Morris Iemma Indoor Sports Centre

Positive experience: There is issue with canteen at the centre. Oil and cooking smell filling up the sports ground making breathing very difficult. Can some work be done to make sure the exhaust work well at the canteen kitchen?

Fantastic experience: I recently booked this venue for my sons 7th birthday party. WOW!!! Service was exceptional, price was so reasonable and the facility was great! I was able to book an entire court, and party room. the staff were excellent, they even set up the party room! 10/10 for kids party venue if your child loves indoor soccer, basketball or pickle ball. Thank you to all staff & Council for providing this venue !

Negative experience: The centre management need to report drivers parking their expensive cars in disabled parking bays. E.g. driver of M-AMG GLS63 STATION WAGON have been parking every single weekend in the bay clearly marked for disabled people. Other drivers of Porsche, Audi SQ7, you name it, parking where they should be fined $581 and one demerit point. Why? They have NO disabled permit to display under the front glass.

Positive experience: Great place to play games and have fun. There are volleyball nets and soccer goalposts, basketball hoops, and it has it all! You can also hire balls from them for free, though its better to get your own balls because they don't recommend taking from them and also because they have like 7-8 balls only. The food prices are very high, though, and the lollipops have gone up to $1 from 50c. Sad. That should be cheap for kids to buy. Overall okay, although if the food was cheaper it was 5 stars hands down. Excellent place, nicely kept clean.

Fantastic experience: We had a birthday party event for my son this weekend. Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. Guests, both parents and kids are happy. Really happy with MIISC. They should advertise this nice sports centre more. Not many people in the neighbourhood know what this place could offer. Thank you again MIISC

Negative experience: In professional manger screaming I was waiting to park the car to other car. Move out my husband had a by pass she was angry and screaming shouting she is a lying need a more training other staff is the best his name is Thomas the lady banging the door and window

Fantastic experience: Pickleball, Pickleball and more Pickleball! Absolutely love this game! Other sports are also available but......it's Pickleball for me!

Fantastic experience: Hi everybody I went to see my grand daughter play with her team playing footsill indoor soccer at the complex it had all you needed to spend a great day there I must say I wasn't disappointed all the games I watched were great full excitement and skills that indoor soccer can provide well done everyone

Positive experience: I came here for my nephews birthday party. He turned 5 years old. So I didn't actually use much if the services. Great place for young children to play as there was a large padded play area with soft balls (a little smaller than a soccer ball). The usual stuff Sean at a day care. Big room next door to for setting up tables for food. Bathrooms are 5 * though. Plus a chilled water fountain in next to the womans bathroom/changing room for mouths and bottles.

Fantastic experience: I haven't seen the best service until I visited Morris Iemma for my 9 year old son's basketball game on Saturdays. The level of professionalism the staff members have James and Emily are far beyond the best. If it wasn't for Emily I wouldn't come back, I look forward to coming because of her, my son enjoys a treat after sport, everytime he stands to order Emily displays enthusiasm and a bright smile towards him, it gives him a sense of belonging. She is an assest to the team and I would be upset if she leaves. If my children are happy it's because of her.

Negative experience: Plays weekly at court and left cap at locker and they said holding it. But just week after same guy they said they put my thing into trash. How come they put lost items into trash after i called to pickup.

Fantastic experience: This place is an amazing indoor Sports venue. Literally located just off the M5 can be a little easy to drive past so be warned. Great venue for all your indoors sports like basketball, volleyball, batmington etc. New and very clean venue. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: There is heaps of parking right outside and the entry sign-in process was simple as. The court booking prices are much cheaper than the majority of the gyms we rent at in Sydney which is probably cos of the area and stance from CBD. The court surface is the usual plastic composite stuff which isn't great for volleyball but it's a budget gym so you get good value anyway. It's just so far away from the city but is a great option if you're in the south.

Fantastic experience: Morris Iemma Indoor Sports Centre (MIISC) is an ultra-modern facility catering for a variety of indoor sports including; - Netball - Basketball - Futsal - Badminton - Table Tennis - Volleyball - Dodgeball The centre also includes courts for hire and a multi-purpose room.

Positive experience: Good for exercise but there no swimming pool no steam room

Positive experience: Lots of parking spots, staff are friendly, although not always helpful. The courts are great for basketball and indoor soccer. There's a little area for kids to play in too and there's a small kiosk with coffee.

Negative experience: Just poor form from a certain unnamed employee. In addition, upkeep of the courts seem minimal at best as there seems to be high levels of dust etc. Riverwood is in dire need of a decent place to play basketball and this isn't it.

Negative experience: Store manager Darren was very rude and unwelcoming, prevented once loyal patrons from using facilities after the centre promised an open court on arrival. Would not recommend to anyone wanting to try due to the chance of simply not being allowed in.

Negative experience: Upon arrival we were misleadingly told that the court was too "full and dangerous". However that was an incorrect and baseless judgement made on behalf of the employee/manager Darren. Darren exhibited characteristics unlike a person, very aggressive, demanding, unreasonable and insolent, not to mention fraudulent. I understand he might have anger management issues but it is inapproriate to unleash them on some fare-paying adolescents whom even offered to pay extra for the facilities.

Positive experience: The quality of the sport centre is great. The basketball courts are in good quality. I would advise to have seating areas to watch. The staff is very rude too.

Negative experience: Typical council venue, rude staff and a run down dirty courts considering how new the building is.

Negative experience: Be prepared with the 40 degrees inside the court, there are no air conditioning or fan available within the basketball court, you would experience the so call steamer in summer and pheraps dehydration if you stay there for more than a hour!

Negative experience: This happened with us two times. We booked an entire court and paid for it online but when we went there they said to us it's not in their system. We quitted work, studies and all to play one day and we had to go home both the days.

Negative experience: Staff are extremely rude and unwelcoming. Gym has standard equipment and facilities, but the indoor courts are in very poor condition
