Fantastic experience: I recently joined this gym and I couldn't be happier! It's super quiet, which makes for a less daunting workout environment. They have everything I need and more. The staff are lovely and always ready to help.The membership prices are fair as well, especially with the sauna!! Highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for a great place to work out!

Fantastic experience: This gym is amazing! I travel from Woodcroft to Christies Beach, and it’s totally worth the drive. There’s so much variety here, so no matter what you’re into, there’s something for you. What I really love is how homey it feels—it’s not intimidating at all. There’s a great mix of ages, which makes it feel really balanced and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, and it honestly feels like a little community. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous joining having not exercised for many years, but I found Rachel Smith very welcoming and understanding of me as an individual in the context of my life and family. I have done the first week of the 12 week challenge now and I really like all three trainers I have met and the team atmosphere of the group. I have worked much harder than I ever would by myself in the sessions and yet really enjoyed them.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy with my experience at BodySmith Fitness. I was able to use my NDIS funding to get PT here and love every minute! I searched for over a year for a gym that was able to accommodate me that didn't break the funding in my NDIS plan to access other supports I needed. I was given a walk through and meet the workers there and selected Tim as my PT. He makes me feel safe and supported and I work out 3x a week with him. I am feeling so much healthier and happier since starting here and am noticing such a big change in my heart health, fitness levels and general well-being. When I arrive I am greeted with such happiness and positivity and I am supervised and supported in my workouts. If I have any questions, Tim, Rachael and Jen are a wealth of knowledge and make the gym such a great, Happy experience. I'm so happy I am able to go here and urge anybody on the NDIS needing fitness support to call up and see if it's possible in their plan to join too. I love it!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience at BodySmith. We were on holiday in Adelaide for a week and just needed a 1 week pass. They gladly accommodated at $30pp. Very quick orientation process during staffed hours. Then we had a 24/7 dongle for access whenever was convenient. And we had almost the whole gym to ourselves every morning. Formerly a squash facility that has been repurposed. New equipment. They Had a ladies only section. They also do classes and they have a dojo and sauna. Great job guys thanks heaps

Fantastic experience: Really good and a quiet place. You can work out when you feel like no matter what time and day as long as you’re responsible. It’s nice being able to go to the gym and sometimes very few to none people there, therefore you can work out sometimes in peice and have some alone time working out. I’m very glad signing up to this gym and can focus on myself, get more motivation for myself, relieve when feeling angry and come back stress free, get fitter for work and less insecure how I look. Thanks BodySmith.

Fantastic experience: BodySmith fitness is fantastic, the staff here make you feel like you belong, the equipment is great it’s got all that you need, they have classes for all ages here from martial arts for little ones to adult fitness classes. BodySmith fitness is an honest place to come and get lean. The best part about this place is they are now working with NDIS clients, my girlfriend suffered a cardiac arrest 3 years ago and now she comes here and loves it too! Come give it a go, you’ll only fall in love with the place!

Fantastic experience: As a senior I was hesitant to go to a gym. I have participated in the Pound, Circuit and Bar Blast classes and used the treadmill and rowing machine. . I found the instructors and staff at BodySmith Fitness to be very helpful and welcoming. The instructors made the classes fun and now I plan to continue my membership.

Fantastic experience: Have joined bodysmith fitness 12 week challenge and I can say the benefits have been great. My fitness has improved as well as my meal plan eating the right foods. The team are fantastic. Ze,Tim and Ash are great instructors who work with you to achieve your individual goals and work at a pace that suits you. It's great fun and I always feel alot better after gym session. They motivate you and encourage you to keep going. Friendly atmosphere and lots of fun too. So happy with my progress so far. Negative experience: They will tell you anything to sign you up! - was told can cancel if moving interstate, am moving but they wont cancel without charging the full year! - not worth it, toilets/showers and other facilities are low standard, - space is small, mostly unmanned, missing simple services and space is rented out for events making the small space worse on occassion

Fantastic experience: My daughter is a very active child who has struggled to be able to attend group classes due to her disabilities. We enlisted Tim at Bodysmith Gym to be her trainer, having no idea how it would work out. I am thrilled to say that she absolutely loves working with Tim, she is going amazingly well and is eager each week for her next session. Tim is friendly, engaging, patient, and keeps me up to date with what is happening. He plans different activities for her to do and adapts with her to keep her interested and continually developing further. I watch each session and I could not fault him. The front desk staff are friendly, and the gym is clean and a comfortable place to visit with its many rooms and relaxed atmosphere. I love that there is no awful and loud music blaring also.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the facilities here at Body Smith Fitness Gym. The sign up deal was spot on, friendly staff, family owned which I love and they actually care about you! Tim the PT is super nice and helped me know what to do in each room, encouraging and supportive of my injuries! Great atmosphere, excellent equipment and classes! Positive experience: I've been to big busy gym before and it doesn't feel comfortable. At body Smith all classes is good most of the time table specially in afternoon really suits my schedules. The place is friendly, all teachers are awesome. And really clean throughout

Positive experience: I have tried a couple of gyms in my area and found the newer equipment not as good ergonomically as the old stuff. As soon as I saw the equipment in body smith I was relieved to see old quality equipment. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable with injury rehab strengthening. I'm happy.

Fantastic experience: Bodysmith Christies Beach is a great no fuss gym that also provides great group fitness sessions if you need a bit of extra encouragement.

Fantastic experience: A small but popular fitness centre, friendly staff and always have specials. There are good group classes, plus a good weights area. Great for what I need. Would love to see some early afternoon Pilates and step classes like around 3pm.

Equipment is all well maintained and everyone I've seen using the gym has had the type of manners and courteousness you’d hope of a good gym. (Towels, resetting, keeping out of your bubble, etc). Price is awesome as well.

All the classes have modifications for new members and the trainers will help if you find anything difficult. All the equipment is easy to use and there’s plenty of space for everyone.
