Fantastic experience: Great basketball court, 24-hour operation, with a good strength area, some shooting machines here also, and the staffs here are very friendly. There is also an open gym here on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Training and playing here really make my basketball skills better

Fantastic experience: Jayden and the Basketball Lab team are amazing! We utilised their Bluprint Zero Program for our boy and so far he’s been loving it! Jayden’s ability to build rapport and teach fundamental skills to really improve our son’s game is evident in every session. He is easy to deal with from a communication and scheduling front, making it easy and stress free for a parent. Thanks team!

Fantastic experience: I am John Davis, and I greatly affirm of this The Basketball Lab. They have been awesome sauce to me and filled me with comradery. Ever since December 25th 2022 I have been a member at this place, and I have infinite memories here. Before the water fountain, before the new couch, before the new shooting machine, before the three new versions of the balls, I have been here and have been glad to be apart of this The Basketball Lab.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at The Basketball Lab. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. The staff are unfriendly, which made every interaction tense and unpleasant. The cleanliness of the facility is another major issue. The courts and common areas were not well-maintained, and I frequently noticed trash and dirt that had not been cleaned up. This lack of cleanliness made it hard to enjoy my time there, as I was constantly worried about the hygiene standards. When it came time to terminate my membership, I faced yet another hurdle. The staff were completely unhelpful and refused to facilitate the termination process. It felt like they were doing everything in their power to make it difficult for me to leave, which added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating situation. On top of all this, the overall atmosphere is unfriendly. The staff members rarely smile or greet you warmly, and their customer service skills are severely lacking. I have seen several other reviews mentioning similar experiences, which further confirms that my negative experience is not an isolated case. Overall, I would not recommend The Basketball Lab to anyone. The aggressive manager, lack of cleanliness, unhelpful termination process, and unfriendly atmosphere make it a place to avoid. Save yourself the trouble and find a better facility where you can enjoy playing basketball in a positive and supportive environment.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful facility, good environment great staff and the shooting machines, 24/7 access

Fantastic experience: Great set up and the perfect place for your baller to get some knowledgable and experienced training. My son (16) has been having regular 1 on 1 sessions and is developing strong skills that are playing out on the court during club games. My son also had a group session here with his mates for his 16th and they all got so much out of the session. The shooting machines were something the boys loved and we couldn’t drag them away. If you need somewhere to take your child to help them take their skills to the next level, this is place to go!

Negative experience: They were really good before signing up. The staff are unable to help with cancellations and you have to email them again and again. However, they reply email but they dont care about your health . I had an injury and couldn't continue When I called, I was just told to email their 'cancellation' department again. This endless loop of just making money excluding customers personal health is extremely frustrating. It feels impossible to get out of this membership trap.They just want to get money with you. I paid $250 also after I already got certificate from doctor' report saying I will not be able to play.I finally could terminate my membership after 3 months paying all amount each week while not using court for a single time due to my injury. I Very Very disappointed with their attitude towards customer.Avoid this place if you value your time, money and peace of mind. Don't get trapped in their lock in contract .
