Goodlife Health Clubs Ipswich: Opinions
Negative experience: I have been attempting to cancel my membership for weeks now. Staff continue to state the will speak to the accounts team and give me a call back to discuss however this does not happen and they continue to charge me despite me calling to cancel. I am very disappointed with how this has been handled and will not be recommending goodlife to anyone.
We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced, Kassidy. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we understand how disappointing this situation has been for you. We want to assure you that we have escalated this matter to the appropriate team for immediate attention. Please feel free to reach out directly via 1300 393 733 or social media so we can assist further and resolve this for you as soon as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Negative experience: In my opinion and almost without exception the staff members at the goodlife gym in ipswich are either overweight or have zero muscle mass at all, I find the fact that they would give anyone advice for anything regarding health to just be absurd, they are lazy, some stink, they are loud and unhelpful in almost every way regarding health. Who would take health advice from these people! They spend more time talking to other clients then actually helping out the client that's booked in with them or just talk nonsense. The men's bathroom is often unclean, I have seen facial matter all over bathroom stalls vomit in showers and all over toilets both more then once, it has often looked like it had been there for a lengthy time period suggesting that bathroom walk throughs are almost never done or excrement and vomit has chosen to be ignored by staff. My wife tells me the women's room is not as bad but of similar state. If I described what the timber in the sauna actually smells like then my comment would be removed from even the most liberal of platforms. If i had to give a brief kind description and try guess the smell I would say it is a mixture of testicular sweat, anal crack sweat, dirty pads, un-wiped bottoms and the yuck from unwashed skin flap layering atop of eachother in the mist of a heatwave. Oddly the cool room has a similar not as pungent oder. The steamroom for the time I was there, was mostly broken and looks as unhygienic as the other recovery rooms smell. No hotel or health club that I have been to has ever smelt in this way suggesting signs of being unhygienic and not being cleaned which can lead to staff and other infections. I have literally seen people blow their nose into their hand and wipe it on the timber seating in the sauna, I put in a complaint and the dude was still there weeks later doing the same thing, it's one of the many reasons I stopped going. The gym equipment is mostly second hand equipment from gyms that have closed down, which means parts are often missing or broken. If, like me you are foolish enough to have signed up at one point trying to cancel your membership is harder then anywork you could do there, even after the contract has expired it is almost impossible, this is a common complaint from people i have spoken with and reviews I have read. When I signed up it was under promotion, 18 month contract which is normally 12 months, conditions were there would be no price increase for the time I stay with them even past the 18 months so long as i didn't go to other goodlife gyms, two weeks cancel anytime after the 18 month period, no price increase ever so long as I don't leave after the 18 months. My contact has since expired immediately on expiry they upped my accound fees, so I tried to cancel it in writing and now verbally. in writing via email as required more then the two weeks prior to my next payment and yet they still want to continue to take money from my account, they blatantly lied to get me to sign up to a contract and now even though it has expired they won't let me go, I should have seen it coming they were offerering promotional insensitives to get me sign up even though I expressed my concerns about their rubbish contract in the first place and when I asked to just pay a month by month fee with no contract I was told thats not an option, which should have been the second warning sign because all they wanted was for me to sign anything pen to paper to take advantage of me financially. Before I decided to stop going I spoke with several members that I got to know over my time going there and almost none had the same terms or were paying financial amounts on their contracts as I am or was or as each other. To me this shows signs of desperation by the gym and their staff, trying to get people to sign up to anything just to keep the lights on. Don't do business with people like this. Buy a portable steam sauna they work wonders free weights and a bench, utilise youtube and the internet you will be financially much better off, far cheaper then these crooks.
Fantastic experience: I've signed up for 3 month memberships twice since I started visiting Australia for two years now. It's a bit old, if compared to the Goodlife clubs and World Gym branches in Brisbane but it's got all you'll ever need. A nice, peaceful gym environment with friendly staff.
Thank you for choosing us during your visits to Australia and for sharing your feedback, Justin! We're delighted to hear you appreciate the peaceful gym environment and our friendly staff. While we may have a more classic setup compared to some other branches, we strive to provide everything needed for a great workout experience. If there's ever anything we can do to make your time with us even better, let us know. Safe travels and happy training!
Negative experience: I signed up to Goodlife ipswich on the 12th of August for a 3 month fixed term contract. Charlotte told me all the dates for payments to be taken out from my account and that the last date would be the 17th of October. Money was removed from my account on the 31st of October so I rang the club to find out why. This is when the receptionist: Kira made me aware that all contracts require a 30day notice to finish. I spoke to her multiple times as she spoke to the club manager: Brett. I asked her to email me the contract so i could read it for myself. There was a number wrong in the email address so I had not recieved any prior correspondence because of this. The contract does have the option of fixed term or ongoing. Mine was stated as ongoing however i did not agree to this. I was then put on to Jessica who also refused to help me because apparently fixed term is not a Goodlife thing. It's only in the contract because it's a generic contract used. I was not told this at my sign up or anytime there after. I am a single parent who signed up to a fixed 3 month contract to see if I could manage it around my children. I stopped going to the gym half way through the membership term but knew I was signed up to a 3 month contract so I budgeted to make sure there was money still available for that term. Money was taken out that was meant for my car rego bill. I can not afford that now and will be penalised by TMR in not being able to use my car. I will be pursing this as far as I can because it is not ok. All involved in signing people up need to make it clear about the 30day notice and thay fixed contracts are apparently not a thing. Charlotte deceived me and I will be commenting, reviewing, posting anywhere I can to be heard.
Thank you for your feedback, Cory. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Your comments are valuable, and we will escalate this feedback to our management team for further consideration. If you have any additional insights or suggestions, please feel free to reach out!
Fantastic experience: PTs 10/10 especially the red head. Staff friendly, always up for a chat same as the members. Great gym.
Thank you for the amazing feedback, Teesh! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying your experience at our club. It's great to know that both our staff and members are creating such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We're so glad you love our gym, and we look forward to continuing to support your fitness journey.
Positive experience: Great layout of equipment. Very clean facilities. A great array of cardio machines and love the music, lots of screen to look at. Staff are helpful. Easy parking downstairs and very handy to shops as well. Love training there. ❤️
Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re thrilled to hear you’re enjoying the layout, cleanliness, and variety of equipment at our gym. It’s great to know that the music, screens, and convenient parking add to your experience. We appreciate your kind words about our staff and are so glad you love training here.
Negative experience: Just a company full of scam artists, don’t expect to be able to cancel your membership anytime soon even if you’ve moved across the state.. They’ll try and slap you with a $300 fee or you’ll be made to pay the $15 for another year or so.. Go read their contract online, all the really want is money.. All the while there gym is very average Wish i could give 0 stars
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate you sharing your feedback, Haylee. We’d like to clarify that the exit fee is in place to give our members an option to end their agreement early without having to pay the full remaining balance. Unfortunately, moving to a different state does not automatically void the contract.
Fantastic experience: Clean
Thank you for your review, Robert. We are glad to hear you find the club clean! If there's anything we can do to support your health and fitness journey, please let us know.
Fantastic experience: Love the gym. I really love the fact that they have a wet and dry sauna as well as a cold room. After a workout it is so good to get in there and decompress.
Thank you for your great review! We’re delighted to hear you enjoy our wet and dry saunas as well as the cold room. It’s wonderful to know they help you unwind after your workouts. We look forward to seeing you at the gym again soon!
Negative experience: It’s a horrible feeling being ignored by anyone, let alone a staff member completely ignoring you because they want to chat to their mates. Find a different job in accounting or something.
Hello Pasha, Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern. We will promptly address this with the team to ensure that all our members feel welcomed upon entering and acknowledged when leaving the facility. Please feel free to reach out to us via social media if you would like to discuss this further.
Negative experience: Pooor customer service at all.All they want is money.I had the most horrible experience. Not recommending this to anyone.Never.....
We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, Lorimor . Providing excellent customer service is a top priority for us. Your feedback is valuable, and we'd like to make things right. Please reach out to us directly via social media so we can address your concerns and work towards resolving any issues you encountered. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, skilled and passionate personal trainers, well maintained and clean equipments, friendly members. Highly recommend.
Thank you very much for your review, Vafa. It's so lovely to hear that you are enjoying the club and would recommend it to others. We appreciate you!
Fantastic experience: Having come from a very busy smaller goodlife gym this gym has been amazing. Staff are so friendly and there is so much space and so many pieces of equipment.
This is so great Alicia, we love to hear it! Thank you.
Fantastic experience: Signed up to be a member here, staff are friendly and is a clean environment.
Thank you for the wonderful feedback, Joshua!
Positive experience: I love that they have a wet and dry sauna and a cold room. It's so good after a good workout. Only complaint is that the women's area is downstairs. I also wish they'd have a normal stretching class like the flexibility one jindalee used to have.
Thanks for the feedback, Mel!
Fantastic experience: Love Love Love the team at Goodlife Ippy!!! Emma & Cathleen & Charlotte & Adrian all make my day when I see their awesome smiles and they take time to ask how we are doing. Our whole family go and we all love the team
Fantastic experience: Incredible facilities, atmosphere and staff.
Positive experience: One of better gym setups of the 9 in my region. (6km radius of my residence). Large clean modern facilities. Poor payment options. Friendly staff. Annoying practice of on selling services/Xtra's like group classes, PT sessions. If I wanted to be nagged I'd still be with one of my two X-wives.
Negative experience: No thanks
Negative experience: Old equipment. No effort to fix it when things are broken. Half the treadmills don’t work. No aircon in the weights room. Local high school comes in every afternoon and fills the gym. After hours access using the app doesn’t work. Staff each their fast food out in the open in right in front of people on the treadmill. I overheard one trainer talking to a very elderly client about putting his mother in a nursing home instead of focussing on his clients exercises.
Fantastic experience: Just visiting and it ticks all the boxes. Equipment is very well maintained. The sauna is actually very clean unlike Browns Plains which is disgusting! And a bonus is the steam and cold room. Numerous staff were happy to say hello Super happy and wish I lived closer!
Negative experience: I’m a member. happened to forget my card a goodlife lady saw me and won’t let me in
Negative experience: Horrible experience if I could I would give 0 stars and no help from staff at any point I had slipped my disc in my spine and was physically unable to move for month due to nerve damage and having no feeling from my waist below when I tried to cancel (happy to pay out) or freeze my account was told come back quadriplegic and a note from my doctor stating I can not use any sort of amenity at the gym then they help me after loosing it the best they would do was freeze my account I was happy to pay out the remaining of my account but they refused unless I was physically not able to use any part of the gym including the sauna do not recommend as injuries which we are still not sure if are cause by the pt not allowing me to stop leg presses (not able to continue lifting off myself safely) when I told her my back was killing me found out 2 months later after refusing to return thanks to that horrible experience in its self
Negative experience: Staff are rude over email. They say if you put your account on hold they won’t charge you but that’s not the case (they charge you $5 per week you put it on hold for). You don’t get to try out the gym, you have to sign up to use it and there’s no guide for how to pull out using a medical certificate so when I brought mine in I was denied because it didn’t say “you can’t use all the gym equipment”. Like seriously? If my doctor says I shouldn’t go to the gym, I think that should be enough. It’s a $259 fee to withdraw if you haven’t been there for 6 months btw. Go to anytime fitness. They offer a better gym and discounts.
Positive experience: Steam & Sauna are great Very old equipment
Fantastic experience: Heavy weights
Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, great equipment and variety. Sauna, cold room and steam room are fabulous after a hard workout. Very competitively priced and an easy decision.
Fantastic experience: The best gym in Ipswich
Fantastic experience: Goodlife Ipswich is a well equipped, spacious and well run gym. I enjoy my membership largely due to the friendly and helpful interactions with keen, knowledgeable staff. Sauna, hot and cold rooms are available and the rates are competitive. Highly recommended!
Fantastic experience: Love this place
Negative experience: They lie to get their way
Negative experience: Lied to us about the consent forms and didn't state that if we didn't pay they would make out parents they said it was a permission form not a liability form
Fantastic experience: Staff are always smiling and helpful. Good atmosphere and a large variety of equipment, 24hr access is easy and great, and their staffed hours are very good. What sealed it for me is the steam room, cold room and sauna.
Fantastic experience: Great gym lots of quipment open 24/7 reasonable price. Everything one requires has extra stuff like sauna and cold room also.
Positive experience: Good gym, good classes, good staff
Fantastic experience: Lovely staff and good atmosphere. Was looking for a gym that was open outside of normal hours that didn't cost an arm and a leg. The facility offers a ladies room, group glasses for no additional cost, relaxation zone and much more. Multiple different plans depending on what you want out of the gym
Fantastic experience: Front counter staff always smiling & welcoming when you walk thorough the door... Staff on the floor take the time to answer questions & I might add I've never seen a personal trainer NOT wipe down equipment & I have been attending the gym for quite some time... Equipment wise you'll never want for anything, got all bases covered & then some, no shortage of programs as well.. The ablution & locker areas are clean & spacious, no shortage of lockers either... The relaxation area is my fav, steam & sauna, then cool off in the "fridge" cool room...
Positive experience: Loved the bathroom setup Cold room, sauna, steam room
Positive experience: My membership allows me only 3 days to bring a guest. This store unfortunately does not have the staff to be open during Sunday hours and I cannot bring a guest unless they sign in with staff at every visit. Therefore this location which is closest to my friend I want to bring has limited my guest pass to only two days. Both of which do work with our schedules. A shame.
Fantastic experience: Must try gym. Has a spacious women's area, new and clean machines and equipment. Upstairs has the lockerooms, cardio space, arena and classes while downstairs has weights and machines. The relaxation area is Zen and peaceful containing a steam room, sauna and cool room. Recommend bringing flip-flops for the showers though.
Positive experience: My wife and I have joined and are enjoying the atmosphere and the help of our personal trainer Lawrence Lubke.
Negative experience: Everything was going fine until they charged me a late fee because they entered in my direct debit details incorrectly. They had the nerve to tell me “I’ll speak to my manager about removing the late fee as a good will gesture”. A goodwill gesture, seriously? It was your employees fault. It would’ve never happened if you actually paid attention. Not happy
Negative experience: I hated it, overpriced. Very deceitful in pricing structures I will never go back
Fantastic experience: Good gym but pretty busy
Negative experience: Terrible as I was on a two week free trial and then ended it before the trial ended and was told thats fine and I won't be charged, well no here I am getting charged and apparently will be charged till the 29th it's disgusting I wasn't informed about any of this and as I said they told me I wouldn't be charged and when I went in there to try to sort it out they were dry and said they couldn't do anything and told me things they should of told me before I signed up. Don't recommend to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Great everyone is so nice and pleasant also very helpful lovely atmosphere
Negative experience: Don’t even bother, Please it will be your biggest mistake to get a membership with Ipswich goodlife. It is the definition of wasting your money, not even worth a cent. Save your time, save your money and save your efforts, there’s plenty of gyms around.
Negative experience: Staff are clearly not educated, get the signature in the sign up then leave you high and dry. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had at any business let alone a gym. We were told there was no fee to suspend a membership by the person who signed us up. When I tried to suspend my membership after going away for work, I was charged. Asked about cancellation, was told 2 weeks notice for cancellation. I go to cancel and it is now 1 months notice. Have since noticed many similar reviews. Seriously goodlife, get professional. Extremely poor experience from a pretty high profile gym.
Negative experience: Friendly front counter staff member. Large range of equipment. What let’s the place down is the lock of hygiene from the personal trainers. Not one personal trainer wiped down equipment after use on the weights floor. Nor did they get their clients to wipe anything down either. This is disappointing Considering there’s signs up and regular PA announcements advising people to practice good hygiene.
Fantastic experience: My Girlfriend is a Member here and She enjoys everything about G H Club.I spent a little time with her and it really is a Great Club with Very Dedicated and Professional Staff Members. I would love to join although I am unable to as I have other Commitments that rely on myself to always be available.
Positive experience: Great gym in a good place. Do your workout then stroll through the shops, grab a bite to eat or do your shopping. It's all in one very handy location.
Negative experience: You’ll not get out of your contract alive! Take your money for services such as PT and not provide them, then it is your fault for not begging the trainers for a session when they don’t return your messages. Lots of promises they don’t deliver such as support / follow ups/ open sauna that is almost always closed. Blatent lies just to get you to sign on the dotted line. I could go on and on but I’ve wasted enough time and money on these thieves. Please think twice before signing a contract so many other options around
Fantastic experience: Like the gym great people and friendly great facilities and clean price not bad great pt.
Fantastic experience: Gym is friendly and welcoming, the PTs are good people who are very approachable, equipment is good and is promptly repaired if an issue is found, been a member for a year and haven't looked back.
Positive experience: Love the steam room and facilities, however I would like more usable creche hours and access to a child friendly workout space.
Negative experience: For anyone looking to get a gym membership at Goodlife Ipswich please pay attention to the following: - If your thinking of getting counciling about life problems for $60/h please sign away, because the PT’s are pathetic. Don’t waist your time. - When canceling your membership i can’t sweat it enough to get them to send you a email confirmation as proof, for when in 6 months time when they contact you saying you owe them money because your membership was still active. I made the mistake of not requesting an email. I had my girlfriend make sure she received an email for her cancellation and you wouldn’t believe it but she got the same email as me saying she owed hundreds of dollars . Never trust what they say. Just go to snap fitness and ask for no lock in contract.
Hi Jason, thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Please contact us at (07) 3894 8200 so we can work towards a resolution. We look forward to hearing from you.
Fantastic experience: I was super impressed. Great management and team. Everyone is super friendly and willing to help and made me feel really welcome. The gym itself is well maintained with a variety of machines. There's also a ladies only steam room and cold room and a ladies only training area. Seems to have a good variety of group workout classes as well which I'm excited to try. Overall the best Goodlife gym i've been to.
Hi Shreya, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you; we are more than happy to help!
Positive experience: Average
Hi Roger, we are sorry to hear that your recent experience was anything less than exceptional. Please reach out to us at (07) 3894 8200 when you can so we can address this situation directly. Thank you and have a great day.
Fantastic experience: Friendly and clean gym good trainers has a sauna, steam room and cold room and a ladies area and lots of equipment.
Hello Rebecca, thank you; we appreciate your feedback! Keep kicking goals and we will see you next time.
Positive experience: An alright gym. The classes are great, and the equipment is adequate. The price is a little expensive, and I hate the trainer fee that comes out every 3 weeks.
Positive experience: Not bad missing a few machines, but otherwise good gym.
Hello, thank you; we appreciate your feedback! Keep kicking goals and we will see you next time.
Negative experience: I stopped going to Goodlife because a gentleman exposed himself in the sauna whilst I was in there. This was reported but nothing was done other than a warning to the gentleman. I tried to keep going but still felt unsafe. No they would not release me from the contract. Than Covid-19 hit and because they closed the gyms, because of this the contract was paused. Not my decision but theirs. So extension of my contract. So now I am continuing to pay for this service. I do not recommend for women to use the relaxtion zone.
Hi Vanessa, thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback. We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Please contact us at (07) 3894 8200 so we can work towards a resolution. We look forward to hearing from you.
Fantastic experience: Has to be my favorite gym :)
Hi Taniesha, thank you so much for the positive review! See you on your next visit.
Negative experience: Once you're locked in, not even death will excuse you
Hi Jacob, we are disappointed to see your low star rating. If you could provide more information to us, we would be more than happy to try and make this situation better. Please reach out to us at (07) 3894 8200 when you can so we can address this situation directly. Thank you and have a great day.
Negative experience: The communication is shocking at this gym, and certain reception staff are very deceptive!! The gym itself has everything you need.
Hi Christine, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are sorry to hear about your experience. Please reach out to us at (07) 3894 8200 when you can so we can address this situation directly. Thank you and have a great day.
Negative experience: Just a few things. There admin errors are your fault and when you try to fix them they put it in the too hard bin. A CASUAL membership has a 30day cancel And don’t ever miss a payment cause a collections agency will call you asking for the amount times three. Just so fun dealing with this horror show of a place. Big Ups to Craig, post it notes aren’t how you folllow things up Tom, learn how to fill out a form. It’s pretty simple Jessica, don’t offer to help and fix things then give up when you need to lift a finger.
Hi Jackson, I would like to get some more details about your experience with us. Please reach out to us at (07) 3894 8200 when you can so we can address this situation directly. Thank you and have a great day.
Fantastic experience: Great facilities and friendly staff.
Grayson, thank you so much for the positive review! Keep kicking goals and we will see you next time!
Negative experience: Disgusting. I changed card which was direct debited due to some circumstances. Life got in way with injury on top. Forgot to inform the gym. I then get debt collectors contacting me for an amount well out of the realms of normal. Follow up emails and calls are followed by silence, or promises someone will call back. Never happens. Stay away. Read the reviews about this gym before joining. A real pity as I did enjoy attending. Never again!! Zero stars if I could.
Positive experience: Great facilities, really nice helpful staff and plenty of equipment to make you sore for days.
Negative experience: I ended my membership at this gym because I wasn’t going to the gym often enough to be worth the money. Just before my last payment was due someone called Jess phoned me and offered me a better priced gym membership with extras thrown in. Unfortunately I agreed but have now seen that full priced gym membership is again being taken from my account. This is not the first time I’ve experienced bungled payment arrangements and hollow promises from this gym - similar issues occurred earlier this year. Also, the gym takes $9.95 every 3 months from members’ accounts for a trainer but this is never forthcoming unless you go out of your way to arrange it. The one time I did arrange it I got some half hearted instructions from someone on some exercises I could have got from Google. I will be canceling my membership again today - no more deals with this gym.
Hi Margaret, thank you for leaving us feedback. Our aim is to ensure everyone who visits our club has a great experience. We appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. Please contact us at (07) 3894 8200 so we can work towards a resolution. We look forward to hearing from you.
Positive experience: Ok, so far!
Fantastic experience: Grest place. Great people
Fantastic experience: Awesome
Fantastic experience: Great staff. Clean club. Good facilities. Can recommend
Negative experience: Already have a gym membership elsewhere but joined here for the sauna. Sauna is hardly ever turned on and I’ve only been able to use it once. Pointless
Fantastic experience: All staff, trainers and class facilitators are impeccably responsive, welcoming and supportive. Class times and variety are adequate too. I just love this venue because I know I can maintain my life choice to be in prime fitness when there are these many factors to help contribute to my positive sense of wellbeing. Claudia for RPM is a must to start your week - race you there!
Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, lots of equipment and kept clean and tidy amongst Covid-19!
Fantastic experience: Clean and sanitary, friendly staff.
Fantastic experience: It is a great place to train it has great people there as well
Fantastic experience: Great gym
Fantastic experience: A large and well equipped gym. The equipment is in good condition and very regularly cleaned. The relaxation zone (sauna, steam room and cold room) is the best of any gym I have been to Aussy wide! The Exercise Physiology team are fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and skillful. The other staff are also friendly and always willing to help. Rates are comparable to other local gyms. Covid booking can be done online and appears to be running smoothly. There is undercover parking which is great for rainy days. All round a great gym.
Fantastic experience: Nice and friendly staff and very helpful people.
Negative experience: Members make you feel uncomfortable and then there is the staff. Willingly trying to improve one's self staff will be judgemental and argumentative while having little industry knowledge or experience.
Positive experience: Massive gym. Great range of equipment...basically double of everything! Doesn't get too hectic in the early afternoons either. Staff are great and amenities are good. Convenient parking also.
Positive experience: Get your heart rate up :)
Fantastic experience: Fun work out great staff
Fantastic experience: Great gym

Positive experience: Clean gym, staff were very helpful in setting up wife's membership
We are so pleased to hear Mick, we hope you, your wife and families are fighting fit and healthy! Team GL
Negative experience: Awesome club but after leaving and not using for 8 months plus if you miss a payment they can be quite aggressive in the funds recovery with an additional $25 late fee (100% markup) on top of each missed payment can be thought of as aggressive techniques
Positive experience: Pretty good
Negative experience: They push extra costs such as personal training
Fantastic experience: Great variety of equipment
Fantastic experience: Clean tidy and well presented gym. Plenty of space to work out and many machines, no waiting time even in busier times.
Negative experience: Really disappointed in the service. Paid for 3 personal training sessions to get me started as haven't been to a gym for a while. Was hoping for the program that I could follow until I got a bit fitter but only what we did in the last session was written down. So what a waste of money. You would think most gyms would give you a program to start you off then monitor you progress but you get nothing. They seem to think that just by signing up you go to the gym and know what to do. NEWS FLASH people go to a gym to get help with how to train. Got asked on the last session with the personal trainer if I wanted to continue. That would be a resounding NO!!!!!! WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!
Fantastic experience: Staff are helpful and friendly
Negative experience: I have never been there..
Positive experience: Caters to all kinds of exercise
