Negative experience: The most annoying Christmas music at crack of dawn that’s so loud that I can fully hear it with noise cancelling headphones is the most unpleasant experience I have ever experienced.

Fantastic experience: I recently started attending Reformer Pilates classes regularly, and I absolutely enjoy it. The classes have made a noticeable difference in my flexibility, mobility, and core strength. The combination of controlled movements and resistance equipment helps me build strength while improving my overall posture. Fantastic experience: Nadira is very good instructor , always cares about us and if you got any injuries you can trust her 100%, I had very bad lower back pain and after her class I didn’t feel any pain anymore, she will care about you and will give you best exercises and best Pilates experience

Positive experience: Love the gym, childcare (the girls are amazing), and the installations, especially the pilates studio - pss, Nadira is THE BEST instructor ❤️‍ A few points of improvement for the gym: - more platforms for jump pilates (only 6 ); common!! the subscription to pilates is not cheap, and that plus would be awesome!! - I have been in gyms where they have towels available for customers, and fruits every morning. It would be good for customer loyalty. (Something to think about it , maybe)

Fantastic experience: Are the kids still saying “vibe” ? coz I, for one, am defs using it for Fernwood Cranbourne - This club is a whole vibe . Low impact or high… you want it, they got itt . A one stop shop for fitness with heaps of gym equipment and space, group classes, pilates, PT and pilates . The girls and staff are remarkable and their customer service is fantastic. Patricia listened to my yapping quite patiently and recommended that I join their FIIT/FITTMAX program, I will forever thank the fitness Gods that I said yes to her ‍♀️ !! I’m 2 weeks into FIIT training and already falling back in love with exercising, always in the right headspace after the sessions and my self image is improving tremendously. The FIIT sessions with Patricia are an entertaining ride full of hardcore reps., she will make sure that your form is correct which minimises any chances of injury and maximises your strength and results. I particularly love how goal oriented the FIIT classes are… very demure, very mindful . Girls, trust me and don’t miss this train . Another train that everyyyone must hop onto is their Pilates classes: reformer and mat, specially with Alma. I am the self proclaimed president of her fan-club, her approach towards Pilates is skilled based and her guidance throughout the classes has made me trust my body and core again. My fear of injury has reduced to nil and I feel in synccc ️ with my bodyyy✨. Bonus points for the improvement I’ve observed in my breathing techniques. You feel refreshed after her class and leave with a sense of accomplishment, always ‍♀️. You are guaranteed to be surrounded by great teachers and greater teachable moments. Aneta, Sarah, Chloe and all the girls at the reception and the office are such welcoming and supportive girls to be greeted by when you enter the club… you can always trust them to cheer you on and they have all the answers to your queries ✨. You can get a health progress assessment in form of body scans, too. Anna has vast knowledge about diet and nutrition which was immensely useful when I had joined the club. Even the members are so delightful and you feel so safe surrounded by amazing women. The group fitness classes complement the great environment along with the clean and spacious ambience. I’ve tried their boxfit with Karina, body pump, les mills core with Leanne(you gotta try this ), zumba and step with Joanne classes, pilates with Jess so far and no exaggeration, loved all of their classes . Karina is a BOSS and I’m always eagerly looking forward to her boxfit classes, the confidence boost after her class is insane . Jo was a great support as a Personal Trainer at the beginning of my gymming journey as she helped me settle-in at the club nicely. Honourable mention to Marjorie (zumba instructor from their sister club) whom I came across while she was filling in as a replacement at the Cranbourne Club on one occasion and now i’m a regular at her class in Narre Warren class thanks to the flexibility offered by my Fernwood Membership. Okay… if you’re still here do not miss their infrared sauna… which you could book in for a good recovery post exercise. Phenomenal stuff, right I’m so glad that I’m writing this review post my hyperfixation phase coz now I know for sure that the high is real and I can defs vouch that the praise is well deserved. 10/10 definitely recommend. Invest in yourself ladies, you are worth it .

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Fernwood Cranbourne for 2 years. The club is clean and the equipment modern. All the staff are amazing. The reception staff are friendly and always happy to help. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They take the time with all members to answer any questions or concerns that they have. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Fernwood Cranbourne is the best gym I have ever been too. Always clean, happy staff, best coaches and has everything you need in a gym.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience with this gym. Initially, they seemed very nice and accommodating, but that quickly changed. They have numerous hidden costs that they don’t disclose upfront. Even after my contract ended, they charged me cancellation fees without any prior notice. To make matters worse, they charged me twice before finally cancelling my membership. The staff's behavior became quite rude over time, and it appears that this is a common issue as I noticed the same behavior towards other members. The owner is incredibly money-hungry and seems to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. This gym is a complete scam, and I would never recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find a more transparent and customer-friendly gym elsewhere.

Negative experience: DO NOT JOIN. Do yourself a favour & travel 10 more minutes down the road for other gyms. The owner is selfish, nasty & unprofessional. I joined this gym at the beginning of business, I've been there longer than staff. 2 times no pilates instructor showed. Yet no offer to offer me anything else such as a tiny offering of a discount off my next fortnightly payment, no towel, no water bottle. Nothing. I only travel 10 more minutes to a gym with female only area, a large one, also female only steam room in the female bathroom area. Reformer pilates which in my case has been females. If you think this gym is safe because it's only female think again. The owner is not for building women up at all. She literally told me to my face that I "don't pay much" to be there. Let me tell you. I did infact pay A LOT but to her she has enough money to say to her customers that fill her pockets that it is not a lot of money. I now pay HALF the amount I paid at Fernwood. I have more classes offered in reformer pilates, more classes in general and variety, more locations & more hours. The classes also run longer! It is a rip off with a money hungry owner. No empathy, no understanding & no respect for her customers. I joined my new gym with such positive energy. I've received water bottles & protein shakers just because. I was given time in a salt room free of charge - because they care & show you they care. Fernwood offers great instructors. How they stay is beyond me though. Other gyms other far more with a much more caring environment. In regards to owners response* 10% off the full price I was paying after 3 years. Okay and? Do you know how much I was paying? Around $70 A WEEK. No the creche was not free but trying to use clever choice of words does not fix your greed. I had multiple women inform me how you spoke of me after I left the gym. What an awful rude thing to do when you were in the wrong. You the actual owner of this gym is the biggest issue because you are not able to communicate in a polite manner. I have witnessed you be rude to your own staff & I have heard how unhappy customers are. I actually feel for you because I would prefer respect and integrity over money. Respect you do not have by others. I never asked for extra classes so throwing that in the conversation we exchanged was pointless as was you implying I should have paid more! Being a decent human & admitting when you are in the wrong could go a long way.

Negative experience: This gym has left me feeling dissatisfied with my experience. Alert: using attention-grabbing phrases like ‘fixed term or ongoing term Contracts’ for 3 month, 6 month membership in misleading way to trick the customer to sign up.And you need to pay around 250$ fees and separate payment for childcare. Surprisingly, I called them one month before to cancel my membership, but the lady didn't mention any 30-day notice requirement .I thought that completing my 6-month commitment was sufficient to avoid any cancellation fees. I believed that a 6-month membership was not an ongoing commitment when I signed up. After my membership expired, I was surprised to discover that another payment had come through, restarting my membership without my authorization. Discussing the situation with the receptionist, I discovered that I had to pay two extra fees to exit. Your contract end date is the only thing they are waiting for.They will explain the 'ongoing term' later, not before.At least they need to send reminder or email the one who signed up for 3 month or 6 month term.

Fantastic experience: I have come back to Cranbourne Fernwood after a few years, staff are always so welcoming every time you come through the door and throughout the classes. After speaking with Anna, she has made me feel supported and confident with achieving my health and fitness goals.

Fantastic experience: Just got my body scan results with Anna from my second scan at Fernwood Cranbourne after joining here for 3 months and I've lost over 6kg of fat and gained 1.3kg of muscle! I had no idea that working out for only 30mins 5days a week could lead to such amazing results! Thanks again Anna for guiding me into the right direction. Cannot wait to see what results I'll receive in the next 3 months. Love the gym and facility. Super clean and very friendly staff ❤️❤️

Negative experience: If i have to give no star i would do that. This place is ripping people off by telling people to join their 18 month membership. When you join you pay $250 and if u want to cancel membership you pay $350. If you want to free your membership if u sick of going somewhere they freeze ur account and still charge you $5.00 every week and then increase the membership period. I am regretting myself now why did i join fernwood. I had issues with my health and couldn't go to gym they still made me pay big amount. Please think twice or thrice before joining membership.

Negative experience: It was very bad experience with Fernwood fitness in Cranbourne. They are just ripping off people. No body confirmed entry fee which is 250$ and still I continued and unfortunately I had work injury and my back was so bad I gave doctor certificate because I can’t go there to talk to them physically, I emailed them on 17 th of April to cancel My membership n no body told me about that I have to fill cancellation for and on 30th of April they are sending me cancellation form to fill and telling me they will deduct two direct debit and $100 cancellation fee. They are just delaying things so they can deduct more money. I literally sending so many emails to cancel it and they are just delaying and applying hidden charges. They don’t even consider what you are going through. Such a bad experience. Not recommended at all.

Fantastic experience: Anna was incredible! My partner and I booked our free body scan after just joining the Gym and Anna was great at making sure we were comfortable and knew what steps we needed to take to achieve our fitness goals. She helped plan our fitness journey around my busy schedule and even took extra time to give us a bit of health coaching because she didn't have anyone booked after us. She answered our many questions and we both left feeling like we knew what we had to do (which before the appointment we were just guessing). She alarmed us to the potential threats that our bodies face in their current state without making it overwhelming or scary and helped us map our a year long goal to reverse these threats. 10/10 would recommend Anna to everyone!

Negative experience: I signed up online for a reformer class query. One of their sales representatives called me and has told me I can do a trial for $15, which I thought ok cool why not! I was told to come in and meet someone for a discussion on trials, gym memberships etc… I came in and was told there was no $15 trial and that the sales rep that told me has made it up and I had to sign up and because there was a cooling off period anyways I can cancel anytime! Which I thought wasn’t the best way to do things…if I didn’t like the class then I have to cancel everything which is probably just the longest way of doing things! So I just refused to sign up and was pretty much ready to just leave but then the rep that was talking to me that night finally said ‘ok I will honor the free trial for $15 as you were told so anyway’ I went to my trial. I got there 3 mins before it started (I was told to come in 10mins early but traffic issues just can’t be helped). There was someone at reception that took longer so I miss the time it was meant to start. When it was my turn at reception …I was told that the class has started and she will check to see if I can reschedule! Another staff comes back (same staff that was not going to give me the $15 trial) and said I can’t do a reschedule as I paid for it and there isn’t much she can do! Which doesn’t make sense on how I can’t reschedule seeing as it’s just a class! And what was an annoyance was the response she said on why I can’t do the reschedule, she noted ‘I had paid for it so I can’t reschedule’ which is not probably the best response as there was no free trial! I feel like doing a trial class is just too hard to do at this place. They probably need to have a better process on such things! Even with a paid trial I was happy to pay for but just the way things are handled that I couldn’t reschedule as I had paid for it - I think they need to train their staff on how to respond/talk to customers.

Fantastic experience: At Fernwood Cranbourne the atmosphere is positive from the moment you walk in and you can really choose how you want to train with so many options. It doesn’t matter how much experience you have in a gym, because the staff are all extremely supportive and there to make sure you achieve your goals with an approach that focuses on a fitness schedule/routine tailored to your abilities. I love the classes and my PT sessions with Sally, who has helped and continues to help me in achieving my specific goals. It is a place that makes going to the gym fun.

Negative experience: THIS GYM IS ONLY RUN ONLY FOR MONEY! Do not sign up. They lock you in contract and they are so dodgy that sometimes they put you in 18 months even if you ask 12 months. And if you were to cancel your membership you have to pay $200 upfront for cancellation even if it’s due to some injury or illness or else you have to put on hold and still pay weekly. And lastly the membership fee is insane $50 fortnight. after I got a back injury from my first born and I was told by my doctor to not do any sort of exercise when I asked Fernwood to cancel my membership they took months to process that. Until I follow up no one has canceled till that. Till that I have paid the fees. No one has got the responsibility as well. And finally I said I can’t pay as a one instalment I need two payment plan. But still they sent me an email saying that I have to pay $75. I have asked my bank to remove the direct debit. And since money was not in The account they have charged additional $15 for that as well. Please make sure to go through the contact what you sign. They never explain these cancelation stuff. Again go through the contract before you sign up. Very disappointed ☹️

Negative experience: My experience with this gym has been disappointing. When I initially signed up for a 6-month membership, I was under the impression that it wasn't an ongoing commitment. During the sign-up process, I specifically asked the receptionist about this, and they assured me it wasn't. However, upon the expiry date, I was surprised to discover another payment came through, restarting my membership without my consent. When I spoke to the Manager about the situation there were two additional fees I needed to pay to leave. I also participated in the Fit 30 6-week challenge, I realized that even after the challenge had ended, I was still being charged an extra $50 per week without any knowledge. My interactions with the manager, Gunnet, were rather disappointing. I found her to be rude and difficult to communicate with. The combination of hidden fees, poor communication regarding membership terms, and unsatisfactory customer service has left a negative impression of this gym.

Fantastic experience: Absolute 5 stars. This gym provides so much more than equipment and classes. You feel so welcome and encouraged. You are not judged or feel any pressure. Not only am I a member but so is my 16yo daughter who, as one of the youngest members feels so supported. I didn’t want her to be stressed or focused on her body and I know this will never be something that will happen at Fernwood. The staff are all fantastic, Steph who was my initial contact was amazing from the moment I stepped in. She knew what I was hoping for from a gym and took her time to show me through the centre. Since she has helped with any queries and is a great asset to the cli . I love the classes and my weekly PT session. Cannot recommend it more, especially for those with daughters considering joining a gym.

Fantastic experience: Fernwood Cranbourne actually makes you want to hit the gym on a daily basis! You're greeted with smiling faces at reception, engage with trainers who will get the best out of you each and every session and make some amazing friends along the way! Massive shout out to Jess and Kira who have made my transition from no exercise to daily exercise an enjoyable journey! Fernwood Cranbourne is the place to be!

I feel so comfortable during my workouts being around women, the group classes are awesome and the instructors are AMAZING , in general all the staff are great. Fantastic experience: I joined Fernwood Cranbourne since June 2023 and have been doing personal training sessions with Jo every week and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve achieved. I was never a fitness girl and didn’t know what to do in the gym but having Jo as my mentor she’s helped me so much and given me the confidence and strength I didn’t think I had and was capable of. My proudest moment is achieving my personal best for the leg press at 135kgs. No way would I have been able to do this 7 months ago. I highly recommend Fernwood and Jo for others like me who didn’t know where to start.

Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming environment with very friendly and helpful staff! The childcare team have been lovely to my two girls and made leaving them so much easier!

Negative experience: Picked up my 9 month old from the childcare there after my class to be told she’d leaked through her nappy so was sitting in her urinated clothes as apparently they aren’t allowed to leave the room to change a baby’s nappy (which wasn’t a first occurrence) and they tried to look for me but couldn’t find me in their small gym even tho when you sign in you have to leave ur mobile number and no one tried to contact me either. Spoke to the owner who couldn’t have been less sympathetic if she tried, offered no compensation. Very arrogant and tried to place the blame on me. I Just got a “sorry wont happen again” Just a money hungry gym. Pay $80 a week plus the childcare fees and don’t even get access to all classes. Will be joining somewhere else one memberships over… can’t wait. The reception staff were very helpful, lovely and sympathetic to the situation tho. Just in response to the owners response..if you had read my review, I explained my phone number was there and I was not contacted and in the system I was booked into a class so whoever “looked” didn’t “look” very hard. Maybe just take some accountability of the actions of your staff members instead of making excuses. You had also told me when a child does need to go to the toilet a reception staff will step in if available, on that particular day, there we’re 3 reception staff and you (owner) there so I still don’t see a reason why my child was sitting in her clothes soaked in urine.

Fantastic experience: I've been looking for a gym for a long time where I can do classes, and Fernwood Fitness in Cranbourne has definitely surprised me with the well trained and dedicated instructors. Fantastic experience: Vibes at Fernwood Cranbourne are top tier!! The facilities and machines are top of the range! (And not to mention the insane views all around the gym)!

Fantastic experience: Anna did my body scan and provided so much information to help me on my journey, the staff at fernwood have been so helpful and amazing.

Positive experience: The gym is very modern and clean and staff are friendly. The negative is the recent changes to crèche cancellation fees. They used to charge you the full service fee if you cancelled which is fair. Now they charge a cancellation fee of $10 plus the service fee which ultimately means they profit from cancellations. I feel this is unethical coming from a place that is supposed to empower women.

Fantastic experience: Facilities in the gym is everything you need, plus an infrared sauna. Everything is very clean!

Positive experience: Very nice atmosphere gym , the trainer's there and the people are really lovely .

Fantastic experience: a beautiful gym! girls are very friendly and very supportive. anna the nutrition coach is a gun, i definitely recommend her if you want to reach your fitness goals!!

Positive experience: A nice and clean gym. However I'm waiting for my contract to end at the end of the year though and will be going else where. The class timetable is quite ridiculous, can never get into a good class even 1-2 days before on the app, except for the less popular classes (zumba, etc). Not sure if this has been done on purpose where they've put the better classes at quieter times to avoid it being overcrowded. Also the membership is pricey and not really worth it at all.

Fantastic experience: I got my second body scan at Cranbourne. It was really helpful and I got some great advice. She makes you feel comfortable and gives you honest feedback. Great stuff.

Negative experience: worst experience ever in my life...... in this fitness club, don't fall in their trap they blind the person with lots of contracts and rip off money. I paid more then $500 in just 1 month after giving the notice right after 2 weeks for cancelletion of my registration. I took the fit30 challange which was free for 6 weeks, still they took my that much money, just because of my back side muscle pain I could not continue the gym after my third day of joining. After giving the notice still they continued to deduct my money. I personally went to the gym to request them that please at least refund my half of the money which i have paid to you. But when I talk to the owner (manager) GUNEET oh my god she was so rude and arrogant. and asked me for more money to cancel the registration. After finishing up with everything untill now i am getting the message that you have to pay more money. I always regret that, why i went to that place? please please do not fall in their trap. Specially the manager GUNEET she does not know how to talk to the customer.

Fantastic experience: It is clean and the staff are so helpful.

Negative experience: I would probably caution you to go elsewhere if you’re planning on going in the morning or afternoon. When there is classes on anyone not doing a class is jammed into a tiny space and the classes use all the free weights and most of them just sit on the floor unused. At other times it’s good but because of this I can’t wait for my contract to end

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much team at Fernwood Cranbourne for helping me to improved myself in getting fitter and stronger I still have a long way to go but thank you because now i have the strength and confidence to know I can and feel better about myself , all trainers are amazing, encouraging and friendly and people in the reception goes an extra mile to help us all out the best way they can. Thank you so much , this is the best decision I’ve made and If I am improving myself to a better version anyone can. Thank you a lot team Fernwood.

Fantastic experience: Cranbourne Fernwood is far better than the narre warren location. Everything is always clean each time we come and the atmosphere is far more comfortable. It is a larger space and the equipment is more modern and cleaner.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Personal Trainer Jess for the last few months and it has been amazing! Jess is super friendly, encouraging and motivating. An amazing trainer and councillor! Thank you, Jess for always encouraging me to push harder and lift heavier!

Fantastic experience: Love the 24hr access and the facilities. They have child care facilities, infrared sauna, showers, reformer pilates classes and free breakfast.

Fantastic experience: Cranbourne Fernwood has an amazing friendly and welcoming vibe. You feel so comfortable, the minute you walk in the door. The staff are all very knowledgeable, especially Anna! I had my second Body Comp Scan with her and she talked me through the results and helped me to understand what I need to do moving forward with my exercise and nutrition. I have new goals to work towards and a better understanding of how to achieve them.

Negative experience: They make it impossible to cancel membership. High fees to cancel and your made to pay or you will hear from there lawyer. Warning!!! Read contract before signing. They showed no compassion or understanding about why I couldn’t attend anymore. I would’ve given 0 starts if I was able to

Fantastic experience: Just want to give a shoutout to Anna I went to do my body scan thought I would be in and out in 10mins, 1 hour later I left with so much information regarding my health and fitness goals. Looking forward to seeing my next scan in 12 weeks

Fantastic experience: More than just a gym! I went in for my first initial body scan, expecting to find out my weight and be told the usual "eat less and move more", but I got so much more out of it then I would have ever thought. The wonderful Anna is an absolute asset to the team at Fernwood Cranbourne! She has so much knowledge on women's health and provided me with information that has helped me understand my body. She has such a kind and caring approach and genuinely wants to help people achieve their goals, I would recommend her to absolutely anyone. My experience at Fernwood has been fantastic from the start, great environment and amazing staff!

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym I've ever joined. State of the art facilities, friendly staff and helpful personal trainers. There are all sorts of programs for everyone running from early morning to after work. I like the flexibility of the classes. The gym is always clean, and tea and breakfast options are available too

Fantastic experience: I have been with Fernwood for a while now and I will not consider joining any other gym. The staff are always friendly and say hello and goodbye. If you ever need help they’re happy to help out. I hadn’t been in the gym for over a month due to travel then getting sick and they checked in on me to make sure I was okay which was really nice. The gym itself is clean and well maintained but I wish there was a bit more variety in machines. Overall, this gym has definitely been my favourite. And all the girls who go here aren’t judgy. We’re all here for ourselves and no one cares what you’re doing as long as you’re courteous to those around you.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, very modern. Has a wow factor. Pilates classes are awesome love the different types of classes. Definitely a gym you feel comfortable being at with all the friendly staff. Had a body scan with Anna she was fantastic was able to determine a lot of things in which doctors have been struggling to do. Spent time giving me recourses to thoroughly educate myself instead of just giving me my scan results and saying she’ll see me in 12 weeks. She is fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I had a nutritional consult with the lovely Anna. She was fantastic, so knowledgeable and attentive. She understood where I was coming from, listened and I genuinely felt like she wanted to help me. Cannot recommend enough, for ladies struggling with low energy and fatigue. Thanks Anna

Negative experience: Great gym, great staff, but when I became unwell, I initially put my membership on pause with the hope to come back in, (which I had even just purchased a 10 pack childcare and had a personal training session outstanding so I definitely didn’t plan on leaving) but unfortunately my health didn’t allow and with it all being up in the air I made the decision to cancel my membership. Responses were slow, and they replied trying to get me to pause my membership, I could see what was being done, trying to stall me cancelling, after a week of going backwards and forwards they came back to me and said if I wanted to cancel I had to come in person. Obviously that isn’t suitable for me right now and I called them up on their stalling tactics, they came back to me and said I could sign the documents over the email but then processed to tell me I’d be charged $500 to cancel (30 days notice plus $300 cancellation fee!!!!!). I have been a member for 2 years, never missed a payment and now after reaching out (initially I paused with the hope to come back) I’m treated like this!!! Poor form Fernwood!!!

Negative experience: I have been a regular client for this gym in last 6months. The staff work there is amazing except the manager, Guneet. Guneet who tell you that we have to bind by the fernwood policy when you ask to do changes in membership, but they have no policy for her own trainer who drain their client money. My trainer got sick and I missed out on 4/5 sessions of PT ($48/session) which was supposed to be covered upon my trainer return. But due to some issue between trainer and Guneet, the manager, my trainer left me in middle. Fernwood take money from your account before hand, but when the time comes for them to show some sensitive towards their clients it’s a big ZERO. As a manager, Guneet has a no people policy nor has the guts to stand up and take the accountability of the actions done by her employee. Guneet don’t understand that we work hard and save each penny to affordable their expensive fernwood gym. Guneet should learn and act to be responsible of their each employee action as a manager. “Never be a part of fernwood if the manager is GUNEET. “ I am so frustrated as Guneet instead of being sorry arguing and adamant about her system what it’s shows and all. Guneet learn to respect others hard work earned money, if you can’t do anything in return with your policy.

Positive experience: Very friendly.. I have never felt this interested in going to any other gym.. and makes me want to go consistently

Fantastic experience: Finally I have found a gym I feel comfortable in. When you walk through the doors the staff and other gym users are so friendly. The classes are great fun, the trainers are wonderful and all the facilities are clean and new. An added bonus is knowing my child is happy and looked after in the fernwood childcare while I go to the gym!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym!! So inclusive and very at your own pace with so much support. HUGE shout out to their food couch Anna! I've never felt so understood around my weight, hormones and stress and to have resources and a tailored plan is a God send. So appreciative of Fernwood having this extensive service!

Negative experience: Never attended the club even once ,everytime I would look through their app to book for a session it was fully booked .Recieved harassment over unsuccessful payments due to wrong payment details entered into the system when I signed up . Not even a phone call was made to ask if I am okay but a million due to the unsuccessful payments .Not my fault . Anyway I cancelled my membership and will never recommend to anyone . Their only interest is money .Such a disappointment and wrong choice .I regret ‍♀️
