Fantastic experience: The only place we could find in our area that offered a casual visit without a “tour.” Friendly staff, excellent range of equipment including free weights, Hammer Strength plate loaded machines, pin loaded, plenty of cardio options and a supplement store. Will definitely visit again next time I’m visiting the area.

Negative experience: Got banned for not doing anything wrong and has people fighting each other and people using barbells as weapons. Could be such a better gym if the cables were actually maintained as well as the barbells being all bent and some even broken

Fantastic experience: This gym is big, clean, spacious and has plenty of equipment. This gym offers a lot and at an extremely competitive price! By far my favourite gym to train at.

Fantastic experience: Really big, well-equipped gym for folks serious about getting fit and/or bulking up. Apparently they refurbished during Covid, so the place is amazing. There are lots of different areas to exercise in, and different classes.

Fantastic experience: Everyone who works there and trains there are extremely helpful and willing to talk. The place is huge and there are plenty of equipment so minimal waiting. Every level of training and training style is catered for as well. Lastly you can't beat the price of $399 (they have regular sales) on the GC.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! It has everything you need to reach your fitness goals! Wanna be a bodybuilder? 2 easy! Wanna do some powerlifting? Say no more! Wanna do some Calisthenics and climb up a 5 m high rope? You can! Just wanna train and do some light cardio? Obviously there is space to do so! Not to mention the price is very VERY good compared to other local gyms. It's a no-brainer mate.

Negative experience: Awesome gym. There’s never any carparks and the disabled carparks are always taken by roid heads. My son and his friends are disabled and would join the gym if the disabled car parks were available. I thought being a professional gym would implement the law!!!!! I am very disappointed

Fantastic experience: Just finished my 5 day free trial and loved it! The staff members were super nice and helpful from day 1 all the way until my last day. The gym has everything you need in it. I like how they have separate rooms for different muscle groups. It keeps areas from getting to busy. As any other gym, they do have a rush hour of people where it is very busy between 4-7 but it is still big enough where you can find machines and get a solid workout in instead of waiting around.

One thing I would like to highlight here are the friendly staff. Merissa was working the front counter when I came in to look for my phone that I left behind. It’s not their obligation to do this but she let me use her personal IPhone to locate mine. 6 Star service if you ask me.

Negative experience: Omg what a snobby gym Saturday at 4:30 and wanted me to pay $20 For 1 session!!! What the hell not good... never been ask $20 for 1 gym session and I've been to about 30gyms in my life

Fantastic experience: Wow what a gym, so much floor space, multi level, 24/7 staffed. Casual rate of $20 is steep but was worth the experience

Positive experience: Great gym with two levels and ample equipment. Food and strenght suppliments area for puchase. Treadmill ,stairway machines with hiking screens. Climbing machine plus more for aerobic improvement. This area is separate to a total workout machine room which is also separate from three weight areas. Groovy spin room and another room for hiit. Toilets and showers metro and clean (may need extra when busy but so far no probs). Staff were friendly but not sales clinchers which suited me. Perhaps not their Boss though.

Fantastic experience: Modern well equipped gym with a great variety of machines and equipment. Its a larger gym and they offer classes as well. It seems to target males, this is reflected in their equipment choice, red/black deco, blue lightning and also at the time of my visit I was the only female visitor. That said there is a sufficient variety for female visitors to get a good workout. They have a shop with different protein related products, shirts and accessories. Airconditioning is well adjusted, music not too loud and fits the premises. Casual entrance available for $20. Lots of carparks in front of gym.

Fantastic experience: This place is the place to workout. HUGE gym on 2 levels. Has like 12 running machines, half dozen stair masters and cycles in just warm-up area. Large room for group classes, another dedicated just to cycling and a third for smaller classes. Has a childrens creche which must be a god send for parents. 4 rooms of machines with a 5th undergoing renovations. 4 power racks, 4 bench racks. A small indoor track with some sleds. There is so much gear that I have not ever had to wait more then 3 minutes and I only use the power racks and bench. Another review said the equipment is old... Well if it is it's in very good condition. Staff are quite friendly and atmosphere is good. Fitness classes are dominated by females, least when I attended. Good if you need a dose of humility

Fantastic experience: I returned to this gym after 2 years break, and I am so happy to be back and have referred to my friends. I am impressed with atmosphere and friendly staff and clientele. The owner Arie is a cool, down to earth guy, with 3 beautiful dogs, that run the place.
