Positive experience: Good venue. Convenient location for me. However, 4 stars because some of the mats need to be changed and many of the machines need to be serviced and repaired. Staff is friendly and helpful though.

This is a non pretentious gym and i feel Comfortable going here. In the past i never felt comfortable going to a gym unless it was an all ladies gym but next level is different! Next level offers variety of programs suits for all needs & equipped with all facilities & friendly fitness experts more than a Gym could offer; including ladies only gym, personal training with health& nutrition advise , not forgetting the indoor cafe/fresh juice bar. Great value for all it offers !!! Strongly recommend

Positive experience: I started going to this gym in Jan 2024, I have been training with Melissa who is a Personal Trainer there. Melissa is a great PT who listens to what I need. The gym has an upstairs area for boxing as well as the regular equipment downstairs. I recommend coming here for the facilities, environment and the nice staff who work here.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Next Level Fitness for the past 6 months or so and have been training with the wonderful personal trainer, Melissa. Melissa has tailored my training program to fit my personal needs and goals and is always welcoming and supportive, not just to me, but to everyone else she interacts with In the gym. I was initially very intimidated to join a gym as someone with little exercise experience, but everyone has make me feel very comfortable and welcome.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, wouldn’t recommend this gym for anyone. Customer service is so poor and rude. Please be careful when you give your card details they are try to take more money from my account. I had to send emails and screenshots to get my refund. Otherwise they will not give me. Don’t use this gym.

Fantastic experience: "I've been coming to this gym for four months now and find it really great. It's only a three-minute drive from where I live, so I come several times a week, usually after 8 pm on weekdays or around 8 or 9 in the morning on weekends. The facilities are quite comprehensive, and it's not too crowded, so I don't have to wait long to use any equipment. I believe it's important to choose a gym that's close to home or work to stay motivated in the long run."

Negative experience: Don’t go here. The equipment is a mismatch collection of second hand and different manufacturers from the 90s. There’s no labels on the machines or weights, cracked windows and sardined equipment. It’s a bit over priced with many better alternatives in the area that are cheaper and have better equipment. They don’t offer trials so they charged me $15 (even though there’s posters everywhere for a 7 day trial). There is an onsite cafe (which is very basic and borderline cafe) and onsite supplement store which has a very limited range with a high markup. I really hope management see this review and takes this opportunity to compare themselves to local competitors such as Revo, which is about 7 minutes away, half the price, triple the space and has brand new equipment with a great app.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very helpful!

Fantastic experience: 24/7 , old school, not too busy at all if you are coming early in the morning ( 5 am - 8 am ), fine boxing area, cafe is great and ample of equipments to build mass and strength via a resistance training. Only unfortunate thing for me is: there is no proper functional shower. Hope this can be resolved in the future.

Fantastic experience: I have sold Eyad quality equipment several times now and he is an extremely genuine person, who values great customer service! His gym is always full of happy customers every time i visit, and all his staff are friendly and enthusiastic ready to look after you. I cannot speak more highly of Eyad and doing business with him is an absolute pleasure!

I understand that lockdown affects businesses but you have no right to charge your customers for a service that is not offered. It is illegal and disgusting. Negative experience: It is the fourth time/week that although there is lockdown in Melbourbe, we have been fully charged by this gym!! It is really illegal and unacceptable!!! This dishonesty is assultting! STOP IT!!!

Fantastic experience: Has been going here since last week, staff members are really helpful and there are plenty of equipments to work out. Covid-19 safety measures are being taken.

Negative experience: I clearly asked the team to cancel my membership and they informed me that it will take one month to stop the direct debit been charged as per the contract. However they kept charging me over a month and still they continue to do the same. Simply ripping off people specially during such hard times. Would never ever recommend this place ever again.

Negative experience: RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS!! I started my contract for 3 months and they never stopped it even after I was not in the country. Be very careful when you fill the digital registration form. Inspite of making it clear about the 3 months contract, they didn't care to mention about the auto renewal. (A tick box which is already ticked on the registration form). Would never recommend to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Even though the gym may seem old, it is one of the best gyms I have ever worked out in. All the equipment required are there without having to wait. It's a very cosy and focused gym. The staff are really friendly and helpful especially Bri and Steve. And it's really nice how the gym is able to cater to all people young / old, dedicated bodybuilders to beginners. Awesome work guys

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere with a strong team to support any questions or queries you might have. In terms of equipment, they have everything a daily trainer needs plus more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Negative experience: Came with a friend who is a member and wanted to pay the casual fee to have a session, and as soon as we get to the counter this (apparently the owner) gave us the worst attitude of all time telling us that I’m trespassing because i came in without a membership and I kept on saying I want to pay the casual fee coz I’m not from around here and the guy kept on insulting us and rejected us . His name was ER or something . They think they can give people attitude because they’re the owners .
