Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness at Flagstone is amazing! I was previously training at another gym, however, after a day pass at Anytime, I decided to change gyms. The staff are all super friendly & helpful! The club manager Daisy goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome & assist with any needs. You can talk with her for advice, tips or concerns & she is always happy to listen & help in any way she can. If you just feel like a chat, she’s always down for that too! The gym is always clean, tidy & offers a massive selection of equipment to choose from. I recommend Anytime Fitness at Flagstone to anyone looking for a gym that is encouraging, friendly & full of staff that want to see you do your best!

Fantastic experience: Anytime Flagstone is sick. The equipment and space is better than any gym I've been to. Very clean too, I always see the staff wiping down machines and that. The staff and personal trainers are really nice and talk to everyone. Not like other gyms where they only speak to a specific group. I really like this gym and the vibe.

Fantastic experience: A few days ago, I visited Anytime Fitness at Flagstone to enquire about some questions I had / get a feel for the gym. Gyms are usually an overwhelming environment but my greeting at the front door was so welcoming and made me feel openly invited in. The young lady’s name was Amelia and she was incredibly helpful with all questions I had regarding membership and the amenities. I have a couple more local gyms to explore before i decide the best fit to me, but based on vibes alone, Anytime Flagstone is my favourite so far! Shame it’s so far away from home. Thank you for making a great first impression Amelia!

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy training at AF Flagstone. The staff are always so friendly and genuine. The gym itself is spacious and the equipment is modern and diverse. I’d recommend this gym to anyone whether it’s their first gym or they’re experienced gym goers.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the gym - dust accumulation on every surface, unattended spills, unhygienic surfaces especially in toilets where often there is no soap. These all accumulated through a long period of time raise serious hygiene concerns. My previous formal complaints and feedback about this, have been unaddressed for a long time. Yesterday, finding a dead cockroach was a final straw for me.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere. Great welcoming staff. Fantastic place for working out. Aircon always working. Fresh purified water. Amenities to shower if you need to be on the go after your workout. Fitness classes everyday of the week available. PT available.

Positive experience: Great staff and well maintained equipment

Negative experience: Absolutely appalling way of handling the end of a long term commitment. So unprofessional. Amelia told my partner and I that our contract ends 14 December and unless contacted there’s nothing more to do and we’re good to go. Another staff member also said this and backed it up. Got charged again for memberships on the 15th December. Called them to sort it out and Amelia kept avoiding my only concern which was whether or not we would be reimbursed for the membership charge/to cancel future charges. After contacting her directly she admitted she was at fault for giving us false information but that she wouldn’t be honouring her word. She said she had the wrong email address and that she did email me later that same day, also said It’s the one I supplied which is incorrect as the one she read back to me wasn’t even mine to begin with it was my partners, even after I had filled out a form with my contact details on it over a year and a half ago with my email on it. She kept saying it was the information I supplied when clearly they don’t keep any records or she just didn’t check…nor did she confirm contact details when we spoke to her on the 6th of December about all of this. Integrity does not exist here. She Didn’t want to deal with it over the phone just kept texting me. I asked to speak to her area manager and she told me that he won’t call me or accept my call and he will only deal with it by email. I’d advise anytime fitness against employing children to run their businesses. What a shame to end a 6+ year commitment to anytime fitness in such an unprofessional and money hungry way. After being a happy long term member, the way this was handled has completely changed my opinion. I will never recommend this club to anyone who wants to join a gym for as long as management remains where it is.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym.

Negative experience: They transferred my gym membership here from my home gym of browns plains, which I don't mind, but they increased my weekly fee which I didn't appreciate and let me know after it has been processed. In the contract it's up to them to choose my rate if I go to a different gym in the anytime fitness chain. I guess Jacob thought I should pay more and not let me know, until after they processed it. Jacob still hasn't responded to my email.... not the best customer service if you ask me...

Fantastic experience: Every gym you go to has the machines and the weights. What AF Flagstone has that is leagues above other gyms, is the staff. Seriously just the best vibe crew I've seen in a gym, always having a laugh, Jackson and Kaylee always with a happy greeting. Training here just feels fun. Ps. Best gym showers/change area ever. So w'll looked after and spacious!

Positive experience: I’ve been here since the gym first opened. Gym itself is great for beginners until you wanna move to a bigger gym. Staff are unwelcoming and lazy. Equipment is always left out from members in the middle of the way and staff walk past it and ignore it which creates hazards. Weights are never where they’re supposed to be on the squat racks. Often find myself feeling very uncomfortable with them. Staff don’t support you unless you’re friends with them. Dated the trainer, bad relationship, now I get isolated and stared at rudely by the manager and him. Not professional with members of the gym.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love anytime fitness at flagstone. I train every day here and call it my second home. Kaylee the club manager is always welcoming, warm and supportive- she boosts me up when I’m struggling mentally! I train with Jackson a Pt multiple times a week, and not only is he helping me kick my goals, he’s bettering me mentally! Hannah the performance coach has helped me perform better and is a great laugh! Jackson and Kaylee and Hannah are my biggest cheerleaders. I’m really thankful for this club!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym, I switched from another gym chain and have never looked back. The staff are really nice and friendly, the changeroom/locker area is so well maintained. I love that there are hair bands, deodorant, sanitary products etc for members to use. I never find it too busy here, usually always 3-5 other people in the gym with you no matter what time it is. Keep it up guys ☺️

Positive experience: Very nice and new. The equipment is even spaced and the gym has a very relaxed vibe. It was quiet when I arrived but filled up as I was there and still felt spacious enough. Good gym.

Fantastic experience: Great club. I have been to a few since I have been an anytime member over the years. The staff are always happy and accommodating. Flagstone is definitely the best Anytime Fitness location by far.

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness is hands down the best gym around after coming from snap fitness and good life gym, the environment of anytime fitness is by far the best, not only the equipment but also the people you get to workout alongside are all great people. Also Kayle at the front desk is always so helpful with any of your needs ( how to use Machines, general information about the gym or just someone to talk to in general). She is welcoming to new and existing members. You couldn’t ask for a better person to greet you as you walk in the door everyday.

Fantastic experience: The gym at Flagstone is beautiful. The cleanliness of the gym is impeccable, the machines, weights and attachments are consistently whipped down after each member usage. The gym is very open and spacious so it doesn't feel like you are working out on top of someone else and they offer an array of amazing group classes run by awesome personal trainers. The team is very welcoming when you first walk in the club, and always check in to make sure my training is going smoothly or if their is anything they can help with. Definitely one of my favorite AF clubs.

Negative experience: The gym equipment and facilities are nice. But their contracts are very old fashioned with no reasonable way to cancel. Life changes, if you need a flexible gym then look elsewhere.
