Positive experience: Very nice gym. But I don’t think they care if you bring a towel or wear work boots which is pretty gross.

Positive experience: Environment is nice and clean, workouts are enjoyable and machines are smooth however we need some abs machines to be put in place as there is literally zero machine dedicated to abs only. WE NEED ABS MACHINES

Negative experience: Worst gym ever. I have been with your gym for over 2 years. You had a decline bench for crunches, and it was removed for repairs. It has been over 18 months following up on it with the reception guy, and everytime he will tell me next week (for the last 18 months , maybe a bit more). I sent an email no reply.

Positive experience: Good gym to train at only major problem is no fans or air cons working very stuffy & uncomfortable fix that gym would easily be 4 to 5 stars

Positive experience: Good gym. Had a broken hip adductor matching which is my favourite. (It may or may not be replaced by now) no group classes but you get what you pay for. Friendly and helpful staff.

Negative experience: The toilets are disgusting, I feel like they never clean. People are vaping inside of the gym next to us during the training.the tape is broken more than 2 months. I already sent a feedback but of course not answers. Think twice before join in.

Positive experience: Still need more machines

Positive experience: Good Gym, can use couple of benchs or so beside the lockers to help when changing before and after the workout.

Negative experience: Nice gym, however it is extremely humid. Just from warming up, I already feel super stuffy. Hope they can get the ventilation fixed soon.

Negative experience: The humidity was insufferable. Also the cleaner was cleaning all the bathrooms and vacuuming around people during peak time of the day. And unfortunately found out this sink just sprays water everywhere.

Positive experience: a lot of equipment and machines but missing a deadlift bar. clean toilets and mostly hygienic habits practiced. Air conditioning usually on point but sometimes can get too humid. Awesome music player and friendly staff

Positive experience: Good gym but the down fall is need to fix the ventilation in the gym not enough fresh air smells stuffy and sweaty all the time.. also won't hurt to turn aircon on

Positive experience: Some of old machines should be replaced with new machines due to their condition, rest is good. Would be good to have more ventilation.

Negative experience: 20 dollars for a day visit as they “don’t accept fitness passport” but every other plus fitness does.

Fantastic experience: I've only started going to this gym and my experience has been perfect. Since I met the staff joining up, to having PT sessions with Gary Le. If you want to start improving yourself no matter what goal I'd recommend this gym to anyone. (And hit up Gary for some top notch training)

The gym is clean, location is great and the owner Terry is such a pleasure to deal with. I’ve never really had great experiences with other gyms, as you’re usually just another member but the service we received from Terry is second to none! If you’re looking for a gym in area, I can’t recommend Plus Fitness Merrylands enough. Terry is amazing and really cares about his members. Fantastic experience: What can I say about this gym! It’s AMAZING!! You genuinely can walk in and get in the zone to train it’s very clean, it’s got every thing you want and need to build muscle or get fit!! Also has great shower rooms and also the people that train there are really friendly. Also to mention Terry the guy that works there is an absoulete top guy he will look after you he was very welcoming when I signed up and you feel like the gym is you’re home it’s great I love it and people love it also that I know.

Fantastic experience: This location is by far the best gym in the area. Since it has been recently constructed, all equipment, weights and facilities are brand new. The gym is kept extremely clean, weights are always put away & there is a great community. Terry is an exceptional owner & manager that is approachable, honest & committed to helping members reach their goals.

Fantastic experience: I've tried a million and one gyms since starting my fitness journey and I am so glad to have finally found a gym that makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff are ridiculously friendly, playful yet professional and genuinely kind people - the clients are just the same and arent judgemental in the slightest. It's nice to be in a gym where everyone is focused on themselves and you aren't feeling intimidated. Even during the busy periods, clients aren't selfish with machinery and you're never pacing around looking for equipment, I find that something is always available. I really can't recommend Plus Fitness Merrylands West enough. I've never felt so mentally strong in a gym and that is the most important thing. No matter what stage of your fitness journey you're in, this is the place to be.

Fantastic experience: Amazing atmosphere, very clean. Staff very helpful and make you feel comfortable. Trained at multiple gyms but never like this one top tier made me feel wanted not just another number. Terrys service is amazing and gokhan the personal trainer helped me through every machine he is the best and his boxing classes are the best.

Terry’s service was so welcoming and the anxiety of starting at a new gym was taken away by his service. My personal trainer Gokhan made me feel comfortable and ran me through all the equipment so for future I am set up. Couldn’t be happier with my choice to sign up at Plus fitness Merrylands.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here for a while now and I have to say I’m actually enjoying it, if not loving it. The first thing I noticed is the gym is spaced out nicely so that its not to crowded spaces where people bump into each other or get in each other’s way, nor is it to empty like all these warehouse gyms. The staff here are also very helpful, informative, and friendly, there wasn’t a time that they didn’t help me nor my brothers with the issues we had with our membership.

The gym is kept in an amazing condition thanks to the staff and participation of gym members. The equipment is very new, clean and safe as it is maintained by the very attentive staff.

Fantastic experience: Newly established gym with brand new up-to-date equipment, there is plenty of parking space at the rear. Staff are really friendly and easy to approach Terry and Julie are always smiling and are very welcoming they always greet me and fellow gym members. They are both personal trainers and are more than happy to give fitness advice . I have known Terry for few years he is down to earth very friendly and helped me with any issue that exist with in the gym. The gym is also very clean has few bathrooms and showers.
