Fantastic experience: Not too busy between 4-5pm. Great range of equipment.
Fantastic experience: Great place! Love the Reno! Shout out to the pt Samuel Carson and the lovely front desk lady Kayla who helped me.
Negative experience: Had an appointment at 5pm last night to discuss joining (booked by there staff member) Took time out of my extremely busy schedule to attend this appointment. Pity they couldnt be bothered showing up. Stood outside the locked door until a member took pity on me and opened the door to ask if I was ok. Explained I had an appointment with Curtis and this person let me come inside. Where I then waited again and decided to leave as if thats how they treat potential new members, its not a gym I want to be a part of. No phone call to say running late, no phone call last night to apologise. VM this morning saying 'you had an appointment outside of staffed hours do you want to reschedule' ....staffed hours clearly say 4-6pm on website and your staff booked it!!!!

Fantastic experience: Best gym! New equipment. App to keep you on track. Also a brand new infra red sauna! Friendly helpful staff and no bad vibes.

Negative experience: I was looking forward to joining this gym, until I received almost 20 sales calls. Just a little too persistent for my liking

Negative experience: Gym is usually dirty and it has gone down hill since the new manager has taken over. I just went to buy some water from the vending machine and they are now charging $5.50 for a Woolworths branded water bottle, that's more than a local service station or other major event. Maroochydore Snap fitness clearly does not care about their members only their profit margins. I would give less than 1 star if possible.
Hi Kihyan! Thank you for the feedback and fully agree on the price of water. It was a mix up in pricing and has been solved. We have taken steps forward as well in the cleanliness as well.

Negative experience: Went in to go for a day pass during staffed hours, but there was no staff there!
Negative experience: I used to love this place but recently not going very well.those tvs are off , aircon is not working at all in this bowling heat weather! Even tho it’s Christmas /new year holiday but there is no one to come and check this aircon ??? Is the owner on budget ? This is not nice at all. I talked to many members here and on of them happy with this !
Hi Erdem. Thakn you for your message. Yes the manager has been away this whole time and we had the major storms that hit over xmas that caused major damage across the Building and Maroochydore. We are all working hard to turn this around and make the gym the most amazing place that it is.

Fantastic experience: Jamie is the best staff member snap fitness has. I love Maroochydore Snap fitness the atmosphere and the gym is really open and spacious. The price per fortnight is super good aswell. I transferred from jets and haven't looked back.

Positive experience: To much equipment to tightly positioned. Equipment is poorly maintained ropes and handles on equipment way past decent. Little or no post covid hygiene encouraged

Fantastic experience: Walk in and be greeted by Jamie, the friendly and genuine manager. There's a big, well organised area filled with weights and machines. The floor area is well looked after with weights put back in place regularly by staff who also regularly walk around the gym chatting to the people working out, contributing to a nice family vibe and making us feel welcome and valued as a paying customer. Join a challenge put up on the back wall or pop your headphones in a focus on smashing a P.B. Rest up between sets watching the Strongman comp on TV, nice to have actual workout related programs on the wide-screen. Grab a pre or post workout shake from the fridge, plenty of showers, toilets and a beauty room to curl your hair. All in all, a great, friendly gym.

Fantastic experience: When tasked with finding a new gym after a big move, you are left with a plethora of options. I chose Snap Maroochydore because it is in the heart of the CBD, I was welcomed by the Club Manager Steph in a Harry Potter costume (win), and her and all the staff/trainers have been so welcoming, knowledgable and proactive about what their members need. Not to mention great classes, other lovely members and local involvement from likeminded suppliers. Love the decison I made!
