Fantastic experience: Super clean facility! Was very pleasantly surprised to see nearly every early-morning member wiping down equipment. Not a huge space, but a fantastic selection of equipment and fantastically layed out considering the size. Really impressed by the cleanliness!

The staff, especially justin is very welcoming ensuring everyone, no matter the starting point everyone hits their fitness goals. The community is very kind and enjoyable and i am loving every workout here. The equipment is sparkly clean and is pleasant place to workout. I strongly advise you purchase a membership here.

The equipment is top class and being able to go after hours or very early in the morning, basically around the family schedule, is a great selling point for fitness in general.

Justin was super helpful, made the sign up process easy and helped curate an upper and lower body workout for my sessions. Helped set my initial weights, made sure I knew how to use the machines, and gave me tips on my form. So pumped to get into this routine - thanks Justin!

Fantastic experience: Always neat and clean, like most Snaps. However what sets this Snap apart is their environmental approach to keeping the gym clean. This Snap has reduced unnecessary waste by providing clean washcloths and bottles of sanitiser as you enter. You can wipe the machines down before and after use, then when finished, throw your used cloth in the basket provided when you return the bottle! Simple solution to having consistently sanitised equipment to use! And less garbage in the environment. One of my favourite locations to visit.

Negative experience: I entered my details online here through a promotional offer on the main Snap Fitness website a while ago and got bombarded with texts and phone calls when I didnt come into the gym to sign up within a week as I was on holidays. Despite having much longer to claim the offer, I continued to receive spam contact for about a month. Not cool.

Negative experience: Was a snap member in Bendigo VIC and absolutely loved everything about the club, the staff were amazing!!! I phoned north lakes club before trying my tag to see if there was any paperwork I needed to do to transfer my membership. The lady was straight to the point and did not offer a tour, no welcome and seemed quiet unpleasant, I put that aside and decide to go for a session anyway in North lakes and was instantly turned off by the staff. Lady at the desk looked extremely miserable, no welcome no smile no hello no nothing. The whole atmosphere felt down, and very unfriendly. I performed one set and waked straight back out! I have been training in gyms for years and never have I come across a gym so un inviting. I have now cancelled my membership and have joined world Gym north lakes where the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Positive experience: The owner is quite pleasant and most of the equipment is good, albeit, pre-upgrade, on the smaller side. unfortunately the manager Hayley is one of the rudest, most patronising and condescending individuals working in a service industry. Take steps to avoid interactions with her and you'll be fine.

They are supporting and rewarding. A very quite gym in a great location with great management. Never once have I felt intimidated being a bigger girl at a gym. Glad I made the jump and excited for the future. 10/10

Fantastic experience: As someone in the fitness industry I’ve been to countless gyms. This is by far the best I’ve been to. From the level of equipment to the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff, I couldn’t fault it.

Negative experience: Overpriced for the facilities that are available, will charge you days in advance for membership then add $5 for “late fees”

Positive experience: Great little gym tucked away in the back of North lakes, awesome to go to in the early morning as it's quieter, however it can get very busy around 3-6pm but that's understandable. Wish some of the equipment was a bit newer and there was more bench space and another squat rack but their space is limited so can't expect it to have too much equipment
