Negative experience: The gym was fine until I made the mistake of trying to upgrade to Level two on their iOS app. The app gave a vague error message saying there was a problem upgrading. In my world, that means that there is a problem on their end and I thought I'd try again next time. I was not able to attend for a few weeks and when I went back I was not able scan in to access the gym because they want their money from the level 2 access that I was never given. Complete BS.

Fantastic experience: This 5 star review is based upon the positive experiences I've had with Lana manager there. She's helped me with entrance tag issues, membership issues, access to the massage chairs and she always says hello and has a positive energy when I see her. Makes it a pleasure to walk in and out of the gym.

Fantastic experience: Moved to revo after a terrible experience at another gym and I shouldve done it years ago! Theres one lad at the desk there during night hours, hes a young canadian bloke and just was the most pleasant guy. I get why everyone says theyre the nicest!

Fantastic experience: I was told by my physiotherapist, I needed to go to a gym for rehab after my motorbike accident and Revo Innaloo was nearby so I started going thinking that in my 50s I would be too old and not really welcome in a gym but thanks to Great team members like Aiden i was completely put at ease and always welcomed with a smile and a hello and no matter what questions I asked about the machines he would make sure to answer them all in a super simple and friendly manner. I now feel like Revo Innaloo is my home away from home and your never to old to keep yourself fit and healthy Thanks Aiden and all the other amazing team members ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Noticed a new face in Revo Innaloo recently, not too sure of his name or anything but hes american or like canadian (seems like revos expanding their recruiting range!) and hes great guy for a chat and is cleaning every chance he gets its like hes a machine. Good on ya mate!

Fantastic experience: This gym is full of great people, from the staff to your fellow members. Everyone has been so helpful and you can even catch the staff in there training when they are off the clock and really being part of the community in there. Ive spoken to Owen many times both while working and training and he seems just so genuinely happy to help you in any way he can. of course hes not the only on the whole team is full of superstars!

Fantastic experience: This gym has been one of my favourite places and a core part of my day. Customer service is on point, shout out to Aidan Mills who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and be a mate. It’s a shame he’s only there on Mondays.
Fantastic experience: Have been training at innaloo for a long time now and it never disappoints. Absolutely love the staff here especially aidan and alanna, they make the environment of the gym so lovely.

Fantastic experience: The facilities are very clean and well looked after and when I first worked out there the guy working the desk at the time (Owen) was very helpful and thorough when showing me the machines and different areas of the gym. Overall the entire experience was very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: Aidan is one of the best and most hard working employees that i’ve seen across all revo’s, he makes sure everyone has a valuable and personal experience from the moment they walk into the gym up to the moment they have reached back to their car. He motivates everyone to hit their pr goals he loves to come along and make sure you’re training at your best and will clap for u to get it done, one time he even danced for me! He works his absolute hardest to ensure the venue is clean everyday, i’ve seen him grouting in the floor tiles. We hope revo keeps Aidan forever, the gym wouldn’t be the gym without him

Fantastic experience: Aidan is such a slay. He opens the door for me every time I come to lift some iron! He even lifts my weights for me !! 10/10 service. When I forget my airpods he sings Taylor Swift for me #swiftie4life Such a vibe. He also cleans the mirrors really well so I can post on social media to everyone that I've hit my #gains #applewatchcircles #proteinislife Purrrrrr anyways - would recommend the gym

Negative experience: Have been to Revo Inaloo several times, have to say it is the most untidy Revo I have been to, equipment scattered on the floor, I literally have to walk around looking on the floor for what I need , I understand that everyone should put things back after each use but for some reason at this Revo there seems to be a similar mindset with your customers! I mainly go to Cockburn , O’Connor and occasionally Kwinana and this is by far the worst in that regard, Cockburn staff regularly go around cleaning and picking up equipment that has been left on the ground, maybe staff at Inaloo should take note.

Positive experience: Had a shower in the unisex/disabled bathroom due to a minor injury. Very poorly designed bathroom. The whole floor flooded about an inch thick with water. My bag & shoes were soaked through after just a 5min shower. If I was genuinely disabled or elderly this could have been a major slip hazard. There needs to be a step to keep the shower water from spreading all over the floor. The rest of the gym is perfectly good
Fantastic experience: Revo innaloo is an amazing gym and is great value for money. The equipment and toilets are always clean, the staff and the manger especially are always friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this gym for anyone who’s looking to join!!

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience with one of the staff working at 12:30 on the 3rd of June. She was rude and didn’t understand my situation. She took my brothers tag off of me and said he has to pick it up, this is not my local gym. I explained how my card got hacked that’s why i was borrowing my brothers and i hadn’t had the chance to give my new details, she had no sympathy to me tearing up because of her shallow tone. Bear in mind I am a 17 yr old minor talking to maybe a 25 yr old lady. Doesn’t hurt to be nice and to have some empathy.

Negative experience: I actually like this gym — it’s a great space, and I’ve been going almost every day, genuinely trying to do something positive for myself. But today I had such a disappointing and upsetting experience. I went in during staffed hours to fix an issue with my membership: I had accidentally created two accounts and signed up using the wrong age, thinking it would be fine since my parent had entered their details. I was honest about the mistake and just wanted to sort things out. Instead of helping me, the staff member I spoke to was aggressive, belittling, and deeply unkind. She made me feel humiliated for a simple mistake, and spoke to me like I was incapable of understanding anything — purely because I’m 16. I was trying to do the right thing by explaining myself, and was met with hostility instead of support. I left feeling extremely upset and embarrassed. I understand that there are rules — and I was there to fix things properly — but there’s absolutely no excuse for rude, condescending behaviour, especially towards a young person just trying to take initiative and improve their health. I hope the staff are reminded that being in a position of authority doesn’t give you the right to tear people down. It costs nothing to treat someone with basic respect.

Negative experience: Guys it's freaking freezing in here in the morning. Air con and fans blowing at full speed. Winter morning workouts are ridiculous feels like -1 inside... need full hoodie and tracksuit. Doing squats I can't even feel my fingers while holding the bar. Please turn it off until like 9am in winter ?!?! I'll be quitting if it's not sorted after seeing similar reviews weeks ago but no changes.

Negative experience: Agree with the last post. Freezing af every time I go to innaloo revo. Wayyy too cold. Can't even warm up properly and have to wear a hoodie for the whole session. Never have to do that at any other gyms. It's arctic in there. Otherwise perfect revo, not too busy at peak. Would be good to have 2x preacher curl set ups instead of just one. Seems to be a choking point for people on arm/chest day (multi sets of other benches but not for preacher?)

Negative experience: Love revo gym but the early mornings in there are way too cold in the gym especially leading up to winter. I usually go at 4/5am and it is too cold to even focus on working out properly. Everybody in there are wearing full tracksuits because of this. Please fix this revo it’s freezing in the mornings

Fantastic experience: Good gym with a positive vibe! Unfortunately 2 of the massage chairs are broken, the mechanism that massages your back when you are in the chair is faulty. Also, the scales at the front entry and the ones on the body scan are a 3kg difference.

Negative experience: 5am in the morning and 15 degrees outside, but somehow the gym is even colder from the aircon being at full blast. Utterly ridiculous.

Positive experience: Love the location and the parking but hate that it is hotter in the gym then it is outside. There is pretty much no airflow in the pilates studio other than above the "waiting" chairs which is pointless. You always have to wait for a pilates bed but generally the wait isn't too long. The gym has all the equipment I need, the staff are friendly, I will continue going but man something needs to be done about the air conditioning! I have read all of the previous comments and to be honest up until I read the responses I wasn't even aware there was airconditioning in there, I thought it was just air blowers!!!

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. They overcharged me. I called in the same day. A male staff member informed me that he could see the changes of $72 ( twice) and that was wrong, and he would remove it. I paid $53 over the phone. I will received emails and texts messages that my membership was overdue. Today after several times trying to call Revo Innaloo, the staff just informed me that I still have to pay for a fee and when I questioned her, she just told me that she can cancel my membership, no solution, no customer service, just I will cancel your membership and she informed me that I still have to pay once more. I will never step in this gym anymore.

Negative experience: Equipment and floor are soaking wet. Dangerous to use. Toilets (male) are pretty vile. Rust on everything. A revo worse than Belmont (and that’s bad).

Negative experience: Five out of the 10 treadmill's are out of order.

Negative experience: They will rip you off with silly trial ads. They ignored your trial cancellations notice even you have never been or used their facilities before it’s expired and send it to debt collectors. Now; I know why you can grow fast.

Positive experience: I love Revo, the gym and space is amazing and the variety in machines is great. Everyone is super friendly and supportive however, the AC needs some serious work. I definitely think that will be the factor that will bring more people in. A lot of my friends have swapped to gyms that have upgraded their AC especially in the summer.

Negative experience: REFORMER PILATES MACHINE WAIT I can’t recall a single time I’ve been to this location without having to wait for a Reformer Pilates machine. I’ve tried going at various times—early mornings before work, midday, after work hours, and even late evenings—and every single time, it’s the same story: a wait. This morning was especially frustrating. I arrived before work, waited for 10 minutes, and still no machine became available. I had to leave without working out to avoid running late, which completely ruined my plans. It’s incredibly disheartening to organize a workout before work only to be unable to do it. If you’re looking for a stress-free Pilates session without having to queue for a machine, I highly recommend avoiding this location. Even when I’ve been willing to wait, there are always 3-4 other people waiting as well. It’s honestly a joke to pay extra to que.

Negative experience: One of the massage chairs in the studio has been broken for maybe 6 months and have yet to be repaired. Recently another massage chair has broken down so there's 2 left. I'm not sure why I'm paying the extra to access these massage chairs if they're mostly never available now.

Negative experience: used my membership 3 times, then forgot to do a payment and my scan in doesn’t work. I’ve tried resetting my revo app password multiple times as i forgot it after setting it at the gym when i signed up. It’s something on their end because when i check my emails, nothing comes through. I’ve tried going to the gym to speak to staff but it’s never staffed! They’ve taken 40 dollars out of my account and there’s nothing i can do! Please if you see this, sign up to another gym

Our Ops Manager has confirmed that the waiver has since been signed by your guardian and your app log-in for entry is working. Our Club Manager also credited two weeks to your next debit as a gesture of goodwill. Positive experience: I wish I could review higher because I love Revo, however having old equipment which are rusty and squeak, and aircon which isn't running cool enough, make it difficult to give higher than 3 stars. It is a big gym and pilates equipment is great, but I would recommend going to another Revo location (I personally love Carousel, Malaga and Ellenbrook) for the best experience.

Positive experience: Overall pretty good gym, but the aircon really needs improving, especially in the summer. Some well-ventilated areas around the gym but it’s not consistent and there are a couple areas, particularly the green fitness area, where you can feel no aircon and it’s so hot. I know maintenance is done frequently but they may need to look into this more regularly during summer. Also the women’s bathroom was closed today due to construction going on but no notice was given out, the work on the bathroom was meant to be completed weeks ago.

Negative experience: Health risk! On a 40C day, the gym already has insufficient cooling, with no aircon and almost everyone looking visibly heat exhausted. Now the drink fountain is out of order. This has to be a health risk. A large number of people tried to drink water but the machine is closed down. With the women's toilets still out of order after over a month (now 2 weeks overdue the date they said they would be open again) there is literally no where for some of us to get water. This has to be a health risk, with a gym space not providing toilets, air conditioning or water stations during the middle of summer. It's getting ridiculous. Let alone that lots of the machines are always out of order and broken. The gym was closed down the entire day yesterday for 'maintenance', where they installed some new sliding doors that aren't even needed, yet they couldn't fix a drink fountain or broke machines? Clearly they don't care about the health of their paying patrons.

We’re dedicated to keeping our gyms in top condition, ensuring our members have a great experience no matter which club they visit. There are times when things might be out of order as we wait for repairs. We log these issues as soon as they come up, so if you notice something that needs fixing, please let a staff member know at reception, and we’ll address it ASAP. We informed the club manager about the bottle filler, who confirmed that the tap-to-drink feature was functioning while the bottle filler was temporarily out of order. Negative experience: I went on December 11th arround 6pm, the fans were off with 40 °c outside, paper towels were run out, in the meantime during one hour and a half of training the only thing the stuff was doing, was flirting with a gym member. Man, there is a space for everything but don't stop doing your job for one hour and half

Negative experience: Why cancelling membership is too difficult? why should I have to visit one of the clubs to cancel my membership? is it too hard to have this facility built on your website? quality of your services are as low as quality of your clubs!

Negative experience: Wall exhaust fans are needed asap throughout the gym. E.g Pilates room has no chilly cool air flowing. Existing big green fan needs to be on high speed. Smaller black fan in grass exercise area is not On..Why?? Where is the remote? 1 staff is not always there to ask. Unbelievable. 1 toilet that was operating was not clean. Staff should have taken an initiative to go in - few times a day and clean. As you have no cleaner that's there all hours. When running a business - Common sense needs to be a part of training for All staff. No excuses pls.

Negative experience: So hot with no airflow. They never put the fans on. I almost passed out on the treadmill when I did my usual 10km run. The machines are often broken and I only ever see the one staff person sitting behind the desk. They never clean the equipment. I've had to start bringing my own hand fan which I've never had to do in a gym before. When I asked if they could put the aircon on the staff member said they didn't know how to do it.

Fantastic experience: Large location and minimal influencers which is refreshing. Would be nice if people put their weights away, but staff can only do so much, and they all seem pretty friendly so far. Only downside is the renovations but sounds like they might be done soon so no lost stars yet

Negative experience: Toilets are always filthy, no paper towels to wipe face or blow noise in toilets. Honestly the toilets are DISGUSTING. Their payment service provider charges a $15 overdraft fee which is a bit rich. Also charge a 3 monthly or so account service fee, I think it is $3-$5 or so. Impossible to contact via phone. Always busy and honestly this latest overdraft fee is the final straw for me. Been a loyal member for about decade and the whole chain has just gotten worse and worse unfortunately.

Negative experience: I like to play a game and see what the most amount of youths huddling around a single piece of equipment all on their phones with no one working out is - current high score 6. Also, I hope you don't need to use the bathrooms. I've had an easier and cleaner time hitting a number 2 pb in a nightclub. Ample parking.

Negative experience: On Friday July 12 between 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. at Revo Innalloo I was working out with my friend. I was into my 3rd set of the workout and I was approached by the girl at the front desk asking if my friend was my "client". I was confused and informed her that he's my friend and he has a gym membership. I'm also a member. She then went on to say she's giving me a warning for being an unauthorized Personal Trainer with a client....I have never done any personal training certificates or had any "clients" ever in my life. Apparently , These warnings get logged in as notes on your membership profile. I informed her multiple times that I'm not a trainer nor is my friend a "client". Instead of saying that she misunderstood, she continues like she's the gym police. She said I haven't done exercises since I arrived to the gym. Either she's lying or wrong because I was well into my 3rd set. There is gym footage of me working out. She was being extremely stubborn saying it's still a warning. There were multiple people there working out with their friends and she choose to head hunt me. I explained to her over and over that this isn't a " PT client session" and she still insisted on putting a warning on my membership. She could go look at the gym footage and see I was working out even though she claims I haven't done anything. Then she told me if I do it again my membership can be canceled..! I would like for this "warning" to be removed from my membership profile because I haven't done anything wrong..she then tells my friend that she gives multiple people warnings for working out with their friends because it appears that they are giving PT sessions. This is extremely unprofessional and rude on her part. To accuse a gym member of having unauthorized clients just because she wants to is unacceptable. Like I said before, I am not a PT trainer, never have been. I frequent that gym weekly and have never been accused of such. She was relentless of having this warning stand on the record...a warning for what?? I didn't do anything. Is working out with a friend not allowed now? Why was I the only targeted amongst all the other gym partners?

Negative experience: I really loved that gym it has all equipments and also very comfortable temperature to train in cardio zone .But I want to complain about two girl administrations working today it’s 1.02.2024 5:53 pm ,they took my phone from the shelf and that time my music was playing they were rewind music try to get “attention”but they went to their workplace and even didn’t look if someone trying to find her phone.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed this morning when i wanted to try the reformer pilates for the first time but couldn't because how dirty the carpet was. Piles of dirt and hair all over the floor. I'm hoping the management would resolve this matter so i don't have to cancel my membership due to an unhygienic environment because i do enjoy the gym vibe and the spaciousness of the facility.

Negative experience: Long time Revo member first time caller, this place is filthy mate. Working near by so have been in training. Big space and plenty of gear but an inch of dust on top of every machine and change rooms worse then metro’s freo. I have had to change my routine to Northbridge which you can barely swing a cat in. Revo sold out, Un Australian, simple.

Positive experience: Really good value overall, but I have to avoid peak hours for a more relaxed crowd and more access to equipment. The toilets are really bad. The aircon seems to be turned down/off outside of office hours. Overall good but I feel like I need a full body condom just to use the loo.
