Fantastic experience: Crunch fitness in Nunawading has so many fitness options and spaces to do your routine. - Loads of machines for quick and safe workouts. - Massive array of free weights. - Cardio galore! - separate studio for classes of which there are a massive selection. Look out for superstars Adrian and Olivia at front desk. They'll make your day!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Crunch Nunawading and so far have nothing but positive things to say about it. Amazing energy at the front desk from the staff, large array of machines, free weights and attachments - making virtually any training routine possible with decent flexibility to switch things up, nice and spacious facilities, and overall great atmosphere. The pricing here is also a bonus, given how big the gym is and what it offers. Would recommend.

Negative experience: Very friendly and welcoming staff. Equipment and facility are very new. Only setback is the lack of variety of Zumba instructors. You get the same instructor for 3 times a week and there are no classes no attend in the weekend. Before I joined this gym as a permanent member, there were many energetic instructors in the weekend but they were not permanent instructors here. Many members have left because of this Unfortunately I have paid 18 months in advance.

Fantastic experience: I frequent Chadstone, Springvale and Nunawading Crunch and I must say that their manager, Belle does an excellent job making sure that this Crunch always has a friendly atmosphere and most importantly, the cleanest change rooms. Springvale Crunch has issues with mould under their taps (disgusting) and Chadstone Crunch has the most foul smell that lingers in their change rooms. If I lived closer to Nunawading, I would make it the only Crunch I go to. This is a call to other Crunch gyms to make Nunawading their standard.

Negative experience: I'm disappointment to learn the recent cancellation of the Strength + Gains and Boxing classes with instructor Mikey. The class were crucial to my fitness goals, but also helped alleviate pressure on the gym's facilities for other members.

Fantastic experience: I love it here! Staff are awesome, heaps of equipment, people are supportive! There’s hidden fees in my membership (base - month to month), but it still evens out to be cheaper than most other gyms so I’m happy

Negative experience: Never join this club because their team are liars. I registered two months ago with my sister in this club, and when we deposited the money, after personal reasons, we regretted our registration on the same day without going to the club, and according to the contract, you can return the money whenever you regret it. Take it, but it's been almost 2 months now that no money has been returned to me and my follow-ups, I called 3 times and went to the club 5 times, and each time they told me a lie to get rid of this responsibility. This amount is really embarrassing for all of you, but for me, who is a student, it is too much. If I didn't need it, I wouldn't follow up so much. And I also made this comment to say that as the head of a company, you are responsible for every commitment you make to your customers.

Fantastic experience: I've joined Crunch Nunawading a few months ago and I'm absolutely in love with it. This place has beautiful vibrations, great gym facilities, and very friendly staff who are always kind and helpful. Crunch has had huge positive impact on my life for sure and now all my family are joined. I'm super grateful that I can take a buddy workout with me. So my mum who had never gone to gym on her own, now is benefiting this gym confidently. Very spacious place with super clean equipment. Negative experience: There is only one of each of the following: Deltoid Fly Chest Press Seated Leg Curl Leg Extension a4lways full and you waste more time trying to get on them whereas there are 26 running machines, hardly used by comparison, not to mention the 5 step machines, also never full. Speak to others, they say the same, was there a special on the running and step machines at the time? I don't have alot of time and I get fed up waiting for one of the above listed to become available, when are you going to address the ridiculous machine imbalance?

Positive experience: I wanted to visit the gym as my friend recommended it. However, upon arrival, we realised the vibe, classrooms, and equipment were not to our liking. It’s a small gym with lots of members during the peak hour when we visited. Although the membership fees are cheaper, but reflected in the limited variety of classes, facilities, zones, and choice of equipment available. The receptionists became quite cold when we decided not to sign up, but I wish them all the best. Christian was helpful and did a great job presenting the gym to us. Our decision had nothing to do with the discounted membership, as cost is not an issue for us, it just wasn’t the right fit. We ended up joining another gym today costs us significantly more but with professional and well presented staff, offers excellent, high-end equipment, full-size pools, spa, steam room, sauna, Les Mills classes, boxing, cycling, a great variety of classes, beautiful classrooms, and a convenient location.

Positive experience: Quality Gym. Very clean, very good equipment, really nice people, and a nice, open layout. Locker rooms are spacious and clean with good facilities, and there are massage chairs for after your workout, if you have a few spare minutes. Definitely a good spot to train.

Fantastic experience: Crunch Nunawading is fantastic! I go with my mum as her 'bring a friend' and the team are always so lovely, the facilities are great, and the classes really make you work, and are super motivating. I am also a dancer who needs to film quite regularly, and they always let me come in and use the studio. It's great value for money, the location is easy to get to, and there's lots of parking... so there's really nothing to complain about!

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRUNCH NUNAWADING! If you're looking for a place with friendly staff, brilliant trainers, and great members at an affordable cost then this place is perfect for you! I’ve been here since it first opened and it's definitely my happy place! The staff are super friendly, very inviting, and the members are absolutely beautiful, to whom I’ve created life long friendships with. The trainers absolutely love what they do and are BRILLIANT at it. I’ve noticed the amazing results members have achieved just by attending their classes. The place is always super clean and there's plenty of equipment. However, like any gym, you do have to wait during peak time but that’s standard where ever you train. The cost is super affordable to the point where I don’t mind paying even if I’m away and can’t attend. Seeing so many businesses close during Covid was devastating, so I’m happy to continue paying such a small cost to keep this little gem of a gym going!

Negative experience: Must have to read all the details in the agreement regarding of the fee before you joined, the staff didn't told any about the annual up keen fee will charge 90days after the agreement.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lovely staff and awesome equipment. Went here for 3 years and it was perfect. Maintained my fitness easily and didn't even do one of the many brilliant classes. Very reasonable pricing as well. Highly recommend if you're choosing a gym or wanting to switch over.

Fantastic experience: I had been a member of a different Crunch location at the start of 2020. The pandemic happened and my motivation sunk. Time passed, moved houses and now, after so long I needed to find a new gym that would inspire me and motivate me to start my journey all over again. Although this location is a bit far from my home, I decided to check it out because my last experience with Crunch was good and loved their spacious facilities. From the moment I entered to the Nunawading location I got a reminder of why this is the perfect gym for anyone. From the friendly and very knowledgeable staff, to the wonderful, spacious and impeccable facilities, it just feels right. You feel welcome from the moment you step in. No pressure, no shame and instead, you feel inspired and excited to get started in such friendly and spacious place.

Negative experience: While the cost of membership was indeed budget-friendly, it became apparent that the saying "you get what you pay for" holds true. I bailed on Crunch Nunawading, and let me tell you, being stuck in their yearly membership was an absolute nightmare. The staff? Friendly, but Utterly useless. It's like they have zero authority to solve any problems. And don't even get me started on the manager – a completely hopeless individual with no interest whatsoever in providing any assistance. What a colossal waste of time and money! Working during office hours means my only time to work out is in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the gym's peak hours are a chaotic mess, making it a constant struggle to access the equipment I need. The overall atmosphere is far from the motivational environment I was expecting and hoping for. If you're considering joining a gym solely based on low fees, I would strongly advise against it. It's worth exploring other options that may have a slightly higher cost but offer a more satisfying and reliable fitness experience. Don't let the allure of cheap fees trap you into a subpar gym experience.

Positive experience: It's a big gym for a fairly low price, the equipment is all pretty new and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, it is lacking in flat benches in the dumbbell area, too many unadjustable incline benches, and with only one decent leg extension, one leg press and one hip thrust machine, there can be a substantial wait at times. The classes seem very good and well attended. Overall, it is very good, especially when mumble rap isn't being played!

So disappointing… The intriguing and shiny registration at the beginning followed with false advertisement regarding cancellation policies. The flexible membership freezing is just a lie. I had to pay a full month and one month in advance after cancellation for no reason. The gym itself and the physical environment is fine but the management and staff are not helpful when it comes to customer service. Multiple staff every day without having any authority beyond letting people in… my experience as a more than one year membership was a let down

Negative experience: I signed up for the highest membership last year. Due to health reasons, I could only visit occasionally but continued paying for a year. When we tried to put our membership on hold for upcoming trips, we were asked for proof, which felt unnecessary and insulting. Upon deciding to cancel, we faced issues with the timing of our request and were charged extra. The recent change in policies regarding account usage without proper communication led to a frustrating encounter with the staff. Basic memberships might be a safer option, as maintenance issues persist and holding memberships seems unfeasible without unexpected charges. My advice to potential members: be cautious with membership options and understand the hidden terms. The lack of effective communication and rigid policies have led to a disappointing experience. Don’t go for summit membership, it does not worth it. They tend to increase fees without notice. For termination you need to follow a timetable, otherwise will be charged extra.

Positive experience: Friendly staff. Heaps of equipment. All ages. Only thing is bag storage is not locked.
Negative experience: Rude, shifty gym manager. I have left that place for that reason. Was a good gym before his management, full of excuses in regards to maintenance and aircon. Not sure why they charge yearly fee when they hardly do anything to that gym/ equipments for month at end.clearly this organisation doesnt know anything abt customer service as long as they get paid all it matters. Dont be fooled by their low fees by the time you pay for transaction fee yearly fee they are not cheap not even talking abt their cheap quality equipment.if you are seasoned gym goer you will get it . Way better gyms around see ironforged around the corner be warned .

Positive experience: I have been coming to Crunch Nunawading for 3years now and have never had a problem. The staff here are always friendly and ready to assist if required. The Zumba classes are fantastic and I always leave feeling invigorated. There are many classes to choose from and the place has always been fairly clean. Loads of parking and plenty of great equipment you can work on. The vibe is excellent and the staff and patrons are all friendly.

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym to workout at. I been there since they started and I been really impressed on how neat and tidy the gym is still. Very well maintained equipment and plenty of work out equipment to be used during peak hours. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for 2+ years, I love it, it’s cheap and an overall great gym. It’s a bit busy at times but not to the point where it feels crowded. The employees here are great and they are all friendly and supportive, over my time here I have gotten to know them well and I can easily say this is one of the best gyms I have experienced.

Positive experience: Big facilities with plenty of equipment. However, the stereo system kept playing a pre recorded audio file stating that if you didn't have a towel you could not train. After glancing around the room, no one had a towel so that was a pointless message. The staff are friendly the machines all work. Only downside is the weights are not in KGs however there are signs showing you how to convert it.

Fantastic experience: I have beed visiting crunch for about a year. They provide the best value for money out of all gyms in the area. Crunch has a huge parking area With plenty of parking. There are so much gym equipment so that you never end up waiting for a any. The group fitness classes are great and crunch has dedicated hall for classes. All of the above is offered for a very reasonable value. So in my view Crunch is better than any other gym in the area by far. The only downside is that they close at 10pm on weekends, 7pm on weekends and 5pm on public holidays. But this doesn't bother me as I generally visit in the mornings or after work.

Fantastic experience: Great rate with no lock in contracts, lots of equipment for weightlifting, rarely gets too busy, very friendly staff. Been almost every day for 18 months and have found it to be a very inclusive environment, and not what I expected of a large commercial gym at all.

Fantastic experience: Did a trial here. After using gyms for 20 years this gym is unlike any other. The facilities and equipment are top notch. All the machines you could ask for and super friendly staff as well as classes and free massage chairs all for a great price. Unfortunately I am moving out of the area and wish there was one like this out Coburg/Fawkner/Broadmeadows/Glenroy way.

My partner has already rang the head office more than 10 times altogether and emailing back and forth with Aswin as my partner was on holiday and told them to freeze the membership (have proof of the email) and he got charged for the time he have not even spend at the gym. They always seem to pass the complain to each other and never got resolved. Don’t think they will fix that EVER. Unless this get fix IMMEDIATELY as this has already been almost 3 weeks I will be sure to put this review up on every platform as this is a misleading practice by charging an amount that was not supposed to be charged. And don’t ask me to email you in regards to this complaint, because my partner did! And you just have to reply to it! I’ve had enough patient and won’t take this disrespect anymore. Response to reply: I have forwarded all the email correspondence with Aswin to your email. I will await for your reply. Update: Still no reply despite sending all the emails to the new email that they provided. Hopeless
