Fantastic experience: I joined Teambros more than 5 years ago, and it is the one of the best decision for me. I suffered from back and sciatic pain for long time. But since I trained with Han and Jeff, I feels pain free and healther. Also, when I injured my wrist from my work, it took 2 years to back to my normal duty. Thanks to Jeff, I can endure the painful time as he encouraged me to keep work out, and it rescued me from the enormous stress and depression. The trainers and staff of Teambros are professional and experienced. And they are very friendly and cares their client. I highly recommend this gym, if you want to do something good for yourself.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym for a period of time now. Excellent equipment with friendly staff. Hygienic environment where all the staff constantly checks over all the equipment and wipes them with the anti-bacterial tissues for the next person to use. That is some serious dedication for their work. Great vibe overall with excellent professional trainers to work with. I am really enjoying myself here...! I can not possibly recommend more. Better try out yourself.

Negative experience: My experience at this gym, lasting less than one day, cost me $100. As a professional in the fitness industry for over 15 years, I was both surprised and disappointed with the customer service. Firstly, the introduction was rushed, and they didn’t even show me all the facilities. Secondly, when I had questions about the policy, I found that the staff didn’t speak proper English and kept sending me from one person to the next. I couldn’t help but wonder, what would they do in an emergency situation? I understand it's a Korean gym and most of the clientele are from the local community, but the Strathfield Korean gym offers much better service in terms of language communication. Thirdly, I only trained for 2 hours after signing up, but I noticed some missing dumbbells, not enough weights, and the gym only had pin-loaded machines, which limited muscle work. There were no lifting platforms or rubber mats, and the gym was very small. It might be good for beginners, but not for those looking for serious equipment. Lastly, 2 hours cost me $100. I wanted to cancel immediately after realizing the facility’s shortcomings (missing dumbbells, not enough equipment, not enough machines, and insufficient weights). I found no luxury or quality service here. It took me 5–10 minutes to sign up, but over 12 hours to cancel. You decide! Maybe the trainers are good?"
Negative experience: Price too high for a little facility. I found Anytime Fitness or Fitness First much better and more variation.
Fantastic experience: I love the Team bros gym. The equipment is good and it's always keep clean. I feel like I'm getting healthier every day

Fantastic experience: 여러 지인분들 소개로 등록해서 한달넘게 다니고 있습니다. 깨끗하고 기계들도 최신식이라서 너무 만족하면서 다니고 있습니다. 직원분들께서 중간중간 청소도 계속 해주셔서 그런지 늘 깨끗함과 좋은 향기가 유지되는 곳입니다. 주차도 용이하고 위치적으로 편의시설들이 주변에 있어서 편리합니다. PT트레이너선생님분들도 매우 열정적이시고 천천히 하나하나 코치해주셔서 즐겁게 수업을 이끌어주십니다. 저는 아주 만족스럽게 팀브로스와 함께하고 있고 저 또한 저의 지인분들과 같이 팀브로스 에핑점을 추천합니다.

(땀냄새가 나지않고, 기구가 끈적이지 않아요) PT를 받았었던 남편에게 팀브로스의 트레이너쌤들이 매우 전문적이고, 실력있으며, 유명하다고 전해들었어요 남편은 에핑과 웨스트라이드점을 이용하고, 저는 웨스트라이드점을 주로 이용하는대요. 제가 이용하는 웨스트라이드점은 2층 구조로 1층은 기구룸, 2층은 스트레칭룸으로 나누어져있어 원하는 운동을 편안하게 할 수 있어요! Fantastic experience: It's a small but well equipped and managed gym. Trainers are nice, so beginners can learn how to exercise without getting hurt. I could actually feel that they were putting extra effort to the facilities and the members here. Highly recommend + Music list is also very good. It's incomparable to other gym:>

Fantastic experience: This gym feels like my second home, a place where I can come whenever and always feel accepted. Since I go to school I'm a very busy person, however with the opening time of 5-12am I can turn up whenever i want to without worrying about it being close. Before joining this gym I was at my absolute worst state where I was constantly bloated, lacking a lot of self-confidence, had the worst relationship with food and was not able to look at myself at all. However after joining this gym I became the person that I have always admired to be. From the moment you walk in those doors, the friendly smile/bow/wave you get from each and every one of the members just motivated me to work out harder. The environment of the gym is also very positive, friendly, clean and organised. I highly recommend this gym for everyone, it changes your life.

Fantastic experience: I was the person who hate physical activity but after joining this gym, workouts has been fun and worthwhile. My trainer, Dave, played a crucial role in this change. As a beginner, everything is challenging, so sometimes I really want to give up but he never does. He keeps me motivated and encouraged me. Fantastic experience: The first gym I registered at since arriving in Sydney has been an exceptional experience. The location! couldn't be better - it's easy to park, and the nearby shops are conveniently accessible. Plus, it's got two floors, which is awesome, and everything's always clean and tidy. And the trainers? Super chill and friendly. Always love to come back :)

Fantastic experience: My journey to finding the perfect gym has not been an easy one and I’ve tried many big franchise ones and also smaller private gyms but nothing compares to Teambros. Personal training: My trainer is Teddy and he’s also a physiotherapist who is so knowledgeable about the human anatomy. I used to have some muscle pains with other personal trainers at other gyms but they were not able to tell me the reason to why it was hurting but Teddy could tell immediately what the issue is and within a few seconds of massage it was gone! He also always pushes me during training and I’ve always feel so sore after a workout with him (which is what I wanted-to challenge myself and build muscles). Cleanliness: all gym members are so considerable and wiping off equipments with the provided wipes after each use. The equipments are always clean! Equipment: Top notch Technogym machines Highly recommend Teambros to those who wish to achieve your personal fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: Nice gym with great vibes! It’s clean, well maintained equipment and the team is very welcoming. I’ve been training with Dave for 3 months now and I highly recommend him. He places great emphasis on posture and form, ensuring that you work the proper muscles and exercise safely. I’m now able to engage my muscles better and I’m noticing the difference in my posture and body shape. PT sessions with Dave are a joy and I don’t intend to stop anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: Previously time that didn’t work out myself in the gym as didn’t have enough knowledge, lost motivation and was excused to skip after work Since joining teambros gym, I have done 10 sessions with personal trainer Dave who has knowledgeable and provides appropriate diet meal program, pushes me to eat healthy and consistently work out as well as gives motivation and determination which help me a lot Especially, What I most liked and that affected me was that the trainer has shared my training video and I shared my weight and my meal per day in the morning through the app which I could see clearly my exercise posture whether wrong or properly . also allows me committed by attending. Now my mindset has been changed and enjoy gym as I have changed weight and have learned how to use equipment properly, how to prepare meal. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing gym, the Staff helped me sign up with ease and help me with whatever question i have. I used to be with fitness first and plus, but nothing compares to teambro fitness, a beautiful gym where everyone is friendly and helps with whatever question you may have, Im a skinny guy and was a bit worried going to gyms, but going to teambros everyone greets you with a smile makes you feel like you belong where you are!! Fantastic experience: Han changed my life. Before joining this gym I was eating fried chicken and icecream for breakfast. I was able to change my body and my lifestyle, thanks to Han investing his time and energy in me. What sets Teambros apart from other gyms is that you aren't just a number here, at Teambros you're part of a community. You see the same faces everyday and everyone works so hard. Fantastic experience: My personal trainer, Dave, is not only passionate and motivating, but he is also knowledgeable and customizes the exercises according to my goals and situation. The system is well-organized as well. He has motivated me a lot to exercise steadily, which has been invaluable in keeping me determined. Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been to! The equipment on offer is new and there was so many machines that I didn’t need to wait for others to finish for me to be able to use it. The facilities and environment was kept super clean with loads of wet wipes available. The manager was super welcoming and spent time touring me around the gym and answering any questions I had. Definitely one of the best gyms around and has so much to offer

Fantastic experience: I've been training with Pitt Lim for 6 weeks now and have lost 6kgs already. Pitt has educated me on the best weight training techniques to combine with my cardio training. He's inspired me to make healthier food choices on a daily basis and I'm now training 6 days per week for the 1st time in my life. Fantastic experience: I have been a member here for the past three months and I drive 20mins 6 days a week to go to Team Bros. I have been getting PT sessions from Pitt (three times a week) for the past three months and I am now starting to see more progressive physical improvements and strongly believe I can achieve my fitness goals if I continue to work out with Pitt. If you are determined to achieve your fitness goals and looking for a trainer to assist you then look no further and just go to Team Bros. They will train you hard but (and) you will get the result you want.

Negative experience: You must be absolutely thrilled with the way the club manager has been handling things! I mean, who doesn't love being surprised with price increases? It's clear that they have a real knack for customer service, right? I was emailed 2 days' notice like everyone else about the price increase, asking me to sign a contract. Also, I was informed that the price increase last February was for the loyal members, but I figured it was vaguely worded because the price was the same for everyone. But wait, it gets even better! Another price increase is on the horizon, and guess what? They don't feel the need to inform you about it. Who needs transparency when you can just be surprised with higher prices whenever they feel like it? It's not like you have anything better to do than constantly check social media and gym posters with no official email until 2 days before the deadline. And let's not forget how this "premium gym" is branding itself. I mean, what better way to show off their premium-ness than by delivering lacklustre customer service and confusing price policies? It's truly the epitome of luxury.

Negative experience: I strongly do not recommend this gym anymore since the new manager took over. It used to be a really good community gym. The decline in customer service at the gym, despite its claim of being a "premium" facility, is disheartening. I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and empathy from the club manager and the management. The recent price increase came with only a two-day notice via official email, which caught me off guard. Last February, they sent an email 2 weeks prior. Speaking of that, what's even more shocking is the 2nd impending price hike in just a span of 5 months without any prior written information of when it will occur and by how much.

Negative experience: Had been happy with the gym for over 13 years. Not now since new gym manager is continually increasing the price, over 60% and wants members to sign a 12 month contract. sent an email with 2 day’s notice of the price increase- no mention of how much more. Another $10 month BTW. No longer good value for such a small gym with limited equipment. No respect for long term members. Cancelled my membership unfortunately.

Negative experience: Was quite happy with the environment until receiving a notice that the price will increase in two days unless signed a fixed contract. Was told that the price would increase before but there wasn’t a date. Didn’t go to the gym for two weeks and got informed that it was posted inside the gym. Personally don’t feel it’s fair.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for the last few months, and honestly have not been this focused in the gym in a long time. The staff are welcoming, the layout and feel of the gym is professional - which all helps me get into the right mindset to lift some iron! As a result, I have beaten 2 personal records and have developed a healthy relationship with working out. Thank you Teambros! Fantastic experience: I was so glad I met PT Teddy in 2023 when I was desperately looking for ways to restore my health and fitness. PT Teddy patiently taught me how to use the gym equipment correctly and effectively. Under his guidance my body fat percentage was reduced from 23% to 14% and my physique has greatly improved! Whenever I am in doubt and about to give up, PT Teddy always says 화이팅 to me to ignite my spirit and dedication to challenge myself. PT Teddy is also very generous of sharing his dieting and workout tips which greatly help me to stay lean and look great over time. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of this gym since the beginning of this year and have no regrets! My PT (Teddy) is very knowledgeable and provides good advice in both exercises and stretches. The gym is clean and well-equipped - so you can almost always get to use the equipment you want without waiting for someone. Good energy in the gym, which will leave you feeling motivated to achieve your goals! If you are in the area of West Ryde, this is the best gym around.

Positive experience: It's been a month since I started to work out here. The gym is in good location and has high-quality facilities. Especially I like stair-style machine with which I can exercise by walking up the stairs. I'm also doing personal training, with Teddy. He's kind, gentle and has appropriate knowledge for body shaping and the movement of muscles. He also recommneds me examples of healthy foods for a diet, and take videos of myself so that I can remind the exercises I learned. Along with his customised work-out scheduling, I can do private exercise more efficiently. I'm sure the gym will be helpful if u want to build your healthier lives.

Fantastic experience: If anyone is looking to improve their health or get in shape then I highly recommend visiting Teambros Fitness Club. My trainer Teddy Jeong was super supportive, professional, encouraging, patient and true gentleman. He understood exactly what I need to get trained and improved. Fantastic experience: I have been really satisfied with my personal training for the past 4 months with a best trainer, Dave. He is a very professional motivator and knowledgeable person. It is such a well-organized program and perfect management system in terms of meal plan and individual monitoring. Fantastic experience: Best PTs in Sydney. Hands down. Been getting personal training from Han in the past 2 years. Really professional and tailor made. Different to other PTs in a way that they really focus on getting to know you and your body, and then create the best routine to cater for it. My underlining health issues have improved significantly. Worth every cent.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I've ever signed up to. All the trainers and staff are extremely welcoming, the gym is always really clean and tidy and equipment is great. Personal training has been fantastic with tailored programs that have changed as I've progressed. Han is really knowledgeable and always takes the time when teaching me new exercises to make sure I understand how to do them well. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a gym in West Ryde!

Negative experience: Don't answer if you ring
Dear Crystal, We apologise that we couldn't respond to your call in time. Our Teambros staff work Monday-Thursday from 10am to 7.30pm and on Fridays, from 12pm to 7.00pm. Unfortunately, our staff does not work on the weekend. Out of these hours, if you leave us a message on our social media or email us, we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible. We apologise again and if you have any questions regarding our gym, please let us know.
Fantastic experience: I moved to West Ryde from Melbourne recently and was disappointed by Fitness First Top Ryde. So I transferred my membership and started looking for gyms around me. Found this gym and was absolutely amazed. It’s not the biggest gym around but it’s not small either, there are all the machines you can think of and the equipment is top notch. Most staff members are Korean, English is not their first language but they all are so nice and make you feel welcome. I will highly recommend Teambros to anyone looking for a quality gym in West Ryde

Fantastic experience: I did PT with Brian and lose weight around 15kgs and GP said overall numbers are back to normal after blood test. He and the team are most experienced coach I ever met and I strongly recommend joining here and get better health and life.
