Fantastic experience: So many classes there's always something to go to.

Fantastic experience: There's plenty of equipment to go around, so you probably won't have problems waiting for stations to be available and it looks like they have two or more of every machine. Super spacious gym, I love it. Went here for a quick sesh with a mate. It's $22 entry as of 11/05/24.

Negative experience: Disappointing since changing to club lime, spend your money elsewhere

Negative experience: Wanted to cancel as they are changing to club lime, the gym refuses me the right to cancel without a fee under the contract however my contract was with zoo fitness not club lime. They want me to pay to leave a contract which is against my rights as a consumer. They also have kept charging my account even though in writing they agreed to pause my membership. They are now not responding to me, disappointing as I have been a member for a while on and off and have a valid reason to cancel. Their contract terms and conditions are unfair and unreasonable. I have emailed club lime and have in writing they wont help and zoo fittness is saying theres a $200 and charged me $16 after pausing my membership i want $16 refunded and my membership canceled with no fee and everyone is ignoring me.

Positive experience: Nice gum, but customer service should be better. Staff is nice but not very helpful.

Positive experience: They’re class list is great but if you’re wanting to do weights and particularly if you’re wanting to focus on a muscle group, you’ll be walking all across the the gym as there seems to be no organisation to where they place their equipment.

Fantastic experience: I am not a member of this gym coz I live in the city but I do head out West on the occasion to do bxing classes here... This gym IMO is 5 st⭐️r... Facilities are great, staff are awesome, I actually freaking love this gym!!!

Negative experience: One teacher to about 40 students in the jiu-jitsu class, so you end up getting grappling advice from fellow students, who might know nothing.

Fantastic experience: One of best gym with lots of options, only 1 thing which makes me sad all the time, guys can u plzzzzzzzz extend crèche time, not asking for too long but if u can extend for 2 hours only, I live far, I drive 25 to 30 mins to get there and then I have to leave in 90 mins, have to leave yoga or other classes in half bcz of time, plz allow us to stay for 2 hours, I hardly get the chance to come for out for my self, I m a busy full Time Mum, we paid the same amount like others, not fair others can stay all day and mummies can’t bcz of kid, plz consider my request

Fantastic experience: Just joined the gym and in my first week I tried every class I could. Muaythai/Boxing/CrossFit/body pump I enjoy them all. For someone who is on rotating shift work, all their available time slots make it easy for me to attend a class.

The gym supports so many avenues of life, from fighters to yoga heads, and families to buff dudes, however they have managed to make it one of the nicest places to work out and always encouraging you to start a new class and try something new. Also has a great sauna. Sensational.

Fantastic experience: Awesome vibe! I have seen all ages at every different time of day. People are happy to be there just doing their own thing (no one watching you male or female working out in the weights section). Love all of the spread out and range of equipment. Plenty of space in classes, never felt too cramped. Equipment range is great very diverse. Fantastic large interactive creche for all ages of children. There are playmats and swings for babies in a sectioned off area of the room, up to computers and consoles for the much older kids to play, plus everything in between. The girls who take care of the kids are great, super interactive and friendly. Highly recommend overall.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying, Zoo fitness is the only gym I’ve ever enjoyed attending, the inspiring atmosphere & friendly staff plus all the diversity of workouts available, Brilliant! Now I haven’t exercised in close to a decade & the first time I experienced Sonya (one of zoo fitness ultimate instructors) was in Bikram yoga. I’ll admit my body was not ready for a hot 90min high intensity yoga session... However Sonya Her skills & communication WOW! Then When I came to my senses & regained mobility to my extremities. I attended Sonya’s warm Pilates class Much slower much easier for an again beginner like me. I’m taking my fitness trainer course & Sonya is the kind of instructor I strive to be. I’ve been working out at zoo fitness for almost a month now, & almost always I leave with sore joints & mild pulls from doing the workouts in the wrong way. However when your in Sonyas class, well it’s a whole other experience. She reminds me to breath constant communication to make sure the whole class is in proper form & the right muscles switched on, Sonya always checks her class is doing the exercise right & always watching to make sure everyone is doing the poses correctly, & not unintentionally injuring themselves. I feel privileged to attend her classes & was sad to discover that she only teaches 2classes a week. Not enough! My body & I would feel privileged to attend more of her classes when possible. Please Zoo fitness, if there’s any way to allow Sonya more floor time, do it! Everyone who attends her classes will thank you after. Beginning with me Thank you Zoo fitness, & thank you Sonya for making me feel looked after when I’m in your class, I’ll see you again soon.

They have a huge range of equipment, an abundance of classes to attend at a completely reasonable price and the personal trainer that I have Renee is amazing. I really don't have anything negative to say about this gym except that it can get extremely extremely busy and packed, but I take that as a sign of it being a good gym and lots of people wanting to go to it.

Positive experience: It is open plan, typical bodybuilding machines you would need. There is a wall of dumbbells and benches for the usual press / incline press etc. Also two platforms for deads. A section for crossfit style such as box jumps. Also an area for grappling and boxing. Another room has a bunch of cardio equipment. Really can't go wrong - the air con isn't pumping which I like, I don't like being cold in the gym. Lots of parking and easy access. I recommend.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym that literally has it all. Tonnes of classes, the most yoga (hot yoga) sessions of a gym I have ever seen. Kickboxing, Boxing, wrestling, MMA , BJJ, fitness classes, beautician and cryo inside the gym, sauna, full amenities, kids Judo, Muay thai, Karate and BJJ. Creche, ZooFit functional training. With all this the best part is still the friendly atmosphere and family feel instilled by the amazing owner Jason Lapin.

Fantastic experience: I stayed in Penrith for a week and found the best gym I’ve ever been to before. The tons of equipments, huge martial arts studio, great atmosphere and friendly staff. I was so impressed and went to Zoo Fitness every day during my stay. If I lived in Penrith, I would definitely join Zoo Fitness. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere of this place is great ..... you get this feeling when you walk in Very nice setting and heap and heaps of spots to train in. They also offer variety of classes including hot yoga The most amazing thing is the child care service the provide which is even open on Saturday morning The only let down is, the gym is on the second floor and I didn't see any lifts, so that can be an issue for disabled and elderly people. I highly recommend this place and hope that you will enjoy it as well (Zoo Fitness Staff, please let me know if there is a lift in your gym so I can update my review... Cheers)

Fantastic experience: I simply wouldn’t train anywhere else. Zoo Fitness is family friendly and their service is of the highest standard. In particular the customer care manager Rachel and crèche staff are so helpful and accommodating. My favourite classes are yoga in the blue room and in particular I highly recommend Hot Yoga with Becki. An impeccable clean gym facility which is well laid out, great community of people and a place that feels like a small family of like minded people. Love this place!

Fantastic experience: Been training there for years, good facility for a fair price.

Negative experience: Old dirty facility. I tried Zoo after it was awarded the best gym in Penrith 2018. Zoo is not even close to the best gym in Penrith, the process for this award needs to be looked at. How Zoo can receive this award over Atmosphere is completely mind boggling.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, from PT’s, Admin staff and especially the crèche! Great experience and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and part of a family. Big ups to Kerry tonight staying back past crèche close and brought my son down to where we were training so I wouldn’t have to cut my training session short. Bounced around most of the gyms in Penrith and Zoo is by far the best. 11/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: Their crèche is a dangerous place for small kids. Staff doesn’t have elementary skills for childcare and first aid. My son got a concussion in their care because of the staff fault. And she didn’t even bothered to put ice straight away. The other worker is just inadequate and making false reports to DOCS without even talking. Had to cancel as can’t leave my kids there anymore and scary that they can be injured there again. Wouldn't commend for parents at all.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic gym for either an individual or the whole family. With a great variety of classes for young and old and for all levels of fitness. All the staff and personal trainers are polite and very helpful, I fully recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym. I came here today on a casual pass to use the sauna and was impressed by the facilities. If I lived in Penrith I would definitely join up here. They have a fully equipped weights room, Crossfit section, cardio room, yoga, classes, sauna and BJJ training plus judo. Everything you could possibly need.
