Positive experience: What a great venue for a regional area.

Negative experience: English below 當初入會前有再三確認是否有入會費，服務人員說沒有，任何時間都可以使用場館，當天付費就以為是兩個禮拜的開始，結果隔了幾天後銀行就扣款了兩週的錢，因為不知道這天要扣款，就被銀行收了手續費5元，去到現場館方也要收5元手續費，已有告知情況卻也沒有得到任何回覆，後來也發現很多時間都有學生或是外面的協會在使用球場結果都不能用。 Before joining the membership, I repeatedly checked whether there was an join fee, but the service staff said there was no, and you could use the venue at any time. I thought it was the beginning of two weeks when I paid on the same day. However, a few days later, the bank deducted the two weeks' money. Because I didn’t know that the payment would be deducted on that day, the bank charged me a handling fee of $5. When I went to the counter, they also charged a handling fee of $5. I was notified of the situation but did not get any reply. Later, I also found that there were students or outside associations are using the venue that we can't use it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to have swimming lessons for both children and adults. My daughter and I have great time here. Kathryn is the amazing teacher, gentle, humorous and effective. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Large swimming area, covered and uncovered. Food options available here. Byo approved or leave during your swim and return with takeaway at no extra charge. Hot showers and spacious disability bathrooms.

Negative experience: They asked me to pay 3 times in 2 weeks for a fortnight membership and same for my friends. The new management is worse.. for the new backpackers coming to Gatton be aware of the price and the payment frequency. Otherwise, don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to the pool, I do a work out in the water and some swimming

Negative experience: I have arthritis through my whole back and I was going to the pool at Gatton in the hydro and the old ladies reckon I was looking at them do they think they're beautiful because no I wasn't looking at them and they have now made me not go there anymore I thought High School bullying was the worst but it's old lady bullying at that pool they think that everyone's looking at that them trust me they're not that pretty so I don't think ID be looking at them how rude

Fantastic experience: Attended the Gatton speedway, this place is fantastic when events are held, really family friendly, great prices food and stuff for the kids to do. Always happy to bring my family to events held out here. And my kids love it.

Fantastic experience: My son just started swimming lessons and so far we've had a wonderful experience! Staff are extremely helpful, welcoming & relaxed. The grounds are very clean, particularly around the pools & in the toilet/change area. Prices are very reasonable and time is not wasted during the children's lesson. Instructors are focused, patient & clearly passionate about teaching young kids. It's a joy to watch! My son leaves the lessons feeling confident & satisfied:)

Positive experience: Team are always friendly. Grounds and amenities clean. Can be very busy at different times so you need to vary your attendance times to pick best for yourself when using the hydro pool.

My sons have their swimming lessons here and the teachers are amazing, and the rest of the staff are always friendly and inviting. Pool and amenities are always clean and the showers have good, hot water pressure most the time. Definitely recommend this place

Fantastic experience: We had played a few badminton, basketball and volleyball sessions in the place and we loved it. We easily got helped by their staff when we needed things like a good volleyball. Though we hadn't tried the gym and their swimming pool, the fee's just right for 4-hour sweatful fun use of an entire court.

Fantastic experience: Great facility! Only thing is that lane swim during open swim in the school holidays isn't the greatest. The lanes are set up through the middle of the pool and there is always kids trying to get to the other side through your lanes. However its a clean facility and a true gem for Gatton

Fantastic experience: Wow didn't realize how big this place is.. it's huge!! Went to watch friends play indoor soccer.. and found out it has 4 indoor courts a gym a massive swimming pool (Olympic Size??) And even a cafeteria... that was open I'm very impressed

Positive experience: Went here for the Gatton Show recently. They really need to make more areas wheelchair accessible. It needs paved/sealed road or path.

Positive experience: Update: Under new management who don't realise we are a small country town. They've put the prices up a considerable amount... sadly not enough apparently to deal with the ant problem. I came here more when it was cheaper. Also the food served is deep fried rubbish, so BYO decent food. Can't believe I've lived here for so long and haven't bothered to use the pool! It so refreshing on a hot day! Great length for laps. Only issue was I tried to sit on the grass as I wanted a bit of sun but got swarmed by ants!

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and helpful, has a range of facilities, I love swimming so the pool is a plus and a nice temp. Furthermore, I found the Hydro pool disappointing, as it only comes to the waist line (Im very short so this says a lot), rendering it useless for my rehabilitation, however this is great for mums to use it for teaching babies/toddlers to swim and maybe rehab for people with leg injuries.
