Fantastic experience: I started my journey at Snap Fitness Kogarh since September. From the very first day, I found my personal cheerleader, my coach, my teacher whatever I can name (with a side of sweat), none other than Matias (Matt)! And I can’t thank him enough that I found him. Seriously, this guy is amazing! He motivates me harder than I ever thought possible—it's like having a coach and a friend rolled into one! Every session feels like a fun workout party (without the party hats, but Matt makes up for it with his energy!). I swear, he makes me sweat like a popsicle left in a heatwave that just means I’m getting results. Snap Fitness has become my second home, and it’s all thanks to the clean, tidy space and Matt’s infectious positivity. If you guys want laugh, sweat, feel like an amazing person, and a superstar of your own world. Matt is your go-to! ️‍♀️✨

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Snap for 3 years, the facilities are clean and well looked after and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Recently have started training with Coach Matias and he has really helped me improve and my technique. Our sessions are always a highlight of my week.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with snap fitness 8 years, when I started training I weighed 143kg and diagnosed with AF, under advice from my cardiologist I had to lose body fat to help reduce the long term effects of the condition, I use to train once or twice a week and the journey was hard, difficult filled with self doubt, over the last 3 years now, I got to a point where I could run more than 30 minutes on the treadmill with my heart rate surging dangerously high, but slowly, gradually my training frequency increased, I met Aisha from the beginning of my fitness journey, we have had some great conversations and she’s given me advice over the years that’s helped me along, her dedication to snap fitness is legendary, the longest leading team member there it’s hard these days to find a company with loyal staff, I’ve worked with Matteo who’s a quiet confident trainer who has great fitness knowledge as well as diet, mat helped my design a dynamic / static routine I can adapt to my regular running program that has helped reduce injury because of the amount of running and training I do now. I love this place, and the staff here, you’ll be hard pressed finding a gym where egos are checked at the door and nothing but training and hardwork is first. I’m 50 years old, 89kg, and I love to run, rain hail or sun, thanks to snap fitness, I put my health front and centre, for myself for my girls. Thanks snap team. Simply the best. Jeff.

Negative experience: I was doing at kogarah, my membership was flexible month to month them I move out and kogarah was too far and i decided cancel, I figured out that for cancel I had to pay $95 or wait for 30 day notice (that I thought, how unfair, my membership was month to month but that’s okay I’ll wait) them the last 2 weeks to finish my notice the payment didn’t go through and they didn’t say anything, they reversed my cancel (unbelievable) and now I’m receiving email from debts collectors. I don’t recommend his gym, they are not fair and interested about you, it just all about money.

Fantastic experience: Ayesha, Matias and the gang are the friendliest and most helpful gym staff you’ll come across, may not be the biggest gym but it has everything you need with an encouraging, supportive atmosphere to kick start or progress your fitness journey! Keep up the good work

His extensive knowledge and personalized approach to fitness have truly elevated my workout routine. The sessions are well-structured and challenging. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had a positive experience with Iysha and Manny. I informed Iysha about my recent redundancy. She agreed how important it is to keep active in looking after our mental wellbeing. She was helpful in finding a solution to our membership. Manny.also patiently answered all my husband's questions, provided a tour of the facilities, and even offered a personalised workout plan. It's clear they care about their members' well-being and go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I'm excited to be a part of this gym community!

Negative experience: horrible experience with the “manganers” of the gym snap in kogarah, they treated me badly for not understanding a situation, I never want to go back again I just lost money at that gym

Negative experience: UPDATE: Not happy on being RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and GASLIGHTER, Ayesha, the manager, refused to deactivate my card when the manager of another Snap Fitness called requesting it, so I could use it in the new gym. She told him that she would only deactivate if I deleted this review, which now adds her another character deviation: BLACKMAILING!!! You know what Ayesha? I’d rather paying for a new access card then falling prey to your blackmail! To the owner, I recommend you to be more careful with who you hire to manage and work at your business! Btw, I’m also going to the social medias to report how abusive this is. —————- Very rude staff and manager. None of them were able to answer simple questions about the membership and cancellation policies. Instead of answering what I was asking, they provided me other answers to proof their point, not saying it was wrong, just different from what I asked. When I insisted to have my questions directly answered, they said I wasn’t understanding, which honestly configures gaslighting. Very nice when prospecting customers, very disrespectful when we’re leaving.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending the gym now for over 1 year , I have recently paid for personal training sessions from Manny and he has help me improve my with in myself and form whilst training also seeing the changes so I would recommend if needing a trainer to get Manny to assist with your goals .

Negative experience: Gym Manager Iysha doesn’t know about customer service. I had 2 subscriptions in there, cancelled both because of her.

Negative experience: When I joined, the gym was lovely and clean and a great place to work out. Slowly it became dirtier, the gym was heavily perfumed, the music became so loud I couldn’t use my own headphones, and very busy with people taking up multiple machines and no staff regulating this which is an issue in a small gym with limited equipment to begin with. I decided to quit the gym and the staff told me they were going to keep charging me beyond the 30 day notice period in my contract and were so rude when I explained that this was not allowed. They hung up on me on the phone and emailed me but then ignored my reply and overcharged me after I gave explicit written instructions that I did not give them permission to do so. Very disappointed with the service at this gym, would not recommend to anyone. EDIT: In response to the gym's reply... I was hung up on by the assistant manager after he continuously insisted that I would be overcharged and he did not want to talk about it anymore. I then received an email from him to which I replied outlining every payment I had made since I joined and why the way he wanted to charge me was incorrect and would be an overcharge. I did not receive a reply and then I was overcharged. This was after multiple calls and emails with both the manager and the assistant manager who were very rude to speak with. It wasn't until the manager and assistant manager were both away that I was able to speak to a lovely employee who apologised and said she would look into it. I then received an email from the director apologising and refunding the overcharge. My review was written before I received this email and refund, hence not including it initially, but the reply has reminded me to update it.

His programs are always made to suit individual goals and needs of all his clients and he spends a lot of time putting them together to make sure they are perfect ! Could not have asked for a better trainer

Fantastic experience: Best Snap Fitness for me. I've been to other Snap before, and it's not the same vibe. The trainers in Kogarah are very welcoming and it feels like a big circle of friends during classes too. Shout out to my favourite PT Manny, I've been training with him for 10 months now and he's simply the best - very knowlegeable, proactive and personally one of the nicest people I know.

Fantastic experience: Snap is a great local gym that has helped create a fitness program for me that I can consistently stick to. In particular, Iysha has been amazing in customising a program to help with my tennis game - improving my stamina and power in my strokes. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: My favourite place! A really nice gym with brand new equipment! The staff and PTs are super friendly and I've felt comfortable ever since choosing this gym. There's also quiet periods you can attend during the day if you're able to make those times which is amazing, but if not it's a 24 hour gym so you'll be able to find a convenient time for you!

Fantastic experience: @PT Manny. Thanks to Manny, I have lost 9kgs in just 2 months and gained a lot of core strength. Manny will work and focus on your strength and weaknesses and prioritise what is important to your well-being as well as your goal to achieve. Manny is polite, always happy, motivating and always catches up with you on your progress. I totally recommend manny 5/5 stars.
