Fantastic experience: Stepz is welcoming and has the best gym environment, there is no judgment from other members and I have never felt more confident and comfortable at a gym. All the members are so kind and friendly. Morgan is always so happy to help you out with anything along with all the other staff, no question is a silly question. Keep up the good work and thank you for creating a positive gym space for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Very happy I chose this gym! Lifesaver, especially after an injury. This gym is very welcoming and has all the equipment you need. All the members are very down to earth and I find it very easy to show up and do what I need to do without being judged. The free parking is easy to access and there’s 24 hr access. Very clean. If you want a PT on your team; all the PTs at this gym seem very knowledgeable, friendly and motivating. Morgan is always happy to help you out with anything as well.

Fantastic experience: The gym has all the necessary equipment. It is not overly crowded and I'm always able to do the excersises I have planned for each session. The location is great if you gotta get a quick feed after gym at Toowong to maximise those gains. They offer additional events and sessions for motivation and socialising. Fantastic experience: Been training at stepz for around 9 months and can confidently say this gym is by far the best I've been to. Morgan and all the staff have done a great job in making the gym such a friendly and comfortable environment to train in. My trainer Coen is an absolute legend he goes above and beyond for his clients, with his help I have smashed huge goals and gained a lot of confidence in the gym.

Fantastic experience: The best decision I’ve made this year was to switch to this gym. Not only it’s super convenient to me at just walking distance, it’s very clean and well-maintained with all the equipment you would need. Morgan, the manager, is an absolute star. When I switched gyms, he arranged it so that I didn’t have to pay anything up until my previous membership ran out at the other gym! All of the staff is super friendly and supportive too, and I leave my headphones at home because they have good music playing all the time! Love this space. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Although it is a smaller gym (in comparison to others large gyms), what an amazing community with the friendliest, most support staff, well-kept equipment, and great vibe. Positive experience: Decent gym but, it’s is very small no group classes. If you motivated and know what exercises to do then this a decent option. However if you are just starting out I wouldn’t recommend it.

They were so accommodating left a key for me no charge and we texted each other details which were awesome. This was old world service plus. The gym was clean with good aray of machines. Fantastic experience: It’s my first personal training experience and I have to say it is definitely an 11/10. Within five weeks I have gained 8kg and have a noticeable muscular difference that is noticed by friends and family. Fantastic experience: It is a very fine specimen of a place, where men and women become stronger, fitter and feel good. It is a comfortable area, and the people that help to run the gym are friendly and helpful. I have not encountered any problems so far with this area, although the dumbbell section can be crowded at certain times. They do play music, but it is appropriate, it's not a library is it. They have cold water that one may fill up their vessel with to replenish. The gym does not have any foul odors. If one may need assistance with anything, just ask a trainer at the front, and they will spare a bit of their time. I have also been able to ask and receive advice. If I may make a comparison with previous places that I have had a look at, there is no annoying person taking up all the dumbbell area space doing mobility exercises, and there is plenty of room most of the time to perform the movements I want to. I also really like where the gym is located. I have learned many basic exercises in this gym. Thank you to everyone at this gym who have helped me become a gymgoer. I love this place!

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Stepz Fitness Toowong to anyone and everyone. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed and felt part of something. The owners and trainers learnt my name from day one and would always greet me. The gym is always clean and the owner is always looking to improve it. I spent 2 months with one of the trainers G, who got me deadlifting from 60kgs to 85kg. He listened to my goals, to what I liked and disliked about certain exercises. He is super support and will adjust everything to your level physically and mentally. G is well educated a knowledgeable and welcomes questions. The energy of the gym is joyful and lighthearted. I’ve never felt stressed or discouraged once especially as a female in that environment. If you are looking to sign up or get back into the gym, this is the best place to do it!

Positive experience: Very helpful staff, clean equipments, not the biggest gym but its got useful equipments that are alot better than good life in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: It's a great compact gym, and it's kept clean, tidy and well maintained. Despite its size, they have a lot of equipment. I noticed the bubbler was dripping a bit, but by the next week it had already been replaced - small jobs being noticed and taken care of means management take pride in their space, and it shows. The best thing is the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I can barely remember my own name, yet Morgan seems to remember everyone's names and always greets people as they come in through the door. It's too easy to feel out of place in a gym if you're not a big body builder, but I haven't felt that once here. If you're in the area and looking for a gym, you should definitely check it out.

Fantastic experience: Superb Gym - it's never too packed (hopefully this review doesn't change that!). I've tried several gyms around the local area of Toowong, and it all starts with the Staff. The gym has awesome staff; they're non intrusive, but will immediately help you out should you need the assistance. The gym is very clean. Big Plus. The people that attend the gym are there for themselves, but not rude about it and you feel they are considerate of others being present, using the machines, work-out space and equipment. As much as I'd like to see the gym remain quiet (even at peak times (5pm-6:30pm), if you're looking for the right Gym, get in touch with Morgan.

Fantastic experience: My trainer, G, is a funny and supportive guy. I've never trained in a gym before, so I was concerned about being able to go to the gym regularly. But that concern quickly disappeared. G created a personalized training plan to help me stay consistent, and I've managed to work out in the gym for almost three months. The gym is spotless and has brand new machines. Furthermore, all the trainers are friendly and talkative. They will help you ease into the gym without any stress.

Negative experience: The gym itself is ok but not the management. They have a 30 days notice period for membership cancelling (which I was not informed about when I signed up). Neither did they remind me when returning the key tag. So I ended up being forced to pay the fee even though I no longer have the access.

Morgan and Maria have been so understanding and supportive of what I need and have created a fitness plan for me that doesn't make me dread going to the gym, it has actually helped me enjoy going there. If she's at the gym and even if you don't have a training session booked with her, she would go out of her way to answer questions and monitor your workout. She's simply the best!!
