Fantastic experience: This gym really understands what it means to be a serious lifter. It has every plate loaded machine every bodybuilding enthusiast can dream of (although a smaller variety compared to Mount Waverley). Posing room is spacious and means a lot to members to provide a space that promotes the sport of bodybuilding. Thank you . And microwaves - say no more! Social media team is also so supportive - reposting every members who tag them. So much love!

Fantastic experience: Best Gym in the South East by far - Huggeeeee spacing - Watson and Hammer Strength Machines are so good - Posing room - Supplement Store - Always clean and staff are amazing - Boxing Bags, Rings and the classes are good Only very minor downsides though.. - Can get so busy on a 5pm on a weekday - No Sauna + Ice bath - Why is there 3 showers?
