Negative experience: staff don’t care about men harassing young girls. disgusting behaviour. don’t go here if you’re a young girl there are a lot of creeps and no one will help. the manager will blame you for coming when it’s busy and make excuses for men touching and harassing you.

Positive experience: Some of the machines are rusty, there aren't enough machines but that's because it's not big enough to fit any more which is understandable. Overall it has good atmosphere and the staff are very kind.

Negative experience: absolutely horrid communication skills by the staff. am constantly getting ignored for even the most meagre of requests. for people to boast helpfulness and be the exact opposite in a profession such as this is pathetic. do NOT join this gym.

Positive experience: The most annoying thing is that some people sit on a Machine playing with their phone for extended periods, there should be a 10 minute limit per Machine with the exception of Treadmills!

Positive experience: Gym is very good facility wise . But the manager Josh is horrible. He is absolutely rude , arrogant and doesn’t know how to talk with anyone. He always show attitude whenever he is in the gym and look like we are doing free exercise here . Beside that my experience is very good so far .

Fantastic experience: Excellent Gym! Quite neat, tidy and spacious. Unlike other gyms where everything is cramped and there’s no space to walk. Advanced gym machines available for most of workout. Plenty of Parking. Gym staff is courteous and helping.

Positive experience: This gym is really good. Reasonably priced 24/hr and good variety of equipment. Staff are approachable and professional. The only problem with this gym is the members. There’s an overwhelming number of members that don’t wipe machines down before/after use, I still vividly remember wiping down the bench barbell and the wipe came out dark poopoo brown . “Not towel no training” isn’t really reinforced. Still a really good gym, I just wish staff were a bit more proactive in enforcing the cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: Took me a while to get myself into gear and finally Join! Been here almost a year and would not think twice about going anywhere else. I've been at many other gyms where there just hasn't been as much support to go forward in your goals unless you have your own trainer. Every one of the staff have been super helpful and supportive to helping me achieve what I want for ME! The gym is small in comparison to others but that's what I love. It's a small community banding together and helping each other achieve our goals. Love the group classes run by Pranay, Andres & Cam! It's always hard but yet still FUN!

Fantastic experience: I was unsure if I'd enjoy this gym, but after witnessing my mum lose 25kg with Josh I decided to join. The equipment is clean & new, it is spacious compared to other Snap fitness in the area. It can get busy during peak times so I recommend training off peak if you follow a set workout. Even though I'm an extrovert, the people at this gym including the other members there really does feel like a big family. Josh is welcoming, kind and keeps me accountable to help me achieve my goals. Andreas and Cameron are trainers there who throw fun & challenging classes, not to mention super kind and supportive. Ayushi is always super helpful with anything to do with my account, and keeps the socials well up to date. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. A hidden gem in Doonside. My only thing to pick on - goodluck getting parking some days! Luckily there's street parking available

Negative experience: 3 or 4 weeks into our memberships my husband was diagnosed with SKIN CANCER, he had a lot of time off work and (as a family that lives payslip to payslip in the first place ) this really put us behind everywhere; bills, rent & gym to name a few. Unfortunately, there was no ability to help us pause our memberships as we had just become 1 payment late (or was it 2 ) and they couldn't do anything unless we could find money to pay the payment we'd missed . Put simply and embarrassingly - we didn't have the money to do so. Anyways, Memberships kept being charged as we were locked out of the building and Fast forward to now, finally back to work (during this climate we are in is a blessing), we have our health and a $700 gym default each ‍♀️ from a 12 month plan we couldn't put a pause on. Facilities are nice and equipment is updated regularly, clean area and nice gym goers, 5 stars for that. 1 star because there should be ability to help people in financial distress. I could have provided every kind of evidence to support our situation. Yes, I am aware "it's all in the contract"..

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Pranay (Personal trainer ) as he has helped me a lot for my training. I have always been physically inactive and have never been to gym in the past but decided to do strength training with a personal trainer as I was diagnosed with early osteoarthritis. Within a month or two, my muscle strength was improved and there has been an improvement in my joint pain as well. Pranay is very easy going and flexible with timings and schedule as well. He is an amazing trainer; I will always recommend him:)

Fantastic experience: The best in the west! Such a clean and spacious gym with upgrades to the equipment regularly. All staff are knowledgeable and friendly always encouraging you to be the best you can. Would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone of any fitness level.

Negative experience: The worst gym staff here are straight idiots I've been trying for over a year to cancel my membership my membership ended in January and still getting billed today they are such a joke not enough members so they steal people's money it's a bloody joke

Negative experience: Please instruct Josh on good customer service. If he feels the need to tell a member not drop the cable weights, then he must also tell everyone else. Singling out is not fair at all.

Positive experience: Great gym. Staff and members create a great community. Only downside is the music is very loud at times and I can hear it while I have my ANC headphones on but otherwise no dramas. Great first gym if you’re looking to make a change in your life.
