Fantastic experience: This is my go-to unwind place. Had PT Dave to assist me on days when I needed it to push through and make a breakthrough. Dave runs an early morning energy-bursting class on a Saturday and adjusts for all body fitness as do other classes, which you can book through the app. A helpful team of PTs and gym members. Mike our frontman you'll see around, is always good at starting a conversation while busy putting together new furniture for us to play with.

Fantastic experience: The most down to earth/non pretentious gym I’ve ever been to. And both the staff and members are really friendly. People also have a ‘work hard ethic’ to their gym routine. Inspiring to be part of. The gym is very clean and very well equipped. Such a blessing to have this where I live!

Fantastic experience: I came here as they welcome fitness passport members, and they have longer opening hours than others in the area. Coolum Fitness has super friendly and helpful staff, and clean facilities, and an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. All machines were in good working order. Unique in that it has indoor and outdoor trainiing areas. I've not seen a gym with a tranquil water feature like this either. The other thing worth a mention, the clientele. No-one was slamming the weights, nor leaving equipment lying about. Here the gym users were quiet, respectful of the equipment, and focused on their task. It was like training among ninjas. If I was a ninja, I would definitely be coming here.

Fantastic experience: This gym ticket all the boxes. We were travelling the Sunshine Coast for 4 days and found this gym on google search. The pricing is really reasonable, the staff a very friendly and it was clean. It has all the equipment needed, if we were living here it could be our regular gym. The hours are convenient and when we text to get information we got a quick reply. When we are back in town we'll come here again.

Fantastic experience: If you’re in need of somewhere to train on the Sunshine Coast, look no further than Coolum Fitness. Fantastic amount of equipment from machines, free-weights and plenty of squat racks. Plus a couple of outdoor areas with turf where classes are run. Michael and the team are super friendly and the other members are very welcoming too. If I lived local, I’d make this my regular training spot in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Great locally owned gym, constantly expanding and new gear. Brand new cardio equipment recently installed along with pin and plate loaded leg equipment. Great environment and great people here as well. Competitive prices. Ive been training here for years and it keeps getting better

Fantastic experience: Fantastic indoor/outdoor gym with a super friendly vibe. Plenty of room that caters for an individual or group workouts. The gym is spotlessly clean with regular equipment upgrades to stay updated with the latest trends. The gym has surfing culture also, and attracts elite athletes also. You can even bring your pet pooch along.

Never had to wait for a machine or free weights, and everyone was so friendly! Can’t recommend enough for travellers or locals!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting family in Coolum and needed to get a session in. Michael assisted me and was extremely helpful. The gym is my dream gym, it has everything you need for any workout, the equipment is varied and of high quality. The gym has a very relaxed, health orientated atmosphere, and its open plan indoor/outdoor construction makes it well ventilated and lit. The pricing is also very reasonable! I look forward to going back upon my next visit to Coolum :)

Very affordable, no sign up/cancellation fees, extensive inventory or equipment and space, free classes, on site physio and PT’s and to top it off a great environment where both the staff and members are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone whatever your fitness/health plans might be.

Fantastic experience: I went to Coolum Fitness for the first time today while staying in Coolum for the weekend. I loved it! The owner was very friendly, the gym was clean and set up really well with great equipment. I really enjoyed training there and will definitely be back next time I'm in the area!
