Fantastic experience: I signed up with Strength Lab in July 2023 at the age of 46, after realizing that I was gaining weight more quickly as I got older. By the time I hit 108kg, I could no longer ignore the impact on my self-confidence. Clothes were no longer fitting, and I was starting to buy bigger sizes. It was affecting my health, and I wanted to be the best version of myself for my wife and kids. A friend recommended Strength Lab, and after hearing their positive experience, I decided to give it a try. Despite being based in Sydney, Strength Lab’s online system worked perfectly for me. The app is fantastic – with videos of each exercise, I can track my workouts and know exactly what I need to do to make the most out of each gym session. I was also introduced to Cameron, my trainer, who worked with me to set realistic goals. He created a tailored gym program (3 workouts a week), set me up with a step goal (10K steps per day), and helped me with a nutrition plan based on calorie targets, protein, carbs, and fibre. What really clicked for me was the simplicity of it all. The nutrition side had always overwhelmed me, but with Strength Lab, I learned that it’s about creating a calorie deficit while still being able to eat foods I enjoy (within reason). I no longer felt the need to deprive myself like with other diets. Tracking calories through MyFitnessPal was easy, and I quickly learned how to make better food choices that aligned with my goals. I could still enjoy things like McDonald's or a beer /wine – just more mindfully and in moderation. The accountability system with Cameron being in another state was exactly what I needed. I had to track my workouts, steps, and nutrition and submit everything for his review. He would provide me with a video review and feedback, and if I had any questions, they were always answered promptly. Knowing that I had to report my progress kept me committed and motivated. Within the first six weeks, I lost 8kg and reached my initial goal of getting under 100kg. The weight kept coming off consistently – on average 400g to 1kg per week – and the results were incredibly motivating. There were occasional setbacks, but I learned to focus on the bigger picture and celebrate the steady progress. Over time, my goals evolved, and by the 12-month mark, I had lost over 29kg and reached 79kg. Strength Lab has been a game-changer. Not only have I shed the weight, but I’m fitter, healthier, and more motivated than I’ve been in years – possibly even more than I was in my 30s. I couldn’t recommend Strength Lab more. It’s truly been worth every step of the journey!

Fantastic experience: I am nearly half way through my 12week program and I’m really enjoying it thanks to my sessions with Kieran. It’s not just the sessions at the gym, it’s early morning conversations when I log breakfast, to the last thing I eat at night. He is always offering advice and different food recipe’s to try to help stay within my Calorie intake for the day. He is always making sure my body is feeling good after the previous gym session and also shows me the correct form when he adds a new weight session to my program. I Just can’t rely on Kieran’s counting abilities, he always seems to add “2 more” to each rep when we are at the end, other than that he is unreal to work with Strength Lab is more than just a gym, it’s a community.

Fantastic experience: Kieran has completely transformed my relationship with fitness, nutrition, and overall health. Fantastic experience: I started going to Strength lab after being recommended from a friend. I thought I’d join for a few weeks as I wasn’t sure this type of program was for me but it has been great. My body has transformed immensely! Jordyn who is my PT is great and adjusts the program to my needs, workout and nutrition wise. I definitely recommend if you are looking to transform your body and you are willing to put in the hard work it takes.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Jordyn since March 2024 and I have seen amazing results not just physically but also mentally. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Strength Lab through a friend of mine which I saw had amazing results within 7weeks on a 12 week program, I got in contact with Strength Lab through Instagram and I signed up for 12 weeks myself. I was assigned to one of the coaches, Andrew. Great guy with plenty of knowledge about fitness and nutrition industry. He helped guide me to fast track in a healthy sustainable transition to my ideal physique and weight goal within the 12 weeks. I gained muscle and knowledge, while loosing 20kg In the process. Fantastic experience: I've been training with Cam for about 18 months and it has been absolutely incredible. I used to train randomly due to lack of motivation and niggling injuries. Cam at Strength Lab has been exceptional by creating tailored workouts and ensures that I perform each exercise with correct form to avoid any injuries. The personalised plans have massively improved my strength, fitness and weight loss faster than I expected. Cam actively reviews these plans when required to keep things varied and challenging. The nutritional advice and goals are included and play a big part in the journey which is a huge bonus. Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Strengthlab almost 1 year ago, and I couldn’t be more proud of my progress. The first 12 weeks of in person training helped me build a solid foundation for attaining my goals. I then switched to online coaching, with a transition in trainers, and the process was very smooth. You can tell that the trainers are passionate about their job and honestly want to help you achieve your own goals. They do their best to motivate and check in on you, especially using the coaching program. I had to give up the coaching program, as life can get in the way, but they offered to let me follow a basic program using their app and occasional check ins with the trainer. The support and understanding I’ve received through my strength journey has been a valuable asset to my life, I never thought I’d be able to achieve what have, and it’s all through the great support of Strengthlab, particularly Dylan. Thanks for turning me into a beefcake, you’re a real one.
Fantastic experience: Life changing. I’ve struggled for years to build a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Every time I’d start something, I’d lose momentum after a week, and I hadn’t been able to get below 95 kilos in over five years – until now. Kieran has been an absolute game-changer. My wife was the one who encouraged me to start training with him, and I’m so glad she did. Kieran’s approach is incredibly encouraging. He never makes you feel like you’ve failed, even when things don’t go perfectly. He listens, adjusts the program, and keeps you motivated no matter what. I had an old rugby shoulder injury flare up early on in the program, and Kieran adapted the training plan to not only avoid it but help strengthen my shoulder – it’s never felt better. When my weight plateaued, Kieran adjusted my macros and calorie intake to fit my lifestyle as a sales rep (I’m constantly eating out). He’s managed to maintain my nutrition while giving me the flexibility I need to keep up with long lunches and dinners. His support has been eye-opening, and I honestly can’t recommend him enough. Oh and shout out to the rest of the trainers at the gym for always bring a good vibe, it creates such a great atmosphere.. Jordan, Cameron and Luca - much love to you all!
Fantastic experience: Great place for private training sessions. Jack has been great from day one with the counsulting sessions and has understood my goals and helped me to set up a full workout and meal plan based on the way I preferred to train. He has also helped me adjust the plans throughout the program. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a custom training program.
Fantastic experience: I started the 12 week PT session recently and I am enjoying the experience. The meal programme is well thought and the organised training sessions, whilst challenging, are rewarding with the results I have seen. The support and encouragement that Jack gives me is second to none and it gives me added motivation to achieve the goals that I have set myself from the beginning. Fantastic experience: 5 + ⭐️ all round, I've been on & off the fitness train for the better part of the past 10yrs, and nothing compared to Strength Lab and my man, the GOAT - Coach Jack.... his implementation of strategised workouts, tempos, Supersets of Death, calorie variations where required for maximum results... Most of All; Jack listenes and you are a person infront of him. He managed my ups n downs like a champion, gave me encouragement needed and had me back in my clear zone and those outfits from 10yrs ago "just incase i ever fit in them again" The app is a massive bonus!!! The set up of your workout plans, The timer, the videos showing correct form, the fact that you're able to substitute particular exercises for one reason other you are unable to do it everything is literally in your hands... Best of all there was no escaping best nutrition because he was seeing everything I logged through my Fitness Pal! Jack is THE man, once im cleared ill be back again
Fantastic experience: I’ve had the privilege of being one of Kieran’s clients from when he was a baby PT just taking his first steps and now he’s a coach with a wealth of knowledge that is second to none. From snap fitness, to outdoor training sessions in the park during covid and now strength lab, Kieran finds a way to motivate me and holds me accountable for my goals. I look forward to my weekly one on one sessions with him, and I always leave the gym with more hunger for training. Over the years, my goals have varied, and Kieran met each of those goals without hesitation. He gave me the programs and support I needed to reach them.

Fantastic experience: 8 weeks into the program with 6kgs and 6.5cm off my waist. Andrew has been amazing with everything. Ive been working out for over a year and have struggled with various aspects such as cutting too aggressively or working too hard and injuring myself. After multiple setbacks trying to watch youtube coaches and self implement i sought professional help and strengthlabs popped up on my insta feed. After couple of dms and a phone call i signed up. The best decision ive made in my fitness journey. Andrews coaching is spot on and caters to the individual needs. With the nutrition you could pretty much eat anything as long as your within your calorie limit and hitting your protein goals and thereabouts with the other macros. The excercises are progressively challenging as you work your way through the program. Andrew does weekly check in to see the progress and if adjustments are required. Atm this is the best ive looked all my life and i know for a fact i couldn't have got here without andrews guidance and support through his program at strengthlabs.

Fantastic experience: So I’ve been working with Jack now for about 11 weeks and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He’s by far one of the best coaches I’ve worked with and I’ve had great results! In the 11 weeks I’ve lost around 14kg and will soon be prepping for a comp next year. He has a wealth of knowledge and genuinely cares about your progress. I’ve recently recovered from a wrist injury in where he went out of his way to find a mobility and strengthening video and helped me through that. 100% you won’t find a better coach. Fantastic experience: I started my journey with strength labs 12 months ago with the intention of losing some body fat and leaning up for summer whilst building some lean muscle. Fantastic experience: I was looking for an experienced trainer to help me elevate my weight lifting, diet and approach to training and was thankfully to connect with Lewis from Strength Lab. Over 12 weeks, I worked with Lewis to re-comp my physique which focused on muscle gain and fat loss. Lewis was highly knowledgeable - coaching and teaching me new training methods, and ensuring I had personalised experience that took into consideration not just my goals, but how my program fitted around personal and professional commitments. Lewis remained in contact regularly throughout the week which fostered a welcomed level of accountability and helped me achieve my goals. Fantastic experience: I have just finished a twelve week course with Strength Lab and I feel and look great, I've lost 14 kilos and my body is strong and toned and my overall health and diet is not even comparable to when I started - and the best thing is I've looked forward to enjoyed every single session at their gym, as well as doing their prescribed programs that I can do for the rest of the week. My trainer, Dimi, is excellent, engaging, extremely knowledgable and has helped me every step of the way and also made it possible for me to actually tone up and build some muscle while being on a tight diet, highly, highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Andrew from Strength Lab for the past 15 weeks, and to say I am happy with my results is a complete understatement. As someone who has struggled with weight much of my adult life, what I have achieved with his guidance is nothing short of amazing. Almost 10 kgs gone and a massive 17cm from my waist measurement. Andrew analyses my results weekly and makes any necessary changes to ensure that I continue to see results week after week. His guidance, support and encouragement has seen me achieve results I had only dreamed of in the past. Fantastic experience: If I could put more than 5 stars I would, I signed up with Andrew and the team at StrengthLab in June. After reviewing many online so called ‘coaches’ I found Strengthlab. The amount of information he puts up on his Instagram page is amazing, I learnt so much just from following him that I took the plunge. I had a goal of a 6-pack before my 40th, not only did I easily achieve this with Andrew’s help I did it in 10 weeks, by the time it was my 40th I was looking the best I ever looked in my life and I’ve been training since I was 25. Andrew and the team have a wealth of knowledge and experience, I would def recommend them and have recommended them to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Quick review I have been at strength lab for 6 weeks now which is apart of my 12 week program. First i had contacted andrew who was awesome in explaining everything they offer and what they can help with. I was looking to build strength into my body and become familiar with how to use equipment so i could go to gym by myself as i had never been before. What i can say is after only 6 weeks of training at strength lab the gains are REAL!!! Not only have i put on good size i have become confident in myself and i have learnt how to workout properly. Andrew put me with one of strength labs skilled trainers jack who has gone above and beyond for me. He has set me up a easy to follow meal plan and every session we have once a week is the happiest time of the week for me. Jack has showed me the proper form on machines, pushed me to my limits, and taught me some very helpful tips that i will remember forever! STRENGTH LAB IS THE REAL DEAL! Fantastic experience: I now know what to eat and how to exercise. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and feel so much better and I’ve had fun, laughed and learnt with my trainer Kaitlyn all the way along. I couldn’t recommend Kaitlyn highly enough. She explains everything really well, makes sure my technique is right to prevent injury, but also understands that I’m a busy working Mum so flexibility and balance is sometimes required. The strengthlab is a great gym and all the other trainers are very friendly and make you feel really comfortable.
Fantastic experience: I joined Strength Lab late last year, after a couple of years of training without clear goals or direction. I started working with Jack, and just by introducing a bit of structure and accountability, he was able to make the (what had previously seemed incredibly difficult) task of transforming my body into something so simple and achievable. He clearly possesses such a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things training, diet, and body recomposition, but was always able to articulate it in a way that was easy to understand and digest, and it’s made such a huge difference when trying to follow a heavily structured diet/training plan. My results over the last 8-9 months have been massive, and I can’t wait to see what I can continue to achieve under Jack’s guidance.
Fantastic experience: Been training with Andy for a bit over a year now. I have learned a heap and it's changed the way I approach physical fitness. Strength lab's hollistic approach to training means I can still get results but, don't have to eat a kilo of kale every day.Absoutely would recommend 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Started training with Jack 7months ago. Couldn’t recommend more highly. I started with hardly any experience in the gym, and jack helped guide me with his knowledge to get to where I am today! Progression in the gym every week, a newfound knowledge of nutrition and its role in my training, and a good gym/life balance. Without Jacks motivation, guidance and him pushing me when I wanted to quit, I would not be in the position I am today - the fittest and happiest I have ever been. Forever grateful!
