Fantastic experience: Took my two grandchildren there last week on Saturday, the young man at the front desk was so kind and helpful with a beautiful greeting smile. My grandchildren had a great time.

Fantastic experience: I took our 2 grandsons 9yrs & 6yrs during the Sydney school holidays July 24. They had a brilliant time and loved it so much we went back the next day. The management are excellent, there is constant staff supervision throughout the activity areas ensuring everyone is safe, the facilities are clean and efficient, the café provides a variety of snacks and drinks and felt it is very good value for money. I would highly recommend the venue and plan to return.

Negative experience: Cool venue, for kids. Not inviting for the parents waiting . for their kids Freezing cold, it’s winter and roller doors are open. No heating ! Don’t rely on their pricing on website as it is not correct !!! After pointing this out they simply could not care less and said they will let management know. And by they way , school holidays will have different pricing and just in case you didn’t know yet check when private schools start their school holidays as that will affect the pricing too. So I guess if you don’t care how much you pay and take 2 jackets and a blanket. The kids will have a great time.

Fantastic experience: I brought a group of children with disabilities in the April holidays for an excursion and they had the most amazing time! The staff were extremely accomodating and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Not too big, great amount of places to play, love that they have ninja courses and big building areas for those who want to take a break from bouncing. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they catered to our large excursion group fantastically. Toilet facilities could use an update, but acceptable as is.

There was some jostling between older stronger and more boisterous kids not wanting to share areas with my 8 and 5 year old / other smaller kids, and the place needs a good scrub, but they love it here. Be good if there was other stuff here too like the one in Alexandria; basketball net etc

Positive experience: Was good considering they didn't have my booking registered and they accommodated. My only issue was that upon entry and throughout the venue there was NO sanitiser, anywhere. When I asked the people who worked there, I was looked at like I was an alien for a place full of kids, I think sanitiser stations or at least bottles throughout would be a must.

Negative experience: Been to JUMPd before and had a great experience. But unfortunately my last visit which I organised for my son's Birthday party with a young staff member on the phone was well below expectations. I was told to use the website to make future bookings as doing it on the phone with a staff member leads to misunderstandings. Well I am using the Web now to give you a thumbs down for customer service Vickie, wont be coming back ever again and will let my friends know. Ps, your young staff members are great, don't blame them.

Positive experience: Kids love this place. The set up is good. The staff are a little absent and young though. Kids are running all over the place and there isn't much of a security/check in system. A bit of a dirty facility too. This place needs some management and a built in structure to be great.

Positive experience: We were there in winter time. It was a little cold but after jumping a while it was OK. It was a little dirty and some stuff needs repairing.

Negative experience: Was pretty disappointed TBH. We drove 45 minutes to do the The Ninja Xtreme course which is described on their website as “ Ideal for older teens, this course is also challenging for all age groups. What’s more, only a few people have successfully finished the course!” Given my boys are 11 and 13 I thought it would be ideal for them. Don’t be fooled, this course is full of little kids under 7 and besides the salmon ladder is super straight forward. My boys finished it quickly. This is a centre suited to under 10’s - Any ages older than that will struggle on a busy day as the place is full of little kids. but for the right age group it is a lot of fun for an hour or two. It just shouldn’t be promoted as suitable for older teens

Negative experience: Son had his party there.. it is clean and well maintained. They struggled to cope with the amount of kids there and running the party, minimal effort put in by the staff there due to being too busy and not enough staff to help. Hot and unpleasant in summer with some odd dusty fan running but not doing anything. Always overcrowded and a place I avoid. Some equipment is taped up and not 100% safe so signing their waiver is nonsense- they should be held liable

Negative experience: Good space but it looks like it hasn’t been clean in months, the floors are very dirty, the surfaces are dirty. With covid and in normal times hygiene should be a number 1 priority, I don’t think that floor has seen a vacuum cleaner in years. For the kids safety that place needs to be cleaned on a daily basis.

Fantastic experience: Brought a group of about 50 kids to Jumpd Brookvale, and it was such a great experience. The staff were so friendly, the organising of it all was so great, it was such an amazing time. Thank you guys so much!

Fantastic experience: Just a very fun and happy environment to be in. My kids love it! Yes, it's mainly marketed to children, but there's no reason why adults can't enjoy the trampolines too. Friendly staff and there's always new areas to try out.

Positive experience: Clean, organised, plenty space for kids to go wild. Well Staffed, who were helpful and engaging.

Negative experience: The premises looks dirty and the facilities quite ordinary. No supervision or care by the staff. To see some trampolines taped and patched up is not great. The entry costs is excessive and not value for money. I observed one facility a black vertical ramp. To access this is to walk up a ladder and slde down. Well the black vertical ramp is dangerous as the impact landing on hard ground surface, one could easily injure their knees and legs. This should be removed before someone hurts themselves.

Positive experience: Tricky one to review; kids loved it and trampoline areas relatively safe so it deserves at least an OK, but the dining/adult waiting areas were a little dirty (uncleaned tables and chairs) and the young staff unenthusiastic.
