Fantastic experience: I go to both the Craigieburn and Tullamarine clubs and I really love the vibe at Craigieburn. The staff always have a smile on their faces and always ready to help you. I've done FIIT30 a couple times, once was with Kayla. Kayla was really accommodating to my fitness level and modified the exercises for me where needed. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: As a new member am really enjoying the Fernie experience. Have a had couple of teething troubles but the fabulous Lisa has sorted them out! Big shout out to Lisa and the team ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: It's just amazing being apart of this Craigieburn Club. From the welcoming greetings to the hello's from the staff that you don't have sessions with. But the BIGGEST asset to this club is the amazing Georgina. Her PT sessions are the highlights of my week. I'm almost at the end of 15 PT sessions with her and I won't be stopping there. She gets you out of your comfort zone and pushes you to be better for yourself. Trying machines and exercises I never thought I'd do, Georgina has gotten me there and I'm now comfortable doing these without her, whereas before I wouldn't have even thought about it. It's people like Georgina that make you wanna keep going and giving up isn't an option! That's everything you want and need in a trainer.

Fantastic experience: Ive been with Fernwood craigie for closer to a year now and i have always loved coming here. Working out with Georgina is great! Not only do you walk out after a session feeling great and proud of yourself for pushing your limits but you also walk out with more motivation to practice mindful eating. Such a great community here.

Fantastic experience: Join the gym and you won’t regret. I look forward to my PT session every week as they keep me motivated and I feel my goals are within reach. After every session I walk out feeling stronger and even more motivated. Georgina my PT at Craigieburn is also very motivated and we work together to achieve my goals. I see change physically and mentally in myself. All the PT’s at Craigieburn are so committed and so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. The Admin team will greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 3 -4 years since I joined this club, I started PT session for strengthening my body with Kayla last year. I can see huge improvement in my body I feel more energetic , healthy and happy

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, great facilities. Love training with Georgina, I walk out of the session feeling completely worked out. She pushes me to my max every single time and I’ve never felt stronger

Negative experience: Not even one star, i wanna share my terrible experience with this gym, my FLEXIBLE membership was 35 dollars a week that means 70 fortnight, once my husband was checking his account it was $260 taken from his account i went there and they refunded me, BUT what if he didn’t check ? I canceled my membership and I signed the cancellation form with the manager that i only have one debit of $70 to be paid over but as usual they charged me $70 twice that means $140 from the same account !!! I talk to them they said it’s the bank not us, and the receptionist today was very very rude to me !!!!!

Positive experience: The gym can get really crowded in the morning and sometimes no cardio machines are available. Also, with limited child minding spots (especially Fridays) , sometimes I have to cancel my exercise in the gym. Although the child care is an additional cost, not sure why they wouldn’t want to hire more staffs to manage the child minding. Sadly it used to run popular Les Mills BodyCombat classes which are no longer available and hence it’s almost like any other ladies only gyms found in northern suburbs.

Fantastic experience: Fernwood Craigieburn has been an amazing find in my fitness journey. I am loving the variety of group sessions fitness programs so far, with all the amazing instructors. They have classes to fit across all level of fitness which is fantastic. Fully equipped gym equipments, pilate classes, HIIT classes are definitely the highlights as well. It really is a one stop solution to your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Such a welcoming and encouraging gym. Craigieburn staff and instructors are amazing women. I've joined after 15 years of an inactive lifestyle and I'm feeling a huge change. Pilates reformer classes are my fav. There are loads of classes and times to choose from, unwinding in the red light sauna, and the gym is so clean. Walking in and having everyone greet you is the best feeling. Thank you super ladies!

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with Fernwood's cancellation process. Despite Consumer Affairs Victoria guidelines allowing written notice via email or post, Fernwood insists on cumbersome in-person procedures. Unfair and inconvenient. Not recommended.

Fantastic experience: I love Fernwood gym in Craigieburn! It’s such a warm and welcoming environment with a fantastic group of helpful staff that are always smiling and looking after the customers. I honestly feel like it’s my second home. Even the group of ladies who are members there are really nice and friendly. A special shoutout to Ash, Nadine and Debbie who are just wonderful to deal with

Negative experience: Fernwood is so sneaky when it comes to money. When cancelling my membership they never explained how I had to pay a further $58 on top of the $200 cancellation fee.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, love Konga and Zumba classes so much ! Just wish they had more of those classes on ! But still still a fantastic gym.

Negative experience: When I first signed up I was hesitant but liked the fact it was a all girls gym however for the price I am paying the equipment are not up to date and only have a few resources available. For example they only have one leg press 2 stair masters etc & their always taken. It's not ideal to wait over 15 minutes to take turns. Other gyms that charge a quarter of the price provide much more equipment. I then decided to cancel my membership however when I first called I spoke to a lady that was rude and gave me attitude because I wanted to cancel and it seemed that she was annoyed that I had questions to ask (I was extremely polite to her yet still )I was told that I still had to pay for 30 days due to the policy which I did . But really it's way to overpriced for the service and equipment . I would have been more than happy to pay double if the equipment was 10/10 and the service ( which it's not). Even the personal training is basic and not as professional as other gyms I've seen and been too especially for the price for only 30 minutes . Personally wouldn't recommend it unless you are desperately wanting a girls gym only & willing to pay a unreasonable amount. I would recommend researching in depth before signing up & looking at other gyms that provide better service for less it's definitely not the case that the price matches the quality .I'm not the only one who's experienced this problem with cancellation so if this is a ongoing problem it's only right the gym takes it upon consideration to improve the service. Controversially when I went in real life another staff member handled it better & was polite when I had questions to ask.

Fantastic experience: Great facility for ladies. The trainers are welcoming and helpful. Plenty of machines and no wait time to use them. Group fitness classes are intense and fun!

Negative experience: The cost is expensive for a small gym, the shower is bad and the workmen just rock up and I wasn't informed before they came in.

Fantastic experience: I've been at the gym for almost a year now and the progress in myself has been amazing but this is due to the number of classes they have at the gym. The staff are all so kind and the instructors in classes are friendly as well. Judgement free place where you can go to let off some stress. Highly recommend anyone starting their fitness journey to give this place a go as it will not disappoint.

Fantastic experience: It's the perfect and best gym for females and mums in the area! ❤ The equipments with a touch of pink, good brand and new ones. Clean environment and you feel comfortable all the time with the good ambience and people. I know mostly of the staffs and they are awesome!! I have done PT with Susan and Emine at the moment and they are very patient and they know what they are doing together with your goal. I highly recommend both. Another one that I know is Haleema. She is wonderful staff, calm, listen to you. A gym where I feel safe and being look after! Thank you, Fernwoood, to keep me active and look after me! ❤

Fantastic experience: 6 weeks ago I started seeing Kayla for personal training and have seen amazing results. I lost 2 kg of body fat and gained 3 kg of muscle mass just from following her program for 4 weeks! Thank you Kayla for your kindness and dedication to help me to get my body how I want it. The amazing staff always ensure the gym is clean and are always so welcoming as well.

I have been a member of many gyms in the past and most of them I could breeze in and out without anyone knowing, at Fernwood Craigieburn, I feel like a valued member.

Fantastic experience: I signed up around three months ago. Best decision i have made. I used to have anxiety working out in front of other people, but when going with my amazing PT. She had given me so much support over the past couple months. I go out of the gym feeling accomplished and better then ever. Really recommend Fernwood

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership with Fernwood Craigieburn outside my contract period and I asked them to put my membership on freeze as I can’t attend due to personal issues. I’m still getting money deducted even though my membership is on freeze.. but apparently cos I have canceled my contract there is no such thing as putting your member ship on freeze you still have access to the gym because your paying of your last 2 payments in your cancellation period as per the cancellations terms.. it would have been nice to know that your membership actually doesn’t get put on freeze instead of replying to emails saying yep that’s all been done for you freeze has been extended, your membership has been put on freeze. Really disappointed that wasn’t communicated with me. Especially cos I was told you get a charge for having your membership put on freeze which I agreed to and said that’s fine. But they didn’t mention you will still get deducted whilst being on freeze or hold up that a freeze doesn’t really apply you still have access to the gym. What a joke really upsetting
