Fantastic experience: I've been going to World Gym Burpengary since they opened and I love it! It offers a lot of classes, great trainers and a coffee shop waiting for you when you finish your training

Fantastic experience: Im up here on holidays at my sisters place in Caloundra I know that there's a world gym in Caloundra the gym there is amazing but the staff are atrocious needless too say I won't train there after the way I was treated at Caloundra there an absolute joke so for the last couple of days I've trained at world gym burpengary what a massive difference in the way staff treat you there very friendly great gym but I'm more than happy too travel 30 minutes down the m1 from my sisters too train at world gym burpengary great gym great staff that make you feel so welcome when you come through the door special mention to vicki who works in the Cafe and kitchen such a lovely lady overall if you're holidaying on the Sunshine Coast give world gym Caloundra a miss and train at world gym burpengary overall I give world gym burpengary 5 stars out of 5

Fantastic experience: awesome gym and amazing staff, couldn't recommend highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I moved from one gym to WorldGym, the staff are friendly and amazing, this gym gives me the push I have been looking for. The classes are amazing the trainers ensure correct posture during the class, they also take the time to introduce themselves to new people and check in with them after the class. I am glad I have made the change to world gym and look forward to achieving my goals. Thank you world gym

Negative experience: Joined for the boxing area, everytime I've gone up it's fenced off and unable to be used. Only signed up for that reason and was told by staff it was ok to use. Will be joining another gym.

Fantastic experience: I have found the staff to be very kind and helpful. The equipment here is very nice with a wide variety.

Fantastic experience: Remarkable environment, been a member for 3 years, one thing I’d love to see is one more larson powerlifting bench for upstairs.

Negative experience: Accuses staff of being late for their classes which I’ve never once have done. Can’t help when a class before goes over….. this is all due to me canceling my membership with them as it was a big increase and I’m pregnant. Yet the week before tells me my class will be there for me after Mat leave as I’ve been “great and loyal”. Amazing what happens when you cancel a membership. Have approached Justin to have this looked into further and to show me proof but it’s been ignored. Making false accusations is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable when you can’t back it up. Staff are rude and don’t acknowledge members. Do yourself a favour and go to a gym that doesn’t just care about your money

Fantastic experience: Favourite world gym in all of QLD. Biggest supp store, biggest sauna, also has a spring shower and steam room. 3 stories high so it’s never too crowded. Equipment is always clean and tidy every time I’m there. Only con is the sauna is not open 24/7. Otherwise, best gym I’ve been to.

Fantastic experience: What a pleasant experience with this Gym. We had our accounts suspended due to my daughter having her account suspended from the creche. We asked for an immediate cancel termination on both accounts and the team were able to resolve and have our memberships sorted out. I appreciate the service and understanding. Thankyou so much!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym! Everyone is so friendly and if you don't know how to use a machine, and ask for help, people don't mind :) Sam is an amazing PT and also runs some of the WG30 classes which I highly recommend, amazing atmosphere, amazing group, aswell as Lisa's hot yoga, and Paula's reformers pilates

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best place to work on your fitness, especially during this season. Its convenient location near the shopping center is a plus. However, the parking lot often fills up quickly due to its popularity. Keep up the good work on your fitness journey!

Fantastic experience: Love the staff there they are great

Negative experience: Predatory gym, owner and contracts that don't care about the person, only the letter of the contract =) I found this gym uncomfortable and unsuitable for me (and am moving away) and wanted to cancel and refund my contract: the response from the owner was an "I won't", then an "I can't", then a "leave or I'll call the police", despite my remaining relatively polite. There were no questions asked about why I wanted out or attempts to reassure me about the gym, so if you attend here just be aware that ✨ you don't matter as a person to this gym ✨. You are a number in a spreadsheet at best and they exist to get and keep your money while providing the bare minimum possible of service as per their contract. They very clearly had no interest in having me attend the gym, and have now refused to even acknowledge my complaint. Terrible, horrid place and I do not under any circumstances recommend it to anyone, but do your own research! Super unsettling that the attitude of the owner and manager is as rude, dismissive, and abrasive as it was, given that it tacitly endorses the same from everyone around them. An all-around absolutely awful experience, and now that I've raised it in person at reception I REALLY don't want to ever go back. I do not recommend being anywhere near this or any other gym or venture run, owned, or managed by Justin or Ryland.

Negative experience: I’ve never seen a gym get so bad so quickly. They have done a great job and losing customers and I for one can’t wait till my membership expires. No more steam or sauna, always a mess, all the good bags moved, all the powerlifting stuff moved and gone. So much has changed since I started here 3 years ago. Can’t wait to leave

Fantastic experience: Great Gym with awesome classes and trainers!! I have been lucky enough to have had experiences with most trainers and they all offer different classes and styles however are all very genuine and great motivators! Highly recommended! Huge range of classes to suit anyone. Such an encouraging bunch of people. Also great coffee and shakes!

Negative experience: I gave two stars due to the lack of options or care for potential new members. I came down with my wife and son with the thought of signing us up for memberships, but my wife wanted to try the gym first before committing to a membership (she had never been here before and it was her first time at a gym in around 15 years). I was told we each had to pay $20 to enter. I wasn’t going to pay $60 for a single visit when most gyms have trial options for new members. They didn’t even have a discounted casual rate for my 12 year old son. We’ll go elsewhere with our money thanks.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful gym is this one. I have been to other gyms as well in Australia and overseas, but this gym is so amazing. Machines and facilities are 5 ⭐️. Majority staffs are helpful and have smiling faces. I love spending time in this gym. We are moving to Narangba from Rothwell and my whole family will be joining this gym. Cheers. Kumar Prince

Fantastic experience: Great parking, friendly as staff and unreal equipment plus other members friendly, I have the WG passport and will be happily travelling to WG Burpengary everyday of the week over WG Brendale..

Positive experience: The place overall is good, but I have had an issue with some people just hogging the machines and leaving their personal belongings around and on the machines so that no one else occupies that machine whilst they use a different machine, other than that very nice people who are willing to help each other achieve their peak.

Fantastic experience: To the manager of World Gym Burpengary, I came to your gym today to have a look around and see if it was a good fit for me. I was amazed at how friendly your staff and clients are. A special mention to Doug who was absolutely terrific! He was warm, courteous, knowledgeable and made my look-see a great experience. As any good management knows, your staff can make or break a business, my first impressions were outstanding. Fantastic experience: Another quality outfit in the World Gym group - something for everyone there!

Positive experience: Love the gym, but the boxing coach is a bit disrespectul, was about to use some unused equiptment and he threw some stuff at me and told me im not allowed because its too loud for his class, not at all professional.

Fantastic experience: It is by far the most welcoming and greatest atmosphere of any gym I have come across. The staff are so friendly and helpful and made the sign up process so easy. The amount of high quality equipment and space this gym offers is second to none that I have witnessed. You won't be disappointed signing up.

Fantastic experience: Staff were helpful during the sign-up process and have been happy to answer all my questions since. Facilities are more than enough for everyday work-outs and there are a plethora or classes available as well, though I haven't had the chance to try them out yet.

Fantastic experience: Favourite place. Non judgemental, easy going family vibe, lots of gym equipment, great trainers and amazing classes. I came here nervous with a hate gyms attitude and now World gym is my safe place where I come to unwind and socialise with others. The creche is fantastic as well, my boy has developed so well socially since going to the creche at World gym. I reccomend this place to everyone I know.

Negative experience: Please tell your staff to smile or say hello to your customers. Don't think that we are going to ask questions or free advice about workouts or mechines. Try to have a policy or regulations advising customers to not to occupy the machines and just play with their mobile phones, because time is very important and critical for some customers. Thank you

Positive experience: Disappointed only because one bathroom with the sauna not so clean. This place gets really packed, difficult to access all the equipment in the afternoon.

Fantastic experience: Best World Gym so far out of the three WG's I've been to in QLD. Has three levels, lots of equipment compared to other gyms, a standard boxing ring on level 3, clean showers and restrooms...freaking A class gym in QLD imo.

Negative experience: Tried to cancel due to health and they wouldn't do that, they offered to get in touch about some help they can offer but they didn't get back to me on countless occasions. Then I was told in person I could cancel in march but was told later on that I couldn't until May. Poor communication and excuses.

Fantastic experience: Cardio, weights, yoga class and sauna with my wife all at the best gym I've ever trained at, not to mention the expert advice from staff on a massive range of supplements

Fantastic experience: Great gym that is more like a club. Super friendly staff and members who are very considerate in making space to accommodate workout zones for everyone. I have trained in gyms all over the world and this is right up at the top, I guess that's why it's called World Gym.

Fantastic experience: I joined the world gym at Burpengary because its close to my home. The gym is extensive and caters for most fitness types. The front car park is always full between 5am and 6am, but there is plenty of parking at the rear. The evening are the busiest times and unfortunately there are some who turn up in work clothes or boots to train...which I find disgusting. Overall I like the gym and it is great that everything gets wiped down by the user after use. It is more expensive than Genesis, but has far more equipment.

Fantastic experience: Its a great club. Friendly high vibe atmosphere. The creche is great for the kids to enjoy and have fun. The cafe is awesome love their protella drink it's the best! Everything I've done at the gym so far I have enjoyed. Especially shabam it's a dance class on Wednesday nights that is a ton of fun!

Fantastic experience: This gym has all the equipment that I can think of. Great sauna facilities and plenty of space. A big compliment to Angelicax (not sure how to spell her name). She is such a hard worker, cleaning the equipment and always has a smile on her face. Would love to see her at the reception, because she has such a welcoming personality and a big smile! She is super friendly and really stands out. The personal trainers that work there are really lovely too.

Fantastic experience: The gym has friendly staff, 3 levels, a ladies only section, heaps of equipment, awesome showers, has 2 saunas, a kids minding service, food. They have kids fitness groups for 6+year olds and for adults. When I first started here, it was intimidating because it gets a bit busy at peak times, and suffering from anxiety made it really scary. But truth be told, everyone who goes here is literally just minding their own business. There are people of all ages and fitness levels, and there's enough equipment to go around. The best gym I've gone to and I don't think I'm going to leave anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! I am someone who usually try’s to attend a gym and fails due to feeling so pressured and judged but at worlds, it is so comfortable and everyone is lovely! This is the first gym ever I have stuck too and I am in love! The gym is huge as has everything you could ever need! Staff are helpful, warm and genuinely just great people! If you are looking for an awesome PT, Bec Johnson is next level! She has literally changed my life with her training! You’ll love her!

Fantastic experience: Good gym with state of the art equipment. Being 24hr access suits me perfectly. It has a sauna and steam room aswell as showers for each sex. They recently added a massues up stairs and renovating the store next door for classes. World gym is setting the standard high

Positive experience: The gym is great and the staff are friendly BUT the music is ridiculously loud! If you don't have really good headphones to block out the raucous noise you can't hear your own music or audio book and what's worse, the choice of music is dreadful! If people want music that loud, they would listen to it through a headset so please stop punishing everyone with it. Also, the 'code lock' on the lockers frequently won't open again so don't use them out of Gym hours or you won't be able to get your gear out and leave until a staff member arrives!
