Negative experience: Be careful when yo sign up. When you want to cancel they charge you extra fees. Also Mare at the front desk is very very rude.

Negative experience: I have cancelled my membership within cooling off period, but they still charged me for a couple of weeks plus admin fee they said, which I have enquired about, but they never come back to me. Haven't worked out a single day ended up getting charged more than $60. how fair is this?

Negative experience: I became a member in April this year when the front desk promised to start 24 hours in June and I waited until September to start 24 hours, cheating. Today, I am suffering from back pain, thinking about preparing to travel near Christmas, want to suspend for a month, and was told that I need to provide documents and tickets for leave, which is terrible, who has ever seen such a gym!

We had not previously advertised any specific date, but we recently received confirmation that we would be able to begin 24-hour operations as of September 2023. Regarding the freeze on your membership, our protocol allows for an annual freeze period of up to 4 weeks. Any requests for an extension beyond this period will require supporting documentation as outlined i n our terms and conditions. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a few gyms in my life but UFC gym in Bankstown is by far the best experience I’ve had the fellow members are kind respectful and humble they are there to do their training and not judge anyone and they also offer any help if you don’t know what to do for a certain exercise also the UFC gym staff are amazing as well they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed every time you go there they are also great people to talk if your ever feeling down or needing advise they always offer you their kind words and wisdom the classes are awesome as well you meet new and great people every class and the coaches are legends always having patience with their students if your looking for a gym to sign up to UFC gym in Bankstown is the way to go UFC
Fantastic experience: I stayed as a guest in the Mercure hotel next to the gym and decided I’d go for my morning workout at UFC Gym. My experience was amazing! The gym layout is perfect and George’s customer service is 10/10 P.S: He also makes great protein shakes

Fantastic experience: UFC when the strong mindset unite in this arena it’s begins to burn and push limits! Highly recommend UFC to train where community and good vibes located in the heart of Bankstown. Come in and join with workout with the top of the art equipments for a satisfying session that you would invite friends to share and enjoy a hard fun fitness workout.
Positive experience: Been with the gym for a year, the gym is pretty good and has everything youre after, could be better if it was 24/7 with no lock in contract. However, for the price you pay, id highly recommend it if youre also into fighting sports too because the mma/boxing classes are inclusive with the gym membership and have amazing coaches like Sam Hailu who ive been training with consistently from when i started.
Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, great equipment, friendly staff and George makes a pretty awesome protein shake! P.S - quickest results I’ve achieved is doing the DUT classes with trainer Mir.
Fantastic experience: Marie at the desk is super friendly and very helpful, gym has all new equipment and has an overall excellent vibe for a gym. I was given a great deal on unlimited classes and gym use membership by George who is also a top guy. 10/10 recommend

Negative experience: This is the worst gym! Amenities are always horrendous! They also steal my money!! I asked them so many times to please cancel my membership and they don’t!! DISGUSTING!!

Negative experience: Worst gym, try only steal money from gym goers. I had medical certificate and reason why I couldn’t gym anymore. I even requested to cancel within my cooling off period and they have still been debiting my account for a whole year that I never even went to!

Fantastic experience: Ufc gym bankstown is one of the best gyms you can go to it has all the machines you need for your training and recently they got 4 new machines added to the gym it's a clean gym is always clean and the weights are always on there rack not on the floor the manager and the staff are very helpful they look after members and they always make there members feel welcome to the gym . The gym has variety of delicious protein shakes and just recently Marie introduced a new mango shake to the gym had a tast test for the members and there reaction was they loved the shake I recommend everyone to come and join the gym it's a great atmosphere everyone feels welcome thankyou to the manager and staff for great job done athe gym

Fantastic experience: I joined not knowing what to expect… after two weeks at UFC GYM Bankstown I have nothing but nice things to say about the gym from the cleanliness to the brand new gym equipment and most importantly the people here are so amazing and friendly I feel so respected and welcomed here. Negative experience: Went there yesterday to cancel my membership, the reception was understanding and nice. One of the trainers there asked what's my reason for cancelling. I don't need the whole world to know why I cancelled my membership plus when I signed up was promised 3 training sessions however I only got one. I am not happy when I signed up nor even happy being when being asked by a someone I didn't know at the gym.

Negative experience: $12 for every time your card fails even though there was money in the card? I am trying to pay you guys but you just want even more money for every time the card declines even though there is money, then you tell me you can’t remove it? How’s that fair? You should really remove this system that likes to rob your members. Worst gym worldwide, I don’t suggest coming here unless you want to get robbed out of $12 every time your card fails even if there is money in the card. If the membership is $22, you will be paying an extra $100 because your card failed or maybe more! All adds up, UFC Gym loves robbing there members as they do not care about them but care about there money. Even the customer service is rude and they tell you a lot of lies as one of the people there said that the 2 in 1 hall of fame membership for $22 is for 2 people, but then after I signed it he told me it was for 1 person and not 2. How is that fair?

Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of gyms in my life, and I can confidently say this is the best one. It has everything you want under the one roof. I never thought I’d be into boxing and martial arts but here I am and I love it! The team is amazing, the reception staff and coaches are so friendly and know their stuff. Alana is the best too she always goes above and beyond!

Negative experience: Don't sign up. They are refusing to send me a cancellation form despite my trying to cancel for months and continue to charge me. When I requested to cancel they threatened me with debt collectors. And after getting my bank to stop direct debits they just changed the name of the direct debit to circumvent andkept charging me. Rude. Manipulative. Reported to Fair Trading. They say the value memberships, and that's true, they just don't value the members. Is it a surprise the franchisors were found (in civil court) to have lied about their financials.

Fantastic experience: I give it 5 stars for 1 main reason, it's a fighting gym with workout equipment. I prefer hitting the bags then pumping iron but its good to have both at your disposal. Love being here and the lady at the front always makes me feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: I enrolled my young boys here just under a 1 month ago and I consider it to be one of the best decision I could make for them. They love the classes offered and the schedule is really convenient (first session starting at 4.30pm and another at 5.15) . Not only are my boys learning new skills and are physically active, but they have also formed new friendships with the other youth/children that attend. The Gym environment is welcoming, friendly and clean, Alana who is usually at the front desk is super helpful and lovely. The manager, George is really nice and approachable, he is actively engaged with his staff and the gym members. Coaches for my boys are Samuel (boxing) Yasin (MMA skills and kickboxing), Jaymz (D.U.T) and Elena (wrestling) and they are absolutely fantastic and interact really well with the youth/children that attend, my boys love them. Hope this review helps any parent thinking of signing their child to the Gym.
Fantastic experience: Really well maintained and tidy, classes are super fun and intense and plenty of machines and free weights to train at any time of the day. And the members are super friendly.

Negative experience: Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. They allowed my 14 year old son to sign up and locked him in a contract and now have a debt collecting agency calling me and him. I’ve explained that they shouldn’t of allowed him into a contract and insist on blaming the parent. Stay away from this gym, they’re communication and empathy is the worse I’ve seen in any many years.

Fantastic experience: After been a long term member of Fitness First and then Crunch I would have to say UFC is by far the best of the lot. Great variety with their class for both adults and kids. Plus plenty of strength and cardio equipment.
Negative experience: I had the worst experience talking with the new manager Simon Mooney from UFC Wetherill Park! He is so rude and unprofessional! By the way he behaves it makes me wonder if all the clubs run on a unprofessional politics money scam to their members. The whole UFC organisation will fail with Simon in charge! Fire him!!

Negative experience: If I can give a negative star review I would but I can't. Their staff are very bad and have bad management. They broke the contract by saying that we have access to all the features yet we didn't and they didn't agree. I wouldn't recommend this gym at all.

Negative experience: I had a bad experience because I had a problem with my knee and I wanted to cancel my membership. They said I had to still pay for a 4 week notice and when I gave her to doctor certificate she didn’t even look at it. I don’t understand how that fair that I still have to pay do my membership even when I have a doctors certificate for problems that isn’t fixable and isn’t my choice. They clearly care about the money more than their members. From the first two days someone had stolen my AirPods when I asked them to look in the cameras and check it out they said they would but they never bothered checking. I don’t recommend.
