Fantastic experience: The first gym I've ever felt really comfortable at. The place is always clean, and inviting; the staff are friendly and helpful. Even on days when I don't want to go to the gym, I'm happy to walk in here. Shout out to Brooklyn, she's always there with a great attitude and encouragement!

Fantastic experience: Great staff and a very nice fresh gym

Negative experience: Expensive gym $23.95 per week. That is 1,245.40 a year!! Whooping amount. Planet fitness Cragieburn charges $5 per week that is $ 300 per year including registration. If you join Planet Fitness you save $800 + per year.that is lot of money. Fitness first has free squat and free bench press with Olympic bar. Planet fitness does not have free bar and squat stand. Everything is on Smith Machines...

Fantastic experience: I joined Anytime Fitness in Craigieburn today, and my experience was fantastic! A big shout-out to Tiana, who was incredibly helpful in getting me logged in and familiar with the gym. The space is well-equipped with modern machines and a clean, motivating environment. The staff is welcoming, and the atmosphere is positive, making it a great place for anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey. Negative experience: Very bad customer service, I had appointment this afternoon 2:30 and I was coming from city . Nobody attended me until 2:45pm and the guy said it Is normal.

Negative experience: Please never join this club, cause its all about money. I had to put on hold my gym account due to unexpected circumstances and when i asked about next payment that would be debit on my account. They don't let you know when is the next payment to be debited . And in day or 2 they deducted 40 $ from my account and when asked them their response was they dont know and very rude. I had to call my bank to cancel the auto debit.Again week later i got a call from the manager ,i asked her to cancel my account .she threatened me saying if you dont continue with us then you will have to pay hefty charges . They have charged me every fortnight for almost an year when i haven't used their services . On top of it they deducted 40 $ . They are still threatening me by sending an email for debt collection. The only reason they say is i have signed the contract . I have asked them for my signed contract . still no response .The management of this club is terrible . Not sure every anytime fitness club is like this or just the one at craigieburn. I would think twice to join anytime fitness again .

Negative experience: Not happy with the process. They make you choose the plan as per your choice but won't mention that it's under contract. Will charge for the access key first and later on will ask you to sign a contract so that if you choose to leave before due to some reasons you are not left with any choice and you have to pay the half amount for the time frame. Aren't you supposed to tell that first and then charge for the access key? If you have such conditions then the person who wants to join should be fully aware of them at the time of joining. Such theifs. Shame on you guys. We are joining a gym, not a military school so you have to come and do this otherwise you have to pay for the remaining time. When later told them it was not advised by the rep/instructor while joining they won't agree..and deny that. Disappointed with you guys. And the manager is such a rude lady.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym experiences I've had. Clean, lots of space, quite new equipment, wet wipes, great BOSE speakers, nice light, great equipment, top variety of cable machine attachments (including easy grip!), station to charge phone, big digital clocks, making it easy to keep track of your rest time between sets, they provide a towel to grab for a shower, also found a bowl with free period products and hair bands a thoughtful touch. The only things I missed were another cable machine and plate loaded bench presses.

Fantastic experience: Fully refurbished & relatively quiet gym with a great selection of equipment. Becuase it is not too busy, I could move thru my routine flows through effortlessly. Very clean enviorenemnt & bathrooms.

Negative experience: Worst experience. !! I have been trying to cancel my membership for almost a month now and nobody is assisting me. I filled in the form online so many times I don’t even remember. I tried going into the gym at Craigieburn and the manager is so busy that she sent me back, asking to fill the form online. I have absolutely no idea why am I paying for gym when I’m not using it for over two months now. Someone please help me how to cancel my membership. I don’t want to pay anything for this any more.

Negative experience: Feb 2023 - Never shared any details about the membership on the phone. On multiple requests asked me to come to gym. Then presented me with options of 12 and 24 months contract. 19.95 to 23.95 per week. Weekly cost 25.95 per week. Plus pay 99 dollar joining fee plus 65 dollars for a access fob. It feels like too much to join a gym. My review of the gym, 3 unisex bathrooms for the whole gym ? Shower and toilet in the same place. Guess what will happen when you want to shower up change or go for a nature call when in the gym. Gym is between medium and small, equipment are ok. May get too crowded in peak times. Wait times might kill your stride. At that price point I feel it's too expensive as the gym relies on you buying a membership and get stuck in a contract and pay until next year or better 24 months. Pay more but don't take a contract. It's a trap. Gym is 2.5 out of 5. Is there better out there ? You need to explore and you will be wow. Once you buy the membership, no one will care who you are until you default. Manager was rude and didn't even talk to me,refused to give me a trial after I said I want a month to month. Almost lost interest. Seems they only want the annual types so you can pay even if you don't go to the gym all year.

Negative experience: Gym is average, but expect a rate increase about every six months (there was one in sept last year and one this month). When we tried to express that this was the reason why we were cancelling our memberships, the staff (pretty sure this was the manager) immediately responded with "oh, so you can't ✨ afford ✨ it" in the most condescending tone. She continued to make passive aggressive remarks about how we can't afford it when we questioned why we had to give a 30 day cancellation notice for a service we no longer required (which even Consumer Affairs Victoria lists as being an unfair practice). Why bother asking customers for feedback when cancelling if you're just going to use that feedback to insult your customers?

Fantastic experience: Loving the new manager at Craigieburn club. So friendly and welcoming, and finally someone enforcing basic gym etiquette and hygeine standards. Can't wait to see how things continue to improve!

Fantastic experience: Epping AF branch is like 7 mins walk from me, but Craigieburn AF branch is much better for LEGS day, so every week, i visit here. Staff is very welcoming as well. I appreciate that !! The dumbbells section has a soft floor, so i feel confident about dropping weights without breaking them or no loud bangs !! The gym looks cool

Negative experience: A fall hazard! A very big hazard that should be eliminated or reduced as soon as possible, I was almost to fall down because of this!! I had to write this review to inform you that this will cause alot of risks to most of GYM members! I just saw now another member who also was going to fall down! In addition, purple lights are not very vision friendly, replacing them with white lights is way more better plus adding more lights is ideal! It's very dark in here!!

Positive experience: Got all the equipment you need, But the BO on alot of people is enough to make you pass out, Not enough people wipe down equipment, regardless of covid equipment should be wiped down by every member once they finish with equipment.

Fantastic experience: I have been personal training with Tina now for 4 months Not only have I gained strength but I've toned up and feel more confident in my own skin, she is super friendly and understanding makes training that much easier!!! Definitely hit her up if you need a dedicated and reliable personal trainer you won't regret it!!!

Fantastic experience: Literally the best gym ever, super happy with how it’s being run by Jenay and the rest of the team. Super clean, staff are always friendly and willing to help if needed. The atmosphere in the gym is just amazing, people getting along with eachother, never making a fuss if someone is using a machine. A great place to either start your fitness/lifestyle journey or continue whatever stage you’re at. Would gladly recommend to anyone. Perfect gym all around.

Negative experience: This gym will do anything to steal your money. I have requested for cancellation and was asked to come to club with no information of cancellation form shared at the time. Because their staff have no idea what they are doing I am forced to keep paying until my 30 days is up which starts from now not when I actually requested. Please don’t bother signing up with them. I won’t even give a star. The club manager Jenay Redif is extremely rude and can do anything to harass a customer. I wish I could copy paste her emails here. I have never put a review, but can’t miss to post this review considering the poor experience.

Negative experience: I would say one of the worst gym of Australia they are not up to the standard of Anytime Fitness .This gym is disgrace on the name of anytime fitness. Zero facilities. No classes no spa even bathroom n toilets are unisex and it’s always dirty. Above all manager Jenay and PT manager Page is really rude. They don’t even care about their members. I will not recommend to anyone I wish there could be an option to choose less then one star but unfortunately no option. Really bad experience please don’t go to this gym in Craigieburn there’s other gyms which are far better then this . CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO

Negative experience: Can't come in and do a trial on Saturday afternoon. Couldn't find any prices listed online and couldn't get any straight answers over the phone regarding fees. I was told I have to make an 'appointment' just to get prices. Frustrating experience as I shouldn't have to go in to get some fairly simple answers. Will drive to Thomastown to go to continue going to Deerimut as they are an upfront gym with all prices listed online and don't make customers jump through hoops just to find out simple answers.

Fantastic experience: This gym gets lifting right! More squat racks than you'll ever need.

Positive experience: Good basic gym. Just smells bad and probably need some signage about personal hygiene. Otherwise good for a workout sesh.
