Fantastic experience: I was always self conscious about starting at the gym... it was sully nonsense, the team at Snap 24/7 are friendly and welcoming, at no point did I ever feel uncomfortable. Once you get started you will not regret it, one month in and I can feel and see results.

Positive experience: The gym itself is really nice, not very busy, clean, good equipment although weight labels are missing on a lot of the pin loaded equipment. Carmel is very friendly and welcoming. My main gripe is that signing up, we were told about PT sessions and setting up a personal workout that we could use in the snap app. It took 2 weeks for the trainer to contact us about our session, and was busy for another week at a time that suits us so 3 weeks in and we’re getting an introduction to the gym. And that’s it, the session didn’t include any workout plans, just - general “here are these machines, this is how you use them” of all the equipment.

Negative experience: Poorly maintained equipment machines out of order for weeks on end, management doesn't honour initial membership pricing which is a snap place, new gyms in butler offer better facilities and pricing the end is near for this gym unless Reno's or discount pricing applies

Negative experience: If I could give negative stars I would. Was a member of this gym for 10years was good. Seen people come and go over the years was recommended by personal trainer to relocate with them but stayed as was happy with where I was until last year was not impressed. I got a letter from ecollect saying I owe money if not paid in 10days further action will be taken. I missed a few payments as COVID times of course membership was put on hold but reactivated after 3months. Club did not contact me to let me know about these arrears. I contacted them and they said we emailed you checked emails nothing from snap butler for over 2years. Now I got to pay for a bill even though membership was not accessed for over a year. Guess with all the big gyms coming up around now I will definitely be recommending my clients to go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at snap butler for five years now. I have tried surrounding gyms but have always stayed at snap. The facilities are great, everything is spacious and there is a good energy at the gym. To top it off the staff are friendly and welcoming which makes the experience even better! would highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Butler is a great gym for beginners to advanced and everything inbetween. It's spacious and has all the equipment you would need for your personal growth. Staff are great and the atmosphere is comfortable. Always heaps of parking and the gym is never crazy full.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Snap since 2017 and have varying experience at multiple gym's over the last 13 years. Snap has proven to be an affordable, convenient gym.The peak periods can be busy for the size of the facility, but there are usually no issues with using equipment. With the addition of some new equipment (Hack Squat machine) it is comparable to some of the larger chain gym's. This gym has no instagram or ego fuelled culture, most people are there to train, in addition the management and PT staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, this Snap is a welcoming environment to those seeking an introduction to the gym or training in general.

Has all the equipment you need whether you're starting out or been into it a long time! The pt really knows her stuff and is always putting herself out there to help everyone in the gym.

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Gym Butler: Carmel and Jemma are just amazing people. They are friendly, great motivators and very helpful. The gym inside is hygienic and organised, the equipment there are easy to use. They have great PT Sessions and a variety of group fitness classes. Also has enabled me to achieve my goals. Plus it’s 24/7 so no excuses not to go!!!

Positive experience: More than enough space compared to other 24 hour gyms in the area and the equipment is decent enough to get a work out but is abit outdated. However.... the music played by the gym is most of the time some pop cuture rubbish and far to loud. So much so that you can actually hear it through your own preferred music being played by your expensive headphones you bought specifically for gym. Its more distracting than one realises.
