Fantastic experience: I've just joined Inna Essence for a 3 week trial. Anna and Andrea have been so lovely and accommodating as 20 weeks pregnant. So happy I can continue my pilates journey through pregnancy in a supportive environment. Three week trial is fab and enjoying trying new classes out! Beautoful studio and lovely instructors ❤️

Fantastic experience: I came in with recurring lower back pain and desire to build core strength to protect my back. I signed up for 3 week trial which gave me the opportunity to try all the different classes - I'm loving the variety. Reformer classes in different styles as well as mat pilates and all forms of yoga - the sessions are challenging and enjoyable. The instructors are knowledgeable and caring, and often entertaining too. The exercises are crafted to be very safe so that we get a targeted and precise workout that won't aggravate existing injuries and weaknesses. I feel stronger and my back feels more supported as a result. I look forward to sessions and feel great afterwards. Plus, Inna Essence sponsor the local women's football teams! Love that.

Fantastic experience: My experience with this studio was amazing. I came here to do my Stott pilates teacher training and was welcomed by the nicest staff. The facility is clean, tidy, organized and last but not least aesthetically pleasing. Andrea is a very friendly and professional person, who is always there to help you out. The studios are beautiful, hence why exercising there is even more motivating. There’s lots of parking available and Aldi is just across the road. I would highly recommend to everyone who’s looking into starting their pilates journey to sign up to their studio. They offer great intros as well!

Positive experience: I was curious about this place, so I wandered in during an open house day they had - and it was welcoming and warm and inviting. I have joined some of the classes and I am enjoying it - there's a variety of classes and I can work to my own ability with supportive staff. Give it a try, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

They ensure that I was well looked after, providing appropriate modifications and ensured everyone in the class adopted proper form, which is critical to getting the most out of a reformer pilates workoit. Fantastic experience: My physiotherapist told me that my rectus abdominis has separated three fingers, which is why my back hurts all the time. Because of this, I found this place, and love it so much I join the trial almost two weeks ago. Try to done everyday one class The management is excellent, Andrea is super nice and the teachers Linda are very professional. They explain every detail to me, showing exactly where the correct position should be. My muscle mass has increased significantly, and the process doesn't feel too tiring. The overall experience is great, so I highly recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Innaessence is such a beautiful and serene studio. Coming from doing high intensity workouts for the last 6years, it’s been such an enjoyable and fun change of exercise that I would recommend to anyone to try. Reformer Pilates and Dance Barre have been such fun- being someone who experiences constant lower back pain, in the several weeks I’ve been here I have not experienced any which is very unusual for me! These workouts are agreeing with my body and it’s exactly what it needs, so happy to have found it. The staff and people are so welcoming it’s such a nice place to be apart of

They create such a warm and welcoming environment that enhance everyone who start fresh new to look forward to go again! Fantastic experience: I am glad to have found Inna Essence. I always struggled with finding a yoga studio that offers multiple yoga classes in a week. Inna Essence offers like 20 Yoga classes per week. You have a lot of choice when it comes to time and the kind of yoga you like. It gives a working mom like me, the flexibility of finding sometime for myself easily.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending Inna Essence for a few years now and have loved every class, especially Dance Barre with Renee and Reformer Pilates with Andrea and Anna. Recently, I started prenatal Pilates with Andrea on the recommendation of my physio to help with my core strength, pelvic floor, and overall balance and stability during my pregnancy. After just five sessions, my physio noticed a significant improvement in these areas. Andrea's warmth and consistent care make every session enjoyable. She sets up all the machines and props, and her flexibility in modifying exercises ensures I always get a safe and effective workout, even when my strength or soreness levels vary. Andrea's use of visual analogies and breath work facilitation is top-notch. At Inna Essence, it always feels like coming home. In the midst of a challenging pregnancy, the care from Andrea and the entire team has been invaluable. They've not only helped strengthen my body in preparation for what's to come but also made me feel more like myself. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I joined Inna Essence after having kids and being away from the gym or any other sort of regular work out for almost 10 years. The idea was daunting and scary, but they have been amazing. The studio itself is filled with a positive and uplifting energy, and their attitude towards me wasn’t one of “just see how you go” but one of “let us know how you’re going”. And the instructors are all just as encouraging and nurturing. I signed up for a class where I felt very much out of my depth compared to the other participants, and the instructor had nothing but praise for me for attempting it, and not giving in. They have all made me feel so welcome and encouraged, that I look forward more and more to each class.

Fantastic experience: Working an full time office job where I work in front of a screen, I knew I was needing to take some time to look after my body. So far it's been really beneficial for me to go to the intro reformer classes to get that stretch in. I've done a few classes with Paula so far and have been enjoying them. It's hard to say how my body has improved as I've only been to a few classes, but so far so good! I love using the app to see what classes and spots are available. The studio is nice and quiet and Paula has been very helpful in making the intro to Reformers super easy. I look forward to going to the classes every week!

Fantastic experience: Inna Essence is such a vibe in every single way. The aesthetic is delicious, the mood, the services... Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Sound Healing and various workshops and events... and last but definitely not least owners Andrea & Anna are just the most beautiful humans who run their business and their space straight from the heart and it is definitely felt. Every thing and every details shows the passion and care they give to everything including how much they truly value you, their customer. Their instructors have all been absolutely beautiful as well. I have been to a number of events they have thrown for Christmas and their anniversary and those events were also 5 star at beautiful locations. Pure bliss, every experience. I have had to attend zoom sessions for yoga due to my circumstances but would choose their beautiful space every time if I could! I am a loyal customer forever and if you have the opportunity... get in it!!

Fantastic experience: I chose to try out Inner Essence for a trial membership and so far everyone as been very warm, welcoming, friendly and kind. I have a very sore lower back and need to strengthen my muscles so the reformer and yoga classes are perfect for me. The cafe downstairs also does an amazing iced latte/juice so that makes it even more worth it afterwards!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been having some problems with my sleeping habits lately. I'm not the type of person who eats healthy especially greens. I also don't work out at all or even go for a run or walk. I'm very lazy, and I always feel tired and easily get sore muscles. My partner then suggested trying Pilates. I started watching Pilates videos at the start of this year 2024, but never really had the energy to actually try it. I always delayed joining in, also I'm scared to sign up because I might not like Pilates and then end up paying big money without using it. I started searching on Google Maps for a Pilates studio that's closest to my home. I did found one but you have to signed up as soon as you start, and I did not like it so I searched up a bit more. I found this studio Inna Essence. They have 3 week's trial for $65 and then you have an option to either you wanna keep going by joining in after the trial is over or stop without any pressure. This is my very first time joining a workout class in general so I was really nervous when I arrived at the studio. But the staff who welcomed me was very nice. She made me feel welcome. Since I didn't know how to operate the reformer, she showed me how to attach the springs and suggested which springs to use as a beginner. There were 7 people in my very first class but I did not feel overwhelmed because the teacher helped me out when I was stuck on some moves I couldn't do. I've only joined 2 classes so far but my sleeping has improved well, and I don't feel pain much in my lower back. I've been getting discomfort from time to time in my lower back due to my job and I also have bad posture. Overall, I recommend this studio because not only is the staff friendly but the owner of the studio also talks to me directly and really makes me feel comfortable, plus the studio is clean.

Negative experience: The driver of Inna Essence had blatantly cut in front of the queue during the school run. With such disrespectful values and behaviour towards other parents/guardians and families, I would not recommend the services they offer.

Fantastic experience: I did their 3 week trial and I am extremely happy with the Inna essence team and services. Each session has 10 to 15 participants only and there is one on one help available if they see that you need the attention. The trainers are all very flexible with the circuit, to meet the needs of the team as a colle time.

Fantastic experience: I’ve started my Reformer journey with a couple of private sessions with Andrea and Anna last year and couldn’t help myself fall in love with the studio and pilates!! I was a total beginner and had some health complications but had always been so well looked after by the instructors during the exercises. I’m now glued to coming in a couple of days every week! Feels so great having a good stretch and getting those lazy muscles moving again. Everyone is amazing here, very patient and knowledgeable. Can’t help recommend (x10000) ‍♀️❤️

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Inna Essence for a week now and I plan to keep on coming!! The $65 trial is so worth it, you get to try unlimited classes for 3 weeks - including the reformers once you've done the intro class. I've done reformer in a different studio before and I'm still learning new things here! I love the yoga and mat pilates classes too. I've never done those before and I'm surprised how easy to follow the classes are, they're not daunting for beginners. My body feels so much better already after going to classes everyday in a week ‍♀️ Parking in the complex can be quite full but I always manage to get a park so far. The studio can be a bit tricky to find the first time, after you climb the stairs look behind to the corridor in the middle and that's where the studio is. The studio itself is very nice and clean with great vibes to it, I love it!

They offer various types of inclusive yoga, pilates and barrer classes with personalised instructions. I am a 17 week-pregant, and the instructor modifed some pose for a pregannt lady and check on me throughout the class. :D It was so touching experience!

Fantastic experience: Before attending Inna Essence, my whole body was aching from the different physical stresses that were built up from my career. After attending several sessions with the guidance of the friendly staff members, I can already feel the benefits and improvements within my postures and physicality. I've attended some Intro Reformer classes and several other pilates/yoga classes, and I must say that the environments of the studio were absolutely spotless, and the sessions were run by kind and approachable staffs.

I do yoga and Pilates and I find the benefits to my mind, body and soul are profound. While I love every class, I started with Mari-Anne’s yoga classes in 2018. Mari-Anne’s classes have such a positive impact on my health in terms of resilience to life’s ups and downs, improved joint mobility, and a peace and calm deep to my core. I most enjoy their reformer classes but they also offer a wide range of other classes such as mat pilates, yoga, barre and child-friendly classes. All the instructors are so lovely and knowledgeable, they all make us feel so welcome! I definitely would recommend Inna Essence to anyone wanting to give pilates a go.

My body responds well to Pilates Reformer, it’s so good to find a studio that has a high standard of care and attention to detail. All their Pilates instructors are Stott Pilates trained, the very best of Pilates training!

Fantastic experience: I did a reformer class with Andrea, and it was AMAZING! You can tell she has loads of experience, her classes are great for beginners as well as advanced, including modifications for injuries. She offers clear, succinct instructions, hands on corrections are offered to ensure you get the absolute most out of your exercises and avoid injury. The studio is a warm, inviting and absolutely beautiful space, the reformer machines are clean, high-quality Stott machines. Having done reformer for many years, I still learnt a lot!
