Would especially like to thank Jackie for her help when I was at the gym one day and wasn’t feeling well she helped by picking up my partner at home to come get me to drive me home as I wasn’t well enough to drive myself home well done to her thnx again !

Positive experience: Great service during staffed hours. Happy to help with fitness guides, recommendations on nutrition or push you in the right direction to start working on a plan that functions for you. The venue is unfortunately cramped however and at most hours is rather busy. Finding your own space to work out can be a challenge and you’ll often be waiting to use equipment. Good place but not for everyone

Fantastic experience: I recently conducted a 7 day free trial at Anytime Fitness Golden Grove. From the first contact I had with Jackie she has been very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I have since joined up as a new member at Golden Grove and enjoy the atmosphere and friendly staff. All areas of gym are neat and tidy and well maintained. I recommend Anytime Fitness Golden Grove.

Fantastic experience: I started with AFGG just before Christmas with a free 7-day trial but I was so impressed with the whole set up that I signed up before the end. It’s been a crazy time so I haven’t been able to get into a routine yet but the facility itself is really nice, I love how the treadmills are against the window overlooking the park. Jackie is lovely and seems genuinely passionate about seeing people achieve their health and fitness goals. Looking forward to 2024 and the new me!

Fantastic experience: I signed up for a free trial with Anytime Golden Grove having never been a member of a gym and with no idea how to use the equipment. Other members have been welcoming and really helpful. I’ve been going just over a week now and was surprised how quickly I’ve settled into a routine.

Fantastic experience: I joined this Gym a month ago. Jackie isreally lovelly and explained the membership process, joining fees and structured options available, and finally all the facilities available in the Gym. I use the Gym three times a week and as always, Jackie is the hardest working person I see there and that includes the girls and boys actually lifting weights. The Golden Grove facility is in a nice little shopping precint with great car parking availiable and the surrounding environs near a park make the facility a nice place to visit as appossed to some skunkworks stuck away in an office building. This is a Gym I highly recommend. David C

Fantastic experience: Jackie is fantastic, every time we go to the gym, she’s tidying the free weights, cleaning the toilets or vacuuming and mopping the floors as well as showing the newbies around. She’s the hardest working person in that gym, bar none.

Positive experience: Staff are really helpful and nice. Would be nice if there was a little more room in weights area and between equipment. Everyone wipes down equipment after using, so gym smells nice and fresh which is great!

Fantastic experience: My initial experience with Anytime Fitness was quite positive. While their rates are somewhat higher than their competitors, Jackie generously offered me an additional month free on my annual membership. The gym is of moderate size but houses all the essential equipment. Moreover, during my first three visits, it was uncrowded.

Fantastic experience: A welcoming and safe space to get fit. Jackie was extremely helpful on signup, showing us around and explaining how the equipment works. We have visited 6 times in the first week and it is always a good atmosphere and I feel comfortable around everyone.

Negative experience: Honestly the worst gym I have ever been in. The gym is so dirty, covered in spider webs, machines are falling apart, grease all over the machines and never any wipes so no one cleans down the equipment. The worst part is when my friend kindly messaged the owner about the issues she said that she disagreed and no one else has complained and its hard to keep a gym clean and received a very rude email back. When I tell people which gym I attend the response I get matches everything I have just explained.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Golden Grove is a great little gym. It may be a small gym but don't be fooled by it's compact size, it packs most of the gear you will ever need. I particularly like that it is never crowded when I visit, so therefore, never have a problem with equipment availability or parking......oh, and the big arse ceiling fan moves air better than any gym I've been in prior!

Fantastic experience: Manager always friendly and wonderful. One of my favorite Anytime's to go to. Smaller and more relaxed than the bigger one's. I particularly like this one because it has my favorite sit up machine also, the others don't have the one that lays down. Also thankyou for letting me in when I forgot my tag the other week, made the experience less stressful for me. Definitely enjoy the Golden Grove franchise.

Fantastic experience: After years of not going to the gym a client inspired me to join Anytime Fitness Golden Grove with her! I went for a look and trialled a few pieces of equipment. Jackie made me feel welcome and answered any queries I had, along with providing all the information needed. The gym is small and quite compact but has everything you could need. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and am not made to feel self concious or uncomfortable. The equipment is clean and in good condition and the toilet/change areas are always clean too. So far a great experience and I've been going for 2 months now and look forward to keeping it up!

Fantastic experience: Jackie is BEYOND an asset to Anytime Fitness. You can tell she loves what she does. She is very down-to-earth, understanding and always helpful and a pleasure to chat with :D I had chosen Anytime fitness to join with again as I feel that the way they cater to the public with ways to signup (contract/non-contract options) complimentary classes as well as having gyms everywhere (without paying through the nose). Anyone who is into fitness or looking to get into it, they also have programs to get your foot in the door with becoming a PT. It's also just a great gym to go through without any intimidating factors that many other gyms tend to have. Solid 10/5 stars :P

Positive experience: Its a very basic gym. Could so with a regular clean on the equipment but not so bad as to loose sleep over. Would give it more stars if the layout was a bit better rather than all crambed in.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy going here. During office hours always greeted with a smile from the office. Lots of different equipment to choose from. Equipment and area is always clean. Covid requirements are clearly posted on front door and on walls inside. Great choice of videos and workouts to watch on equipment screens too.

Negative experience: What joke because they had special starter pack for free but you had pay for pass get in but it's cost you one hundred dollars then you pay use gym.

Fantastic experience: Pretty decent Anytime Fitness. Can become busy around usual time most nights, but I plan around this and go either before 6pm or after 9pm. The staff are friendly and members are respectful. Pros: Plenty of equipment and decent weights area. Cons: Stretching/situp/kettleball area isn't huge. Overall 5/5 because it's always clean and members are always respectful.
