Fantastic experience: I wanted to express my gratitude to the amazing team at Caulfield Genesis for their outstanding service. I've only been a member for 2 months, with 1 month remaining, and I had to unexpectedly move house to the other side of the city from my home branch. Fantastic experience: I recently joined Genesis and I absolutely love it. The staff Stavros & Caragh were so warm and accommodating, not to mention motivating! Fantastic experience: Genisis Caulfield has been a real game changer for me. Better equipment and machines than I’ve seen in any other gym in this area, and always cleaned and well maintained. The STARS of the place though are Stavross and his staff. I’m someone who has a lot of social anxiety, and I’ve been blown away by all the staffs sensitivity not only to myself, but I've seen them bend over backwards to ensure everyone feels respected, motivated and included. Encouraging me to join the 6 weeks challenge was the best decision and I highly recommend anyone to check it out!

Fantastic experience: From my own experience. I was new l did not know some of the machines . There is instructions and a diagram on the machine so if you are new don't know the machine it can be learned and used. With a short time l had a conference in using the machine. It is a good environment. The times l go are more not busy it a welcome environment. I would recommend to other people to join being honest.it might not be full on pace it also not intimidating each person does his or her own thing l kind of like that . I noticed some people help out other some times so friendly would be another word to use . The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and welcoming there always a nice greeting on arrival. I recommend others to join .

Negative experience: bathrooms are not very female friendly with toilet cubicles so small you can’t not touch the sanitary bin any time you try to close the door and sit. super unhygienic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Genesis for just over a year now specifically for the reformer pilates classes and I have loved it!! The value for money is the best I’ve come across and all the instructors are so enthusiastic and passionate in their role and it really translates into my motivation to attend week in week out. I love how every instructor always ensures that the exercises can be tailored to your specific challenge level so that everyone is getting the most out of the 45min session. I have seen a huge improvement in my strength through reformer pilates classes and that is solely attributed to the pilates team here at genesis. It feels like such a tight knit community here and you really get to know and recognise familiar faces which makes coming in so much more welcoming :))

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Carla for over a year and she is the best trainer I've had in all the years I've been training. She is so caring and fun to train with (even if it's hard work!). Her level of committment is incredible. I've never seen a personal trainer take such a big interest in her client's training needs and well being. It's not just a job for Carla. She has also had to work with me under difficult circumstances and has always found a way to get me to make progess. I also want to acknowledge the gym. The equipment is great and is always being updated. The team who work there are so friendly and spend time to talk to you. It's so refreshing!

Negative experience: Not such a friendly gym. Really weird vibe from staff and in the weight room. But nice brand new machines (although lacking some basic movements). Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write reviews on Google but I really thought I should share my experience with Carla at Genesis in Caulfield. She has honestly been nothing but a positive influence on me, I’ve lost around 10kg in weight, added some serious weights to all my lifts in a short period of time and my physique has changed. She hasn’t just coached me on lifting weights either, she’s helped me with my nutrition and honestly cares about my overall wellbeing which is rare in a PT. Her knowledge is extensive, both on the reason for doing an exercise & the technique behind it, she pushes me further than I could push myself and doesn’t let me slip, I couldn’t recommend her more highly She’s a definitely baadass

Fantastic experience: I was trained by Carla at Genesis, I’ve been training with her for over a year and the results have been amazing. She customizes programs and nutrition to suit your own needs and lifestyle which I find very important when looking for a coach. Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Carla at Genesis Caulfield for the past few months and in just a short time I am a huge fan! So much so that my daughter also now comes to Carla after I recommended her. I love Carla's style of training and can actually see results. Fantastic experience: Love training with Carla. Started PT as I had specific injuries which years of physio has not been able to fix. Within 4 weeks I noticed a huge improvement in my strength and pain (from injury). Carla is so knowledgeable, makes training fun (but hard). Would highly highly recommend.

Positive experience: I joined this gym through Fitness Passport. I train early in the mornings, and it’s never crowded during those times. It is quite a complete gym, but I do wish they had more plate-loaded upper body machines. Pin-loaded machines are plentiful. One of the best thing about this gym is you can use the studios when there aren’t classes on - not many gyms allow members to use the studios outside of class times. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and responsive. I haven’t interacted with any of the fitness staff, or more like, they’re not interested in interacting with me.

Negative experience: $25 for a casual pass was unreasonable, considering they could have offered me a free trial.

Fantastic experience: Best health and fitness club I have been to in Melbourne, equipment is frequently updated and staff is always super helpful and genuine! Anyone looking for a place to start a fitness journey should visit !

Fantastic experience: I started working out as a newbie at Genesis and had the most amazing the experience. the gym is equipped with the newest machines. The staff is amazing, warm and very friendly. Fantastic experience: Awesome gym!!! Staff are very friendly and easy going. Have just replaced most of the equipment with new. And unlike a lot of gyms it never gets too busy.

Fantastic experience: What a welcoming gym. I went in for a trial membership and within two days had signed up, this is mainly due to their friendly staff and trainers. The gym itself has most of the equipment I need and more is on the way. Other patrons are friendly and its a little community. Its finally great to belong to a gym where you not treated as a donator and they encourage you to come in. Guaranteed to walk in and leave with a smile on your face. Great work team, keep it up!

Fantastic experience: Amazing facility with good number of equipments and space for group training and sessions. Trainer Amir is amazing, he can suggest training programs that can suit your lifestyle. I am waiting for my abs to show up from the safe blanket of fat around! Babzz hang in there see you soon

Fantastic experience: I have been to a number of gyms in the area and can truthfully say that Genesis Caulfield is a stand out. Their new equipment has been a massive game changer and staff are always welcoming and friendly - feels like a second home. I recommend this gym to all my friends and family

Fantastic experience: Genesis is my local gym and love coming here. The equipment is modern and caters to my every need. The staff are warm, friendly and can’t speak highly enough of the lovely receptionist Mary. Her warm smile and inviting personality makes coming here an absolute pleasure. Fantastic experience: I have had great experience at Genesis Caulfield many times. The equipment is great and in good condition - from free weights and bumper plates, weightlifting/CrossFit area, large choice of kettlebells and machines. 24/7 access is available which is very convenient. Personal trainers, particularly Amir are available and helpful with training and programs. Highly recommended for anyone with wide range of training needs and goals.

Fantastic experience: Been frequenting this gym since 2015 and it’s always been great- clean, well furnished and lovely staff. However, the recent renovation and new equipment have been a game changer! Love it

Fantastic experience: Most of the equipment freshly updated, this bright and sunny gym is a great place for a workout. I go to work out solo but there's a great roster of classes in three class/group fitness rooms. Friendly staff. 24 hours

Fantastic experience: Genesis Caulfield is a stand out amongst gyms I’ve used. I’m about to get married and the staff have gone the extra mile to help myself and my fiancé reach our goals before the wedding day!
