Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming to ifeelgood Coopers Plains. Gyms have always seemed the same to me until I came to ifeelgood. The staff make the experience amazing! They are so caring and helpful with anything you need.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had a great interaction with the staff at the gym in Coopers Plains, One of the staff noticed i was struggling to work one of their equipment and he was very informative and proceeded to show me different ways i can do said exercise as I do not come into the gym often. I was very pleased with the interaction and i hope to see this service at the other gyms. Thanks so much Jacob!

Negative experience: Rude staff, especially the manager Jakob who should have good customer service but doesn’t have any. He’s now playing victim and making stories just to cancel membership. Be careful of that person, if he does this to us will definitely do it to other members who he thinks messed up with him. Very disappointing and unfair treatment

Positive experience: I am a Muay Thai boxer I go to different Ifeegood club house for training we make a lot of noise but we don't think we out of place when kicking the bag I would think that in Coopers Plains the place set up by some who had experience doing Boxing or Muay Thai before which the equipment around suitable to do so. I would say the biggest kicking bag in park ridge if you just want to do powerful kicking the last Calamvale is like a home Gym for us band new fairtex 48 kg bag suitable for cross kicking individual functions room for stretching 3 Gymd weight equipment updating all the time with one membership it worth

Fantastic experience: Cleanliness and lot of machine/exercise options. I have to add about people who hang out talking with friend(s) in person or on mobile phones not to do it while occupying gym equipment. It has been second day running that I couldn’t use leg press and leg extension machines.

Fantastic experience: I've been to other local gyms, this is the one; undoubtedly one of the most spacious and neatest gyms. This gym is more contemporary than other traditional gyms, very friendly towards beginners to advanced, elderly people, teenagers, and all genders. The gym equipment is new, well-maintained with higher quality brand equipment chains; there's a variety of strength-based, boxing, mobility and flexibility, cardio, and HIIT equipment. However, there are only some/few crossfit equipment and barely any calisthenics equipment (you can bring your own though, and there will be room for you to train). There are plenty of room to use the equipment and the best part is a functional, bodyweight zone to do whatever. The people and atmosphere is very friendly and comfortable. In the morning is quiet, afternoon can be busy but not always, but it is never fully packed. Everyone is kind and humorous, it’s a friendly vibe and people are willing to help teach how to use some machines, and the area manager and club manager is very friendly and helpful, ask them anything. There are free (for members) group classes (of different categories) in the afternoons (Mon, Tue, Wed), which are fun and handy. They also PTs. There are also very rarely social outings where we all hang out together as a community, which is fun. There are plenty of spots for free parking and it's close to some shops, you can use your keycard to access other ifeelgoodgyms which is a plus (other gyms don't allow this). There's no-lock in contract which is reassuring, and it's more affordable compared to other popular chain gyms ($17 per week). The gym also has three toilets and two showers. There are no lockers but a huge bookshelf area and rest area, where you can safely store your belongings. There's a cold filtered water station to refill water, and a mini-fridge to store drinks. Finally, there’s disinfectant wipes to clean equipment. Only downside is that the sauna area is still in delayed construction, I would rather it convert into a dedicated pilates/yoga area which seems more practical for the community, and easier to maintain for the staff. Moreover, I wish there was more calisthenics/crossfit equipment (eg. parallettes, parallel bars, extended ceiling bars to hang gymnastic rings). But crossfitters/calisthenic athletes can still use power racks and short ceiling bars to do pull ups; albeit, gymnasts will find this unsuitable. Still my favourite gym of all; very contemporary, aesthetic and spacious. Appropriate for bodybuilders, flexibility and yoga-focused people, fitness folks and cardio athletes.

Positive experience: Pros: Gym is very clean and is nicely equipped. No lock in contact (just commitment to pay for 4 weeks to end). Cons: The sauna room is under construction for months now and not many Branches. Mostly better if you live close by.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! I love the equipment, motivating atmosphere, and friendly staff. The classes are great and the gym equipment is always kept clean and in working order. I've seen incredible progress in my fitness journey since joining, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable gym experience. The gym manager Jakob is a top bloke to talk to and has been very helpful whenever there’s been any issues relating to the gym. I would highly recommend this gym.

The welcoming atmosphere makes every workout enjoyable, and the trainers, especially Jacob, are incredible friendly and accomodating. Jacob’s helpful and supportive nature has truly made a positive impact on my fitness journey. I’m grateful for the fantastic environment and the exceptional trainers at this gym.

Fantastic experience: For those that don't know, the gym has DOUBLED in size by taking over the child care premisis behind. There are new cable machines, benches (with 2x more weights including plates and dumbells), and new cardio walkers / runners. It is a fantastic gym staffed by friendly knowledgeable qualified staff. If you have been or visited prior to the upgrade I suggest you came back and have another look. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Really sweet, kind and courteous staff. The trainers are fantastic and Amelia is super! The green space, free classes, the atmosphere and the people are the best aspects. Really appreciate how welcoming the team is - they're really supportive of your journey. I've made some pretty awesome friends there along the way. :-D Also, Nathan is really kind, generous, gives you plenty of tips, and is a great class facilitator. Amelia is very sweet, very attuned, has a great listening ear and is very approachable. The group classes are gold and the team is excellent at making them fun and enjoyable for all :-)

Negative experience: Just on a month a go I went into ifeelgood Cooper plains to cancel my membership and to pay gym membership and fill out the required paperwork. I asked the Ifeelgood staff member to cancel my direct debt and I will come in 2 weeks to pay the full month of, fees so I was surprised to see on the 23rd of October my account was charged and slapped with late in regarding the payment that was missed when I said the I was coming that week to pay the full $60 owing for month of fees upfront because I was not returning and didn’t want direct debit coming out of my account. I sent msg on messenger to ifeelgood and they had seen it and didn’t follow up in anyway which I was like wow where’s your customer service in putting customers first because the was no msg back or even phone call from Amanda. I checked my account to today to find out that ifeelgood Cooper plains took a direct debit out of in $75 without my consent with apparently when an employee face yo face says yes he cancel direct debit right then and there for you. In total I have had $85 come out of my account with my authorisation. To all the public wanting to join gym I highly urge you not to join this gym because they are thief’s and liar and you can trust a word with what they say.

Fantastic experience: AWESOME Gym and awesome trainers. Its free to join when there is special deal going on in gym. Have to give standard 1 MONTH notice for termination of the contract, just like most gyms. They have awesome free classes. The Gym Manager listens to you and understands you when you have issues with payment or training, as long as you talk to him in person.It feel like most of the time they are Big Happy Family who care for you and want best for you in health.

Negative experience: DO NOT join this gym, I tried cancelling through them as they say it is contract free. I was told that you give a months notice to cancel of which they take the payment for that month. Well, I just discovered after almost two months that they are still taking money out of my account. Apart from the obvious reason, the gym is too small, cramped and the gym equipment is overall lackluster for the price that you pay. Do yourself a favour and join a better, more user friendly Gym; as for my money, I will be complaining about it when they are open next week.

The stretching area is very small - I was in the middle of stretches when a class came on and was asked to move but there isn’t anywhere else to move to so I had to finish on the floor by the rowing machines. I used to love coming here when Fiona was here, always friendly and helpful however had an absolutely awful experience with my complimentary PT session which sadly put me off the place for good.

Positive experience: This place definitely isn't the best IFG24 out there. The staff need to crack down on idiots that drop and damage the weights .They moved the dumbells to a small corner with only two seats? Who was the genius that came up with that idea? When it's busy , there's just no point squeezing into that area. People don't fit. Weights aren't put back in their place either. They're just lying around everywhere. The staff here also don't clean the water filter so it just tastes like rusted tap water. Toilets aren't regularly cleaned either. People who come in here also need to wear deodorant. The only good thing is that this place has potential. It's the only IFG24 I've been to that has a microwave and a fridge which is definitely a plus.

Negative experience: Small place. Gets congested at times.

Positive experience: The equiptment that they do have is nice. The staff are lovely. The gym is very small, without much variety for the price they are charging. The Oxley gym is even smaller though.

Fantastic experience: I love my gym. It has a really supportive and fun environment and feels like a gym, not a "studio" or "lifestyle" club. I train with Karlee who is fun, motivating, and creative, so every session is interesting and new. I also enjoy the boxing group fitness class with Beau; he makes us keep our hands up! (And our heart rates.) Club Manager James has made quite a few changes and I'm enjoying watching the gym grow.

Negative experience: Seems every time I go to this place the equipment is damaged. Many issues beyond just that though. Save yourself the effort and find a better gym, because this place is rubbish.
