff of the gym is so unprofessional and impolite. I had really awful experience. My friend transferred his membership to me, and the staff let me go to the gym twice for signing really simple documents. But finally they didn't update my payment method, and made a phone call to me for asking me go to the gym for third time because they thought I didn't pay the fees. When I went to the gym, I was just waiting there for half hour just for the staff setting up, and the staff didn't realise that they didn't update my payment method. Besides, they charged me the late payment fee because they didn't update the payment details. Why don't they change some polite and professional staffs? Or just give them some simple trainings?

Negative experience: I had an awful experience in this gym after more than a year! My 7 years old daughter sometimes accompanied me to gym and none of the staff raised any question. On one of the day in gym while working out when my daughter was with me, a male staff approached me in a very impolite manner;he told kids are not allowed in gym and I should leave IMMEDIATELY and go to reception; I told them that this is not the first time I have brought my kid; now that I know the gym policy I will take care that I do not bring my kid in here in future and that my kid will be sitting in a corner, away from machines/people so that I can eye her and I have just started my workout, so once finished I will go down ;BUT he didn't budge and started talking more rudely! Then he went down and got another male member who was equally insolent as him, not surprisingly! Later a female staff came who was really a 'nice' lady, very polite and courteous, she offered to look after my daughter till I work out ; I thanked her very much!! But this behaviour of these 2 male staff left me very disturbed..I wanted to talk to manager but couldn't find his contact details on website..I didn't go to gym for 2 weeks.. then I decided to quit it! I quitted now after 1.3 years membership but still serving 2 weeks notice period. They could have easily conveyed the message of gym policies in a ' polite' manner which they didn't! And they could have easily make a workaround! These male staff of the gym do not have common courtesy to greet the gym customers when customer enter or leave the gym!!They definitely needs to learn common etiquettes, mannerisms, public behaviour and soft skills as they are serving in customer industry.

Negative experience: Terrible experience in that gym. So crowded and messy. When we want to cancel the membership card, the staff told us they need two weeks to process. That means they must charge us two more weeks money. awful rules.
